My two friends finally got their pedicure service started, while I continue to wait. At 1:50PM, they came to me saying "give us a few min." Are you kidding me? I've waited almost an hr and you want me to wait some more? No one came to apologize nor offer drinks while other customers get drinks. I don't recommend this place with how they treated me. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Update: Later, I found out from my friend (who rushed out of her pedicure to pick up her kid from school bc we didn't think we would be there for that long) who parked behind the salon that when she left, she saw at least 8 techs in the back just chilling and eating. So obviously they have a bunch of staff who just didn't want to work. Didn't think it could get a worst but it did.
