I have stopped at this branch several times, and it's always the same story--only 1 or 2 tellers working (even though they have 5 teller windows available). In the final hour before closing, the line is often out the door--15-20 people waiting on one teller because the other teller invariably has some customer with a complicated transaction that did not end in the 25 minutes I stood in line. The staff in the fancy cubicles on the other side of the bank had NO customers, but not one of them took any notice of the long line---even though some of them MUST have worked as a teller at one time. If I could cancel this account and leave Wells Fargo, I would, because their customer service is SHITTY! read more

First time here and I'm extremely impressed with the customer service! As soon as I walked through the door, the greeter took me to a tellers window! He even carried my bag of coins for me. COVID EXPOSURE HERE. Did bank transactions as walk-in from April 1-16 2020. My wire transactions mysteriously disappeared without any trace into/out of my account. That was a red flag and I called into the branch and it was closed? I held on phone for 3 hours, to only be informed that no transaction appeared for the day I was there. Also phone representative stated the branch was closed for no reason, unknown to them. Now 5 days later from my latest visit, I receive an email notice after the fact, they had an employee tested positive for COVID and I'm at risk of possible exposure. So if the bank closed due to possible COVID exposure why were they not upfront then. I first called and asked why the branch was closed. So Wells Fargo knowingly put their customers at risk, by not sharing the fact once known. Where's the justice and trust we deserve from this fiduciary institution? read more

Sigh. The bank is still nice, but today I went in to deposit cash and was hounded. The lady helping me deposit was very nice and likeable but what I assume to have been the manager, was VERY pushy. She had blonde dyed hair and I should have gotten her name down. She kept telling me to apply for the Visa credit card and wouldn't take no for an answer- even tried to sneak it by me! Basically I moved and needed to update my address and she tried to get me to give her my ID card and I was a bit confused why they would need my ID card to update my address- until I realized it was to apply for the credit card which I did NOT say I wanted- so I said "is this for the credit card because I'm not interested." And she responded "oh. Well let us know if you change your mind." The whole time she was trying to compare the credit cards I have and decide for me they're worse. I'm pretty sure I can decide for myself what credit cards give me the best awards. read more

I am not big of Wells Fargo. I've been a Bank of America customer for over 20yrs. BofA is not the best bank in the world, but I get treated well cause I've been there so long.... So why am I writing about this Wells Fargo branch?? Well my mortgage is with Wells Fargo. I found out that if your Mortgage is with Wells Fargo, they offer you a free checking account!! How awesome is that?! Chase was charging my wife $10/month "service charge" that "could not be changed or waved." What the heck is that about? As if they don't make enough money! So when I found this out, I opened up a random Wells Fargo account for myself and one for my wife. The employees are very sweet (at least the ones we worked with). They were kind, brought us water, the whole 9 yards. I would totally recommend this branch for people who are interested on Well Fargo! They have pretty awesome employees... read more

Everyone there is really cool and nice. Totally awesome and give out free little mini waters :) hahaha. BUT......... I just wanted to warn people about something that went down and it took me forever to get my money back. I deposited a foreign check which normally cashes, but this time they said they would have to put a hold on it for 6 weeks and there will be a fee to cash it. I sighed and said OK. Now I know.... It was partly irresponsible for me to not ask how much the fee was for, but also think that the teller should have told me what it was. Little that I knew.... They cut $75 out of it and another party took out $20 which totaled $95 . I thought the fee might be like $20, but $95?!?! I went into the branch and they said that the manager couldn't wave the fee even if they could. I spoke with people on the phones and they couldn't find the charge because they sent it to some sort of collector. Meaning.... They only saw what was deposited, but no fee and it looked like it was deposited for how much it was after the fee. Oh yea... I was on the line for a while and they promised that they would transfer me to someone that could help and they just transferred me to the bank branch that I told them I just came from. I spoke to a lot of people at Wells Fargo and they couldn't guide me to a direction to petition it. I was lucky enough to have saved a letter and there was a number to call. When I called.... They said they would credit my account. I told them that I could hold until the cash is showed on my account... They said it would be up the next day, but wasn't and I had to call back....... Anyways...... Many calls and e-mails later I got the $75 back because the other $20 was from some other bank/branch or whatever..... I'm happy it got resolved and I now know if they mention a foreign check is going to be held and there will be a fee.... A minimum of $75 will be tacked on even if the check is for a measly $250. read more

Tujunga CA on Foothill: Staff could not be more careless and without knowledge! Manager is not proactive to come and help customer but walk and pass. Not helping new hires either. Not helpful. This branch used to be (10 years ago) a busy local bank with excellent customer service. It's a shame to see poor management has brought it to this poor level. Everything is pretty good at this branch. Never any complaints. Wells Fargo has been trying to kill all of their customers with kindness for the last few years and it is no different here. They are almost obsessively concerned with making sure all of your needs are met here. They have 2 ATM machines out in the front. The only reason I give this place 4 stars is that the parking situation here is pretty fierce. It's a tiny parking area right in front of the Wells Fargo. Everyone tries to park here even though there is a ton of parking one row over. Everybody gets in everyone else's way and people come in and out of that area really fast, so it's kind of hard to back out of your space easily. Do yourself a favor and just park one row further from the bank to save yourself the trouble of the parking wars here. :) read more

He is so amazing and has such a great personality and he kept apologizing behalf on his co workers and was genuine about everything . He is so helpful and was understanding and he even called his manager for me and she was so helpful as well . While I never usually have a problem at this bank I'm more annoyed from my visit yesterday. So I usually just make my deposits from the atm unless I need to cash a check... So yesterday I went in to cash a check and deposit the money so it wouldn't have a hold as it's the long weekend and it would take forever and I needed it. So I walked inside and went to the teller and said "I'd like to cash this and deposit it please". Now I am checking my emailed receipt and she didn't even cash it, she just deposited it (what I could've done outside and not waited in line for 10 min) now my funds will be available on WEDNESDAY THE 6th. I just logged in today to tell you about my salad in West Hollywood today. Then I checked the stack of mail sitting right next to me on my desk, and woo hoo! I got a check to cash/deposit. I then thought about when I'd have time to fit an actual in-person visit to the bank, as I also need to pick up a money order. Fortunately I realized that I'd be visiting my sister far, far, away in the foothills of the La Crescenta Valley and would be able to pop into my favorite WF branch. Seriously. Have you ever tried to go to the Los Feliz branch and actually get a parking spot? This one is a hidden gem. Plenty of suburban strip mall parking, and the fastest line in the west. Everyone is always so friendly too. I feel like I'm banking in the 50s whenever I'm there. I still haven't figured out how to get one of those plush ponies though! read more

I went to Wells Fargo to cash savings bonds after calling this branch and asking if they would. The woman that answered the phone (can't recall her name) knew what she was talking about and answered my question immediately and without needing to consult with anyone else. Upon arrival three days later I was greeted politely and brought to a banker not even a minute later. Gohar Gevorkian was extremely helpful and very professional, answered every question I had, and was very patient and understanding throughout the opening of my new savings account. Afterwards, Cristina Alquisiras, the teller Gohar introduced me to, handled all of my savings bonds on the spot with a little help from a supervisor because no one had shown up with so many bonds like I had. She was very patient and polite while I signed each of my bonds and cashed them all into my account. I had expected to endure a lengthy process but the Employees of this branch knew their stuff, handling it swiftly and without any issues. Very happy I went to this branch! read more

This was one of the very first great looking properties established on the nasty dirty neglected foothill Blvd the landscape is beautiful the building is not pink and white like every building on foothill now here is my complaint they spent a fortune to make it look very nice it could not be better 1 week into it opening some idiot placed a huge construction sign right on top of the planter right in front it sat for one month then it blew over and is currently crushing the great landscape you would think that if one single person working there cared at all about us as customers or their place of employment they would get off his or her lazy ass and remove the sign to the dumpster area especially the branch manager I truly do not want anyone this lazy handling my money read more

Unbelievably terrible service here! I come here every single week to deposit my check from work. There was a young lady working that I didn't recognize. I gave her the check to deposit, and she took about 20 minutes typing this in her system. I then asked what the problem was and she said that the check was unfamiliar, and she was trying to find old checks to compare it to. She couldn't and end up saying that she couldn't deposit the check for me. I then asked for a manager. Manager came and said the same thing. I come here every single week! This Wells Fargo branch is terrible. I can knock on the tellers, they are nice and do the best they can, but the management is arrogant and not helpful at all. One morning I woke up and found several overdraft charges on my card (even though I had specifically asked through that branch to not allow any transactions that would allow for overdraft). I asked the teller if they can review the charges for me, and I was simply told that there is nothing they can do and have a good day. I wasn't even asking for a refund or anything. They just tried sending me away. The manager was sitting directly behind the teller, and I asked that the manager (who was on their cell phone at the time) to help. The teller talked to him, he shrugged her away and she came back and said "The fees are at the managers discretion, and I should call the 800 service number". Again, I just needed the fees reviewed at my local wells fargo branch.
