Today was my first visit .. and it was beyond my expectations, which says a lot, because finding a new salon after your favorite one closes feels a little like dating right away after getting out of a long relationship lol Booking online was effortless, and I had no trouble finding an appointment that fit my schedule. Before I walked through the door, they had read my note about being a migraine sufferer and were prepared to make me comfortable. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. I chose a less busy time to further help my situation, but to my suprise they were fairly busy on a slow day. No doubt people are very happy at Wynn Nail Spa. This is clearly an established business that knows how to take care of its clients. The owner is on-site, actively involved, and genuinely connected with both the staff and customers. You can tell customer service is something he does naturally .. it's important to him that you come back. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, whimsical, upbeat, fun music, without sacrificing professionalism. Complimentary water and soda, a generous selection of services, massage chairs, clean sterilized tools, and a team that is genuinely talented, kind and respectful -- made my experience relaxing from start to finish. I followed my fav nail tech and was happy with the service and the quality and cleanliness of the salon. They don't offer the discount (a big loss for customers!) , but it's a nice salon you should give them a try! read more

I love this place! I've always had the best massages, manicures/pedicures with the absolute Best customer service. This salon has a special place in my heart. It certainly speaks to how honest their employees are. That part goes so far with me today. I lost a 14 karat gold hoop earring somewhere almost a year ago. At a recent visit to Wynn, I mentioned this lost earring to the manager, Kenny. This pair of hoops is particularly special to me, as they were a gift from my grandmother for my 16th birthday. I knew a clasp wasn't tight and took a chance wearing them anyway. Sure enough, my earring was gone at the end of the day. Wynn Nail Spa - Lucas Texas - behind Walmart. We have been there several times, I was totally in love with it and intended for it to be our "new" place but had an absolutely terrible experience Monday Jan 20. I selected "Chrome 9" for my nails which was an ombre type of Dip Powder manicure. They did not deliver and proceeded to lie to my face. I asked wasn't this supposed to be ombre (gradient change in color) they said no & they gave me what I chose!!! This was untrue. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!??? I did get a lovely metallic color but not what I asked for or PAID FOR. I will include here a picture of what I requested vs. what they gave us. My daughter chose Chrome 10 - a different shade of ombre and she got it but they tried and failed several times - a different person had to come and take over and at the end of the manicure her hands did not match each other - AT ALL. Why do they offer this if their personnel are not able to deliver!!?? My pedicure - I asked for a Green Tea because I have eczema and am very careful. They incorrectly gave me a Ginger &charcoal ?????. It really upset my skin on my calves. I didn't say anything because shouldn't it have been what I asked and paid for?? The clinician who did my pedicure was incorrectly instructed by the manager. Honestly, I wasn't sure what happened until I got my bill. Later that night and still today my eczema is flaring because of it. Also while my manicure was happening a rude chubby young woman came in (a walk in) for a repair and wanted the gentleman who was currently busy with my almost $100 manicure. He very obviously rushed through the remainder of my manicure and ran over to her. I spoke up as to how rude I thought this was. Apparently they cared much more for her business than ours. To sum up, I still tipped 20% because that's who I am but the management needs this slap across the face because the manager/owner was there and witnessed it all. They claimed to give my daughter $30 off her manicure because they messed it up so bad. The final bill for 2 manis and 1 pedi was $240. I feel ripped off and sad because I thought this business was going to be dependable. The beautiful lady who did my pedicure was wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Please know this review should not reflect on her. Not sure if we will give them another chance or not. read more

I went there to get a pedicure with my daughter in law and friend. First they overcharged my daughter in law that paid for it all,both a manicure and pedicure for all three of us and instead of refunding her card the money they basically stoled they gave her a gift card. The big toenail on one foot fell off in less than 24 hours of having it done and instead of making me a nail on my little toe they just put two dots on it. They did not take the time to do the manicure properly. In my experiences these spas always trim your cuticles and they did not do that. Looks crappy. On the pedicure ,I have only had two previously but obviously not here,and they would always soak my feet and remove the dead skin from my toes that have no nails. They did not do that either so now on the toe the nail fell off of it still looks as bad as it did before the pedicure. They rushed us in and out so fast and now I see why. For the kind of money we paid,our nails should have looked perfect and the nails on my toes should have lasted more than a day. They should have told me if they were unable to make them to stay on. I know people that have had it done elsewhere that lasted for at least 2weeks. Called about a refund was told come back and they would fix it but I am too far away to drive up there for one toe,so far, another loose. What a total disappointment. I have given this place 3 tries! 3 strikes--out! I made an appointment for 530 PM at about noonish on the same day. It's a Tuesday! I walked in & was seated at about 530. A few other clients walked in after me & were served right away. At about 550 pm, one of the nail technicians came to me & asked If I wanted a pedicure, I said yes & a manicure too. She looked at me & walked away to another client. I didn't understand it, but I did make an appointment. I receive texts from them in regard to wanting my business back. My nails look so awful that I am going to go somewhere else today and pay to have them redone because they're so ugly. The guy who did my nails hurt me several times and literally glued his own hand to mine and there's STILL glue on multiple fingers that I haven't been able to get off. The color looks nothing like the example. The shapes are all different . Pinky nail is on crooked. Etc. I am telling you this because I came here to try somewhere new that is close to my home and I was super disappointed. I also had a pedicure and she was so rough. My toenails are rough on the edges and the skin isn't even trimmed properly around the edges. It's been 24 hours and they are already chipping. The lady doing my pedi cut down the side of my big toe nail and proceeded to pull as she cut and tore off my skin. It hurt so bad! I have never had an ingrown toe nail and not sure why she would cut down so far. It stills hurts!! read more

I took my Stepdaughter there in celebration of her passing her Board Exam. A fun thing for us to do together! We had four Wynn employees at one time. One each for our hands, one each for our feet. One pointed at my Stepdaughter's tattoo on her foot and starting laughing- Then all four spoke to each other in a long conversation in Vietnamese. Now all four are childishly giggling.. still speaking to each other in Vietnamese. When we asked what was said, the senior woman said..."oh, we just really like your tattoo". They all laughed again, once again speaking to each other-like we weren't there with them. It's not professional and actually rude to speak your native language when it's clear your customer can't join in- We won't be back. I'm not paying to be treated with such disrespect...as if we were completely invisible to them. The Vietnamese language is beautiful-but don't ignore your customers. This was supposed to be enjoyable, but my Stepdaughter's feelings were hurt by the way we were treated being completely alienated. This had nothing to do with a language barrier, and everything to do with not being treated kindly. read more

Got a regular pedicure and dip powder with coffin shape and two basic designs on each hand. The pedicure was finished within 30 minutes and my nails took two hours. A couple nails are not coffin shaped, which I paid extra for, and 5 days later my design is chipping which I also paid extra for. I paid full price for tips even though I only needed one. My nail lengths are not even and it's not a subtle difference, it's very obvious. Unfortunately I couldn't stay any longer to have her fix the shape so I paid and left however will not be returning. My nails should last much longer and be must nicer for two hours worth of work. read more

I needed a dip manicure in the worst way because it has been one month since my last one. I've been helping to pack and move my mother-in-law and get her home ready to sell so I put it off until now. Not living here I wasn't sure where to go so I read reviews. Wynn Nail Spa had mostly good reviews so I decided to give it a try. My manicurist was Tina and she did an excellent job. If we lived here I would definitely go to her everytime I have a manicure. They are shaped and the length I like and look natural instead of thick. I only gave it a 4 star because there were times when I felt as though she was rushing to get to the next customer before someone else and she didn't engage in conversation, but she does a really good job on nails. She's been doing it for 15 years. Hope this helps others. Oh, the spa was very clean and beautiful and their equipment was clean as well. read more

Only giving 2 stars because of the sweet lady that did my nails. Came in today for an appointment with my mom at 1:30. I told them on the phone I would like my nails done at the same time if possible so my mom wouldn't have to wait. They told me it's not a problem. After they started out pedicures over 30 min late I asked about my nails and the man said, "I didn't forget someone will come!" Cool. So then I'm almost done and I said so my nails? And he said yea after your done you can sit over here. And I said well I told you on the phone I wanted it done at the same time? And he acted like he didn't say that on the phone and that he didn't just tell me he will send someone? It was apparently all of a sudden a misunderstanding? Fine whatever, it gets worse. In the meantime the man who's doing my toes (with an attitude, seems like he's not to sure of his job) cuts my right toe nail way too short. I said this is way too short can you please fix it with some gel? It literally looked awful. So he pouts then "fixes" it with some acrylic powder. It looks worse, completely uneven and every time I asked him to straighten and flatten it out he was annoyed. Finally I'm done. With my awkward gel toe nail that looked worse in light I just didn't know that yet. I settle for doing my nails after just because I'm already here so it's just easier, and they said my mom still has massage and polish to go so we will be done around the same time. Then....I get my tab and I see he charged me an extra $5? So I asked them what it's for and he said for the gel to fix my toenail. At this point I'm not only angry but disappointed in the "service" here. He really tried to argue me on the $5 and I said it's your employees fault, he cut my nail too short and now you are charging me. Then I show him my nail and how awful it looks still and he said oh he didn't file it down. And I said well I told him to file it down. So he walked me through my "new" tab and said I took of the $5 now it's $73, and I said well yes because it's your mistake and he had the audacity to tell me "No it's not" Is this a joke????? The worst pedicure ever, and completely unapologetic employees who cannot admit their mistakes. I will never come back here again. read more

It is hard to get a brand-new nail salon going in a semi-rural setting, but Wynn Salon is doing a lot of things right. They are offering 20% discounts on services, providing wine, water or Margaritas complimentary. The salon is brand new and gorgeous. The lighting & seating is open and airy. They are still trying to balance between number of staff versus walk-ins. I have gone straight in and started services immediately and have also had to wait 20 minutes. Where I think they can improve is to really focus more on what their customers want. For example, most of the TV's were turned to Food TV or HGTV, with the exception of the one closest to the reception desk where the male receptionist had it on a football game. I have had 3 NexGen sets done there and all were basically good when done, one set broke & chipped after 1 week--otherwise no complaints! read more

I understand the Covid situation very well but this is the second time I have had an appointment and they have taken walk ins before me and my appt ends up running 30-45 minutes late. The first pedicure after they reopened was also really bad. Chipped after 3 days and the massage felt painful, like she was digging her fingertips into my legs. I wanted to give them another chance because I have been going here since they opened. I showed up today and they were way overbooked. The sign on the door says no mask no service yet there were people with no mask, not enforced. My appointment, just pedicure with my daughter at 12PM. Walk in again went before us. 12:20 I called Coco Nails down the street and made an appt with them. I left and and Wynn could care less. read more

I walked in and I immediately was told that they were about to close.. I told her no worries I'll come back tomorrow.. she said no just let me talk to my boss, we have several people here anyways. The manager said yes come in will take care of you as long as you do the classic. I said sure. So apparently it was no big deal right? Well it was a huge deal to the girl that tended to me.. I sat there with my three colors, deciding which one I should get.. I always do that.. she picked for me.. No biggie. I soaked my feet... the manager brought me a margarita Back to the girl doing my feet.. She begins to tell me that she's had a long day.. I said oh yeah She then proceeds to tell me that all her coworkers were going to a party Then says I'm just going home to cook with my family that's why I'm staying late to do your feet... All I could say is okay nice She then again continues to say Why did you come in late?? I told her I didn't know the hours. At that point I was uncomfortable I wanted out. She wouldn't let me go. She get pressing my legs down I said I'm leaving, she then said the stuff on your feet will itch.. I said I'm fine. She still continues to push my legs down I then say I have an emergency let me go. She then says "Is this my fault" I just walked out.. didn't want to cause a scene. I left. Called and spoke the manager and she said come back tomorrow and will work something out. I appreciated that she thought that would be enough but it wasn't. I have never in my life experienced something like that. I don't think I'll be going to any Nail salon for awhile... read more

My friend and I walked in with no appointments because we are truly terrible at being adults and yet, we were both seen pretty much immediately. The man running the front desk was very friendly and efficient, he had answers to my friends questions about the different features of the services and got us both sitting down and ready to go. I was getting SNS done and my friend was getting a pedi and SNS and he made sure we were still close enough to talk to each other should we want to. HGTV is on all the TVs I could see but on mute with close captioning and soft current music was playing, not at an obnoxious level. Time will tell how long this manicure lasts because I am very hard on my hands but the technician was super polite and offered great suggestions about shaping. The only downside? I don't live in Allen so I can't come back until the next time I visit my friend. Pricing was surprisingly low for the quality of the services provided. Tip: they also have a rewards program which is brilliant and I have never seen a salon offer that before. read more
