First off, this is my first time ever going to this location. Most of the time I don't have high hopes for Wendy's, mainly the ones in this state lol. I'm not from around this neighborhood. The drive-through had 2 vehicles. They moved along pretty fast, took me 5 minutes tops to order and get through. The service was great! Younger guy was professional taking the order right away, then getting my food to me. I got the nuggets, fries and strawberry lemonade. All was delicious:) so. Can't complain! read more

Thurs. 4/3/25, at approximately 2 pm, I stopped at the Wendy's drive-through near O'Malley. The young window clerk seemed new and confused. I drove up, handed her my credit card and she closed the window. When it re-opened, she handed me my order with multiple things on the side (napkins, spoon), then she closed the window, turned away and started taking the next order. I assumed (wrongly) that the bundle she handed me included my credit card, as it often does, and I drove off. Unfortunately, this caused me a huge hassle the rest of the afternoon. First I ripped my car apart looking for the card. I could not complete my errands as I had no credit card. I had to drive all the way back to Wendy's. Around 4:30, I walked in and asked a young man about my card, who looked nervous and raced to the back. An overweight, sloppy, pissed-off looking woman came to the counter. I politely asked if my card was there. She turned away from me mid-sentence and lumbered to the side window, while speaking loudly to another employee, "...idiot's back for her card," easily heard by me AND other customers. When she returned with my credit card, I thanked her and started to ask, "This put me through a lot of trouble today. Can you..." She interrupted me and said "No. It was your responsibility to make sure you got your card back." I agreed, but I tried to explain that the clerk should have returned it automatically as soon as the transaction was complete. However, she kept interrupting me and then told me to leave. I walked out. A guy sweeping yelled "have a nice day!" WHOA. After second thought, I returned to ask for the manager. Now she was helping a customer. I stood to the side and waited for her to finish. She tried to ignore me and began to speak to the guy behind me. I moved to the front of the register and said "I just want a manager." She again loudly spoke to her friend in the back, "She's back and she's blocking the register." She lumbered back to whomever she was speaking with. I heard "fake name" and laughter. She returned with a smug smile and said "Sarah. How's that?" I could NOT believe the level of rudeness. This Wendy's has sunk SO LOW. Their food is often cold or bad, and the service is non-existent! I stop here consistently once a week for my kiddo. For the most part everything is consistent and it's exactly what you expect from a fast food chain. Today however I notice the drive thru line was longer than normal, so I parked to go inside. There were no signs on the door at all and the door was locked. I called asking if their dinning room are was open and the response I got was "just go through the drive thru ma'am" Definitely younger kids working but if you are going to close the door at least have a sign up. I think they got new hires here cause it's a lot better than I remember a year ago. The service was pretty fast and a lot better then I remembered. The food was pretty good. Got the spicy chicken pretzel bacon pub. And the son of the baconator. And some large fries. The sandwiches were pretty tasty. The only bad thing is the fries were extra salty. This is the worst Wendy's and food place I have ever been. All the workers are dirty and very unprofessional. They all curse like sailors in front of the customers and the manager was doing most of the cursing. They don't measure or clean the areas they work in. The restaurant is a hot mess!!! I had some valpak coupons for Wendy's so I stopped in here this morning on my way to work. I was greeted in a rather hostile manner by Terrance, who seemed very displeased to have a customer at all and assured me he would only take my order if I was paying with a credit card. After placing my order he argued back and forth with other kitchen staff about how busy he was and who should be filling these orders. The general feeling was that no one wanted to do anything and that these annoying customers should just "go home". Yes, they said that loud enough to hear in the lobby. I was informed after I paid and had waited 7 minutes for 2 burgers that half the toppings were out of stock and would not be included in my order, I wasnt offered any discount or refund and again I seemed to be causing trouble for Terrance when I asked why they didnt have simple ingredients. I dont expect 5 star service from a fast food "restaurant" but this was utterly disgusting and I wont shop here again. I'm sure Terrance will be happy to hear they have one less customer. read more

I love Wendy's but this one needs to go. It's old, it's slow (whether you drive through or dine in), it's pain to get in and out of. My most memorable experience there was when I went in on a Saturday afternoon. I went in and ordered my typical spicy chicken sandwich. The guy at the register was nice enough, but he absolutely butchered my name in a way I've never seen. What made it even more hilarious is he specifically told me he was sure he spelled it correctly. I have never met any Nicole (or anyone for that matter) who spells their name "Nicaol". If you want Wendy's skip this one and go to one next to the midtown Fred Meyer. Disappointed! Normally do not eat fast food so I haven't been to a Wendy's restaurant in awhile, however, I do still expect to get a hot burger. The fries were great the fries were hot but my burger was completely lukewarm. There wasn't an abnormally long wait, only one car in front of me... but it seems pretty obvious to me that I got the fresh hot fries but I got a burger that had been sitting for who knows how long and not even warming on the grill. RACISM! Stopped by here at the drive-thru to order a bourbon bacon burger but they ran out of the bourbon sauce. So I had to change to the Baconator. However, I pronounced wrong: "bourconator" instead of baconator. And I heard through the drive-thru speaker that a guy who also serving at drive-thru register were making fun of my mistake by asking the question "Do you want the bourconator?" and laughing with the lady who serving me. Ordered on Uber eats and when the order was never received, I called the restaurant to find out what happened. The man who answered the phone hung up on me in thr middle of my sentence. I came here this morning for breakfast and first thing I see is they don't have the breakfast menu up. I ask if they're still serving breakfast, the guy that's in charge of taking orders instantly gets an attitude with me and continues it through the whole ordering process. Every time I come to this Wendy's it seems there's always a problem. On top of the horrible attitude they tell me to park in the front and wait for my food when there's nobody in line. Completely remodeled, friendly cashier gave an extra toy to our toddler (thank you!) and fast service. The place was clean too. Really nothing to complain about, although it seemed that most people went through the drive thru (we ate inside) which might've taken longer for them. Extra star for the employee on his lunch break- our toddler was waving at him and he was smiling and waving back and playing peekaboo. Most fast food staff on break want nothing to do with customers.
