Instead of having greeters at the door, you should focus on getting customers in and out. If the greetings are just to make me feel welcomed, great you did it. Now I am pissed that no one thinks it's a good idea to get to a window and help a customer. That would make me fee better than the greeting. 5/30/19 here is what I don't understand about banks. I don't think I ever will. I can in today and 4 employees chatting it up as usual. Why can't people be cross trained to handle customers in line. Here is my thinking.... if you interact with me rather than watch me like I am going to steal something, then you could see if I have needs that could be addressed at the bank. Boy has customer service gone down hill here. I was gave this branch 5 stars 10 months but now its under new management, Cristian Manzano, Vice President not only refused to help me with a wire transfer but then actually kicked me out of the bank when I complained that that his staff had no customers why couldnt they do a wire transfer. Instead he wanted me to make an appointment for 3:00 but the bank stops doing wire transfers at 2:00 and this was an emergency transfer. Please DO NOT open an account with wells Fargo Bank. This bank DOES NOT understand the fact business owners and individuals need to have access to their funds. They need to have an appointment for sending wires. You can not just walk in a branch and request a wire transfer and their appointments is not the same date. Some thing that takes 5 to 10 min is taking them days. They make an excuse of COVID-19 for everything in order not to provide on time service. Wells Fargo on vista way is the worst. no customer service as reflected by the teller & the manager. cashing in rolled coins and then counting pennies when you have well over $100k in their accounts plus accounts since the 1980's. This place has just gotten worse under new management. There is always a line out the door. They only have 3 people working and that it just not enough. I came here just to deposit a cashiers check into another account that I have done multiple time but now they will not take my check because it had a date. I waited in line for 40 minutes and to just be told that " we can't accept this check." I asked well then what am I suppose to do now? She simply said oh come back another day. This was the terrible customer service, I will never come back here anymore. I wished I could rate this Well Fargo's a 0 but sadly I can't. Start adding more workers so people don't have to spend an hour waiting to just deposit money into their account! That is just ridiculous. read more

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch I have used. If you want service and you do not want to hear the word no, go to a different branch. We had no trouble with the same request at a different branch, but were told no more than once here. Don't waste your time and effort at this branch. The banker that sits by the window when you walk into the door is so unproficient with her work she does not update the accounts as she was saying to the customer that she did. Do not go to her she does not do her work correct. And she's rude on top of that the first time I went and the second time she was being nice because I have brought my family with me but still unproficient. I do not recommend that you open any account or have any updates with this girl. read more

Please note: This review was written for the Wells Fargo in Fallbrook, CA........not Oceanside, CA!!! My family has a PMA Account with Wells Fargo and I needed some assistance with a relatively minor problem regarding this account, but to me it was a big problem. I had previously stopped by another Wells Fargo Bank in a neighboring town about two months ago to get help with this issue, and all they did was give me the telephone number to call for help with PMA accounts. I called that number four different times within the past two months, and spoke with four different people who assured me the problem would be taken care of; but each month on our statement the same problem was still there! Finally, I remembered that whenever I had visited the Fallbrook Wells Fargo with my aging mother, they ALWAYS went above and beyond for us, so I decided to drive over there (although I live in neighboring Temecula, which is approximately 20 miles from this particular bank). Well, I go in with my problem, thinking I'm never going to get it solved, and spoke with a banker named Angel (unfortunately, I cannot remember his last name). He was so professional, kind, and was bound and determined to solve this problem. After awhile of trouble shooting, he actually solved the problem with my PMA!!!! I was so thankful to Angel for not giving up on this matter until he found a solution Once again, the Fallbrook Wells Fargo went above and beyond for my family!!! i had wrote a review on the wrong branch. This branch encouraged us to Close All Our Bank Accts. We will longer be doing service with Wells Fargo because if this branch. Yes it was that bad! My daughter whom is 12 years old has a savings accout and when we opened her accout in Carlsbad we were told she could access her account need be. Well in order to teach her the act of withdrawel we waited in the parking lot as she stood in line for over 20 min. She comes out almost sobbing because both the teller and bank supervisor turned her away. My daughter had her school identification,birth certificate and her banking information. i walked in back to speak with supervisor and was disrespected and turned away aswell. My husband whom had walked over to the Dyalisis was appauled at the experience we decided right there in their to Close All Of Our Accounts. The Supervisir looked so unkept and dirty we are disgusted at this branch. read more

This branch sucks. Twice I have scheduled appointments and twice the person I made the appointment with wasn't even there. Not once did they even offer an explanation as to why the person wasn't there. For the second appointment, they didn't have a banker onsite that could assist and they immediately called a branch in Vista telling the banker there that I would be right over, before confirming if I even had the time or desire to drive all the way to Vista. Time is a scarce commodity and we make appointments because our time is valuable. Their lack of respect of their customers' time is appalling. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years and they have always been exceptionally good as far customer service and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. This branch obviously did not get the memo and makes me want to pull my assets and go somewhere else if this is a sign of where the bank is heading. read more

I walked in today at 5pm. There were only two people in line, a man in a motorized wheelchair and me. The greeter immediately accomdated him by moving a teller from behind the counter to a desk. The man spoke Spanish, in which the teller was fluent. In less than a minute, I was transacting my deposit. It took me at less than 4 minutes from entering to exiting the bank. read more
