The service I encountered was excellent with Susana. That makes a difference in service. What ever service in your banking needs is highly recommend. The disappointment I had is that Saturday is closed. I hope they corrected that and I really need to get some money to pay the rent. This is the closest from the other Wellsfargo inside Ralphs on Colorado. We are always the last one to know. I don't come to this branch often, but the few times that I have, I didn't have any issues. This branch is smaller than the one located in Los Feliz, but both have plenty of free parking which is always a plus. The customer service is fine. I was calling the branch today for a follow up. I needed some bank statements To be printed , made an appointment back in December they told me it's gonna take couple of weeks for the statements to be ready for pick up ,since I haven't heard back from them. I called in today to see if the bank statements are ready for pick up ,Janet the Manager answered the phone. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told me you have to make an appointment ,I told her that I already had an appointment back in December and informed you guys what I need and the banker told me she will get back to me . The manager was yelling at me asking why I waited so long to call them back and she was telling me how do I know that you've been here ....she told me you know my time is very valuable I cannot explain this to you again. You have to make an appointment to come in , I would like to tell her that my time is valuable too and I've been there already twice ,once without appointment Which I didn't get any help , made appointment for the following day so I showed up with appointment the following day and informed you what exactly I needand . Placed looked quant , clean and inviting with nice dining in & outside. We ordered one beef & one chicken dinner both were tough and the beef seemed old not very good at all. Wonder why at 5:30 PM the place was empty ? Not soul came in during the stay. Desserts were only a few and packaged. The person who attended was a nice person, helpful with a good personality. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to open a new high-yield savings account. When I got there I was told the person who was to open the account for me got called into a meeting for some emergency training and couldn't make the appointment. I was told "We'll try to get someone for you in about a half hour. Sorry. Take a seat over there." When I said they should have gotten somebody to take over my appointment some lady in charge said, "We're sorry. Please take a seat over there and someone will be with you." I said, "Nope." Absolutely the worst customer service ever. As usual, it took 20 min of waiting in line just to get some change. Only one teller and 7 people in line. I calmly asked a team member, Janet, why it seems to take 20 min wait time every time I go inside the branch. Janet absolutely exploded. She told me there was "no way" I was there for 20 min. Without saying the word "liar", she was saying just that. Her voice got so loud and angry that a woman in line felt the need to defend me saying "He's right, I've been here for 10 min already too" Then Janet said I was yelling and told me to leave. I said no! At which point she told me I wasn't allowed to yell. I told her I absolutely can yell anywhere I want. Then she told me I had to leave again. To which the same sweet lady in line defended me again saying "he is right. It's a free country. He can yell." Janet, all you had to say was "I'm sorry, let me see what I can do to help." You have zero, and I mean zero, management skills. Let me say it again, zero. Wells Fargo management, if you read this, Janet is causing you major attrition she needs to be let go. Or, at least demoted. All of this drama was preceded by the business account salesperson (who calls you "dear" about 100 times while you're opening an account. Annoying. And, frankly, demeaning) gossiping with the payment systems sales guy who was griping about a "difficult" client in front of the 7 people in line. Literally a waste of time. Avoid going to this location. They had us waiting for 15 minutes and no one says a word regarding their system being down. Wasted my entire lunch hour to cash a damn check and of course I wasn't able to cash the check either because this location literally has no competent employees to not waste people's valuable time. Needless to say that not just their ATMs but in general Wells Fargo ATMs are just pure dog shit because either they're not functional, out of order, or they end up swallowing your debit card because of how old these machines are. I made a comment that they used to give it as complimentary, but now charges for checks that will be used in your account. Parking is always a problem at this location but since I prefer to walk inside rather than use the atm I don't mind. It was empty when I walked in and by the time I got to the cashier there was a line behind me. The man was super helpful with my situation. He even referred me to the well Fargo app on my phone and directed me how to resolve my issue. Look, upon reading all these reviews, I get it the wait time could be long but y'all people gotta remember this one word it's called "appointment". I can bet half of y'all complaining about wait time just randomly walked in expecting to be helped out right there and there. People all have stuff they need help with and sometimes it might take a bit longer, that's why you make an APPOINTMENT. I walked in today, Oct 17, 2024 and I had absolutely 0 issues at this branch, I've been coming here since 2016 and never had any issues. They always treated me nice. Sometimes if you feel like the employees don't give you the best service, take a look at with what attitude YOU approached the employees and maybe you'll figure out why. I came in to do a legal name change and even me not having an appointment I was okay to wait longer because I knew I just randomly walked it, and even tho I wasn't able to change my name because I didn't have all the correct paperwork with me, the bank employee (I didn't get his name) explained me nicely what I need to bring next time and showed me how to set up and appointment even tho I didn't complain about the wait time (it was like 15 min for me). Point is people: "A" make and appointment if you gonna cry about the wait time, "B" treat employees how you'd want to be treated, they are people too just like you are. I went to another Wells Fargo location 8 times the past 2 weeks and did the same transactions, withdrawal (MY MONEY) and only one time I went into this location the manager in the back of the counter said I need to overwrite the teller, I said ok, I notice her going taking longer and asked if my account was ok? She said yes I need to overwrite the teller, he's new. I said ok, after a minute of her looking at my account like pressing up, down, left, right keys on the keyboard,I asked again, why are you looking at my account? I assumed the teller needed a overwrite, that's what she said. She's like you need to sign your form the way your Driver's License shows like you signed 25 years ago. I don't wanna mention names, not worth it. She knows who she is. I gave her my Drivers License which matches my face I have nothing suspicious, I gave her my debit card put in my PIN number. Remember, I did the same transaction 8 times with multiple different tellers and managers, never had a issue besides this manager. Thanks again for a very bad experience RUBINA! They never had great customer service to begin with. Empty smiles and greeting, but no actual service. We decided to close our account when they lied to us and gave us a credit card which was supposed to be 15 months interest free. They did not honor their words! When we came to this branch to close our account, they made us sit for 20 minutes when they had plenty of bankers available and branch was empty. Going to the bank is one of those tedious tasks few people actually enjoy. That being said, this Wells Fargo location is my favorite. While my personal account is not with Wells Fargo, I go there often to deposit checks for work. All the tellers are very friendly. George and Garik are particularly great, and strike up pleasant conversation while processing the checks. I usually in the afternoon, when it's quite busy. My only qualm with this place is the management of the long lines. They will often only have two tellers with a line nearly out the door. read more

This branch has noticeably bad customer service compared to the other locations I usually visit. Make the extra 10 minute drive to another Wells Fargo, it's worth it. They had a long line and only staffed two people as tellers, even though more people were available, just hanging out behind the counter. The people that I talked to were cold and extremely curt, and they obviously had no interest besides getting me in and out as quickly as possible. (This was all very ironic, since there was a large quote from the bank founder about the importance of "courtesy" carved into the wall behind the tellers in 1,000 pt font.) I came in to deposit my savings jar of tip money, was told to go somewhere else (a pretty vague instruction from the teller, who didn't clarify what she meant when I asked, so I just chose a desk) to count my money. That's totally fine, I was the one who forgot to stack my cash before coming in so I knew I had to do that. I just felt really terrible given that none of the employees who passed me tried to greet me or help me out. Furthermore, the original teller I spoke to told me to just skip the line and come back to her when I was done. That didn't happen. In fact, I just had to go back in line and she made no effort to call me back to her station when she saw me in line, instead calling out for a random woman in front of me. That's okay, I can understand even that because I personally don't like line skipping. But when I went to a second teller, he was really cold and not friendly in the slightest. The only attempt I got at a greeting was a manager (I'm assuming) who walked around the line saying, "Good morning, good morning" very quickly before returning to the counter. When I was standing waiting for my teller to count my cash, I looked up from my phone to see her grinning at me and she gave me another "Goodmorninghowareyou," to which I replied, "I am fine, how are you?" only to receive no response. Not even a look or smile. Obviously she is trying, but it's the bare minimum in that she knows she needs to greet people somehow, but not in any meaningful way to strike up legitimate conversation. Also, I very clearly communicated my dissatisfaction in my tone when I sad "I am fine." to the teller and the manager, so I feel I gave them the opportunity to amend an otherwise poor experience. read more
