I have now been here twice and both experiences and meals were fantastic! I had the ginger chicken the first time and the cashew chicken the second time. I made it a combo and did beef and chicken and requested they add mushrooms. Portions are generous and the brought home leftovers both times. I'll definitely be back! Pretty good Thai fare overall. Our group tried the Pad Thai and red curry. The pad Thai was decent, good tamarind flavor and plenty of ground peanuts on top. Chicken was was a tad dry. Bean sprouts were fresh and crunchy. The curry was pretty good but a bit too much oil floated to the top for my liking. Could have had more depth of flavor...curry tasted like a "quick curry" if you will. Service just ok, nothing to write home about. read more

My husband and I have tried to explore our new surroundings in Gretna, and he had heard about Quality Thai from a work friend. The restaurant is very clean and modern with some fun, unique decor. Our server was also lovely and attentive. We started with the fried wontons. These were delicious and fresh, and it seemed to have real crab, which is an anomaly! I had the pad Thai as my main dish. The portion size was HUGE, the presentation was great, and most importantly - it was delicious! My husband had the cashew chicken which was also a large portion, but he managed to eat it all in one sitting. It had a really great glaze on the top that was a good balance between sweet and savory. I brought my son here after a field trip and it was delicious. We shared crab Rangoon, Cashew chicken and a boba tea. The food was quick and we enjoyed our time together. He waited to make our Taro Boba until we were about done with was great so we could take it to go. Would eat here again frequently if we lived closer. read more

There were lots of veggies and the curry fed me for two meals. This order was to go and was very quick but they forgot to give me utensils and napkins. My husband and I went here for dinner tonight. The server was so sweet and attentive. Great service. The restaurant is nicely decorated and there was soft piano music playing. The pad Thai was delicious and my husband ordered a seafood curry dish (I can't remember the name) that was very good as well. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. We wanted to try this new spot in Gretna so Saturday night was the night! Friendly staff, they were so nice and attentive. Gotta love when the water glass stays full! As you can see by the photo, large portions which makes for yummy leftovers. The Pad Thai had an interesting "smoky" flavor that was not pleasing. Good, not great. Better the next day for lunch when I added a Korean bbq sauce and sweet chili sauce to adjust the flavor. We wanted to try something new so we ordered the Pad Kra Pao w pork. Fantastic!
