You can only use Groupon once even if the terms of service indicated on Groupon states "May be repurchased every 180 days". It was updated to "365 days recently" I repurchased the Groupon thinking that I should be eligible as it states we can repurchase every 180 days (6 months after) according to the fine print. The last time we used a Groupon here was 3 years ago and Dr AJ even checked. I made an appointment and took a morning off from work to go, when I got there, I was greeted very well but he said I cannot use the Groupon as I have redeemed one in the past, when I said I read the fine print and it said I can repurchase after 180 days, all he said is that he asked Groupon to take that down multiple times already but they haven't. He acknowledge the fine print indicated that I can repurchase but insisted he cannot honor it and I should just get a refund instead. Isn't that a false advertisement on Groupon? That got me really upset that if there is a misunderstanding between the Dr AJ and Groupon, he cannot penalize his customer/patients. I made an appointment, took the morning off, drove and arrived on time just to be turned away because of an issue that has nothing to do with me. He could have acknowledged that I came to him with an appointment to be treated and honored it that time and let me know he cannot honor it next time if I repurchased as the Groupon should not have stated a repurchase option. I would have understood that and acknowledged it and followed his rules. But he just turned me away and asked me to go to Groupon and ask for a refund. BTW, I waited a year after before posting this as I wanted to know if the Doctor would fix the issue he mentioned with Groupon. As of today, the fine print still say " May be repurchased every 365 days" and I am guessing he will still not honor it and may just waste some other patient's time. To be fair, Dr Aj is pleasant person, I got treated well when I initially got his service. But the customer service needs to change a bit. read more

This is a long overdue review, have kept telling myself I'll post one as soon as I get home after work or after an appointment but space out and forget. Any who Dr. AJ has been a tremendous help with correcting and identifying the issues I was having with my mid to upper back. His facility is very clean and furnished with all of the latest technology that could offer. First visit only really need to do an X-ray but that was more than enough to identify my issue. He also adjusted during my first visit after the X-ray and said the goal was to get me feeling at least 50% better by the next visit, I would say it met that criteria or even beyond that by a bit. I am on my 4th visit with Dr. Aj Lababidi and feel better than ever! He took the time to ask about all my ailments, aches and pains and addressed each concerned within my first visit. He didn't try to sell me some lavish package but instead assessed my needs and set clear and realistic follow up appointments according to my time and needs. I even recommended my husband who is also extremely satisfied. He used to complain of back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and has not done so since seeing Dr. Aj. My husband, being a USMC veteran has tons of pain he has been living with for years! He no longer feels all tight and afraid of pulling a muscle by simply bending down. Chiropractor- a friend of mine recommended me to go here and I'm so glad he did. I always said I would go get adjusted but never got around to it until now.
