Forest was able to come out the next day and perform the inspection even though it was the 4th of July weekend. He called me after the inspection to give me some of the highlights of the inspection. I had the report first thing Monday morning. I called Forest after going over the report with questions I had. Forest spent at least 30-45 minutes with me explaining the inspection and areas I should be concerned with. Based on the inspection, I feel I saved at least $20K in repairs which would of been required to make the house safe for future tenants. I terminated the contract with the seller. Thanks for saving me a ton of money. I will definitely use Forest again.
