No customer should ever be treated that way. This wasn't even the first red flag. After seeing how my mom was treated in person, it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than just one bad interaction. As a customer, I came here expecting professional service, not to have a family member treated with disrespect simply because she doesn't speak English fluently. She had a great technique that helped my sore muscles and also helped me RELAX! She also didn't try to talk to me like someone did at said previous massage place I went to. When I am getting a massage I just want to close my eyes and turn my brain off. No small talk lol. I love that Origins does not push me to sign up for membership because it's not in my budget but an annual/semi-annual massage is and I will definitely be returning and booking with Kat! I have a feeling all of the massage therapists here are great though :)
