Usually laundry mats use quarters but Bellair Coin Laundry does not. I was confused as to what to do and the other people that were there were very nice and helped me with all of my questions. The next person that came in also had questions and because of the help I had received from the other nice people there I was able to help them. Their facility is very clean and the machines are very large so you can get a lot of clothes done in 1 load. The prices are very good as well. They destroyed two of my best dress shirts by failing to unbutton the shirt before laundering -- ripped the buttoned collar, button, and retaining fabric right off the shirt -- leaving a gaping hole where there was once a button, then attempted a half-assed repair, and finally insisted that was how they received them. After spending hundreds of dollars at this cleaners location they refused to honor a $5.00 coupon that was expired by a week, not to mention that they were not doing a good job with my cleaning and I was having to re-iron my shirts after picking up my dry cleaning.. So today I decided to give Lapels another shot at servicing my clothes. When I walked in I was asked for my basic information. The young lady at the counter stopped and went to get the manager. I said no, I gave u a bad rating last year for your service but I'm here to give u another shot.. He then proceeded to look for my rating on his cell phone.. I again asked him if was going to service me and he said I'm looking for your rating first.. I then told him not to worry about it because I will take my business elsewhere and just give him another rating tonight.. So here it is.. I want to thank Emerald Cleaners in Fleming Island for their great customer service.. I will recommend Emerald Cleaners to all my co-workers and the men/women in uniform who utilize dry cleaning like I do..
