As a busy mom, I stayed up late prepping my extensions and getting my hair ready exactly the way she instructed. I rearranged my entire schedule to be prepared for her arrival. The morning of my event, she simply never showed up. No text, no call, no warning -- nothing. I tried reaching her repeatedly, and her phone was completely off. She was totally unresponsive, and at that point I had to scramble last-minute on an important day. It created so much stress that should have never happened. What makes this even worse is that her Instagram account (kcbridalhair) is now disabled, which feels extremely shady and unprofessional. Between disappearing the day of the event, turning her phone off, and wiping her social media, it's clear this is not someone who cares about her clients or her reputation. I wasted my time, my energy, and my trust. I'm writing this so no one else gets blindsided or has their event ruined like I did. She is completely unreliable. DO NOT BOOK her for any event -- you will regret it.

The woman over the phone was incredibly nice and even offered me a $20 coupon for my first time. The place is small & homey. They offered pillows and blankets and the ambiance was relaxing. A girl who looked pretty young to me worked on my lashes and I felt as if she worked harder on one eye than the other. I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. At first she told me to make an appointment but when I told her how upset I was, they fixed my eyelashes right there & then free of charge. The lashes came out great & I'm happy they accommodated me. Very thorough and meticulous in applying the lashes. They came out beautiful. I went here today for a touch up and wished I'd had the same lady (Monica..I think) as the first time as this eyelash technician wasn't as meticulous but all-in-all the lashes still came out great. Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.
