Came in at 9:30am on a Saturday to open an account. Waited in line just for them to say they don't take walk ins to open accounts, you have to make an appointment. UPDATE: After an HOUR of waiting, the two reps vanished and they sent out some goofball in a suit who told us to wait another ten minutes in case their appointment didn't show up. We asked why can you just assist us in those ten minutes? At Altura the process of removing and adding a joint only took 10-15 minutes. He just kept telling us they would only help us if the appointment didn't show up. I told this sorry excuse of a man that I know he's full of it and they need to check their reviews because they have the worst reviews of any Wells Fargo location nearby. He just kept smirking at me. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I can't imagine having to speak to that individual for any longer. I pray for anyone who DARES to come in here without an appointment or anyone in this man's personal life that has to deal with his attitude. Also 80% of the desks were covered in dust and had no computers because I guess they've just fired so many people? I don't know WHAT is going on here. What a mess. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unbearably slow. Only two reps available on a SATURDAY. And they said "appointments only" and will try to help us, but we've been here for over 30 minutes and still waiting, and we're the only ones in the lobby! And when I go on the website, they don't have any Saturday appointments available for the next two weeks. What a joke. I shouldn't need an appointment to simply remove and add a joint on an account, which is all I'm doing. I don't get treated like this at Altura or SchoolsFirst. Just went in at this Wells Fargo location and the customer service was amazing. They are all friendly especially Joyce the front teller she helped me open my account today and it was fast and easy. Can't give zero stars. It's not the staff, the tellers are always helpful and friendly. This bank is the only bank forcing patrons, including the elderly, to wait in lines outside. This is the worst service I've ever received, every month my payments set on auto pay are late, it says ,5 days for delivery, they are now on 10 days late. Late from auto pay is rediculous,. The worst branch I ever been!! There's an old lady (teller assistant) who's always hard to work with, she does everything super slow, she made me double sign my check cause she wanted to verify my signature, even tho I had the caution to previous sign it at home so I don't have to use one of the bank pens that everyone uses ( she didn't care) she is super rude and makes you not want to go to this branch, also they never give you the option to get your receipt by email, they just print it and then justify saying I should let them know before I started my transaction, like why only this things happen in this branch? This was my third visit to this location. The two other times were okay but this third time was great! Sumari made me feel comfortable and was friendly. This specific branch does nothing to quell the various garbage-merchants, panhandlers and other scuzz buckets that wander the parking lot, the ATM wall, and the sidewalks nearby. If you use the ATM here, you will be begged for cash, you will be offered fruit or pillows or some other trash, and you will feel unsafe. As a business, I'd think Wells Fargo has an interest in creating a safe and clean atmosphere on their property. This branch suggests otherwise. read more

Avoid this place on paydays, the day before a 3 day weekend, or anytime you don't have at least 30 mins to waste. This place is so slow!!! The only positive about this branch is that they have 4 ATMs. That is the only good thing about this place. The interior has a scuzzy feel and the staff is slow. I avoid having to go inside at all costs. There are even times that when I know I have to go inside, I'll go to the Moreno Valley or Lake Elsinore branches. Yes, that's how much I dislike this branch. It is not uncommon to see the line stretch back to the door with only 2 or 3 tellers present. I also understand that customer service means being pleasant and engaging the customer, but when you're waiting in line for over 30 mins and see the teller chit chatting with a customer at the window while the line just grows, well, let's just say that I'm not going to be looking for small talk at the window. I want to get in and out - I do not want to be asked some vapid questions about my day. I've been to this location three times already and three times I've been frustrated with the tellers. Two out of the three times I've had yesika help me and she was rude and snappy. She talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Just avoid going to the tellers if you can. Or just make the extra drive to get better customer service. Finally employee comes out ask the gentleman in front of me was he making a deposit or making a payment. He needed to see the teller, then she skips right over me and go to the next person. Wait! "HORRIBLE!!!" They closed my account without a good reason, they accused me of fraud just because they took the word of a BITTER manager at the Perris, CA Bracnh on Perris Blvd. ( BEWARE!!! She is out to get people). When I went to a different branch to withdraw money from my account (I did not want to see the BITTER one) I was notified that my account was in the process of being closed, I tried to provide them with proof, I asked them to review my case, but they just turned me away. When I got home I called the Wells Fargo fraud and loss department and they were so rude, I had hopes that maybe they would hear me out & ask for proof but they were VERY SHORT with me asked to see nothing and basically said F*** OFF, all this happened at the beginning of March it is now April 1 and the joke is on me; because I have yet to receive a check from them. Once again I called them today and they have no set time to cut me a check and they are even returning my income tax refund back to the IRS!! I had read very bad reviews of Wells Fargo before I opened my account; now I wish I would have listened.
