I have patronized this place several times now, and I think they serve great BBQ and the service is good as well. I recently tried their Brisket Popper Sandwich, which is only served as a special on certain days, and it was fantastic. Their burnt ends were also very good. Great quality of meat is key at this place. Must try the turkey and Big ass Nachos. Staff is great, only bad thing is the hours are a little tricky and they close often for family reasons so make sure to call if you're making a drive. read more

One of the best BBQ joints in the Omaha area. I ordered the sampler platter which came with Pork, Brisket, Turkey and Sausage with two sides for $15. This came with a bunch of food for a great price. Really enjoyed the mustard sauce. I wasn't crazy about the coleslaw, but the beans were great. They had a nice smokey flavor with jalapeno to give it just the right amount of kick (not too much). I mainly went to try the burnt ends, but they were out that day. Still enjoyed the food! read more

We were looking for a BBQ joint on our way out of Omaha and just happened be passing by We'll Smoke You. We saw the Yelp reviews so we thought we would give it a try and I'm glad we did. All 3 of us got the brisket sandwich. The brisket was moist and tender with a good smokey flavor and the portions were ample. The buns and BBQ sauce were really good as well. Didn't get a chance to try any sides this time. Go wait until my next trip to Omaha to go back to this place. read more

Never been disappointed! We love this place! Brisket is always moist & tender and the pork is juicy and tasty. I am not big on sauces, but their sauces are good. I prefer my meat straight up. I typically order 1/2 lb pork and 1/2 lb brisket and take it home. I love this option as I am gluten free. read more

Some of the best BBQ I've eaten!! I went here for lunch and got the Carolina Pork sandwich (comes with coleslaw on it) with a side of tater salad. By the time I washed my hands and filled my drink, my food was waiting at the table for me. The meat on the sandwich was juicy and delicious even without any sauce, but I added some of their homemade Carolina Mustard and a bit of BBQ sauce for a little kick. This is pretty good stuff. I consider myself a bit of a bbq snob, not because I am a big bbq connoisseur but because I know how I like my bbq and it's not all created equally. I consider this a place that serves great bbq without the grease and fatty overload. I first off greatly appreciate the fact that the cole slaw is vinegar based rather than being loaded down with mayo. It tastes a lot better and it is good and fresh and crisp. I really enjoy getting the two meat maxi meal with turkey, birsket, and two sides of slaw. The turkey is great with the hot bbq sauce (less sweet/more tang) but it can sometimes be a bit overly salty. There are times you can't really taste the flavor of the turkey because it's masked by salt. If there was a little more smoke to it and a little less salt it would be perfect. As for the brisket, I have heard some people refer to it as dry and I think that's a misrepresentation. Their brisket is simply far more meat than fat and that's excellent. The meat has a nice Smokey flavor with a red smoke ring all the way around. If you are into a gristly, slimey, overly fatty brisket like so many other places serve, this may not be the spot for you. If instead you like a nice lean and meaty brisket with a nice smokey flavor then these guys are right on point. I also enjoy the burnt ends. For me these were a bit fattier but the flavor was great. Next time I have to try the ribs.Overall I really enjoy the food here because you can order items that don't weigh you down. Some bbq places are just so heavy and gristly and sauce based instead of being focused on good flavored MEAT! If it's not good both with or without sauce, it's not good bbq and I could eat this stuff with or without sauce. My only complaint would be the owners who obviously manage the place on a daily basis. They seem pretty unhappy to be there. Usually when you enter a family owned/managed/operated business you can feel their appreciation and eagerness to serve you and keep your business... I never feel that here. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't keep me from going back it just seems a little odd. Oh, and when I tried to call in a takeout order they let it ring all 4 times I tried calling. They serve meat by the pound so I would think takeout would be a big opportunity for them but I never got through. read more

Fantastic BBQ. The burnt ends, pulled port, brisket, and nachos are all awesome. Their sides are slightly unconventional for bbq in Omaha; the coleslaw and potato salad being more of a "vinaigrette" instead of mayo based (I like this!). Fantastic food. Huge portions. I had a BBQ sandwich and fries. My husband had the beans. They were spicy, but good. All the food was Hot and Fresh. We were there on a Friday evening. The order taker was a bit stern. The lady bringing out the food was friendly. Tables were kept clean and the floor was swept. Definitely on our list of places to eat. Very casual. I hadn't ever had truly bad BBQ until I had lunch here. I ordered pulled pork and brisket. Both were very bland, as if they forgot to add seasoning to the meat and wood chips to the fire. If you drown it in BBQ sauce, you can choke the stuff down. I ate about 1/4 of my plate. read more

This is for my first visit only. On this visit I tried the staple they are best known for "Burnt Ends". This is by far the best Burnt Ends I've ever had period. I don't know how to describe it but this is the one. On the other hand tried the Brisket on 2nd visit it's not bad but had better brisket in Omaha. So I will stick with the Burnt Ends. read more

Ive been to this BBQ restaurant a few times, and its really "just ok". Its never my first choice, but friends will sometimes want to try it and I go with them. Ive tried the pulled pork, the brisket and the turkey. They all need more smoke flavor and are all a bit dry. I have heard good things about the burnt ends, so maybe the next time my friends want to go there I may try that. Its not terrible, but its not great, its just OK. read more

Dry Dry Dry. Both the ribs and the brisket were beyond dry. I was so mad when I got this home. The ribs were dry on the outside and I know from living in KC that this was bad. When I broke them apart they were closer to beef jerkey than anything edible. I can get better ribs at the grocery store. read more

We used to like this place for the good food, which it does have. We stopped going one day when we came in near closing time (which is too early at 7pm). We asked if it was too late to order and they reluctantly said "no", but then we were treatly very rudely after that point (for ordering just before 7pm). We did not feel comfortable coming back after that. Friendly smiles turn directly off at 7pm on the nose. read more
