You're either getting chicken fingers, or ... chicken fingers. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the cole slaw. The chicken, fries, Texas toast and sauce are money. The drive through speaker is unbelievably quiet, I just assumed the guy got the order right - but that's not a big knock. The fresh lemonade was very meh, super sweet and green for St P's day. The chicken was okay. Not crispy at all, just soft. Not really what I'm looking for when going out to indulge in some fried chicken. The fries were just okay as well, never been a huge fan of crinkle cut and these didn't sway me. I give them three stars because they have chicken 3, 4 or 6 pieces or a sandwich(no pickles) I got the theee piece for $9.49. I like their fries, smaller portions then I remember. the chicken fingers are even smaller and honestly the breading is just not good. Costco sells frozen Tyson chicken that has amazing breading lol. I have seen this place for months and decided to give it a try for lunch. This particular place isn't allowing inside dining at all, not even to order and go, nope...drive up only at the dimond restaurant. The line was ridiculously long, thinking if they allowed people in to order to go it would help the drive up line but who am I....oh yea, the consumer! In any case, it took me almost 20 minutes from line to finished product. The staff was very friendly and wore masks and gloves FYI. Now the food, boy...is this a hype. I got the sandwich combo as pictured which was 8.95 and an extra charge for the sauce. The product is just ok. Seriously it's like buying frozen chicken strips and fries for much less on your own. It's was good for a few fingers with sauce but I wasn't like, "Oh my goodness, have you tried Raising Cane's? Let's go!" This is the place I pick when I can't figure out what I want. Their food is quite tasty. They only have a few things on the menu. That helps to maintain quality and speed. If you go during their busy times, expect a line. I only have a few minor complaints. 1) get rid of the stupid opening line when you drive up to the ordering microphone. Replace it with, "May I help you, please?" 2) less ice in the drinks. 3) take care of the credit card purchase BEFORE handing out the food. I saw a woman in front of me drive off after getting her food before they had her credit card ready. 4) improve the larger containers. You may have to stop at the window, put car in park, then reach over to grab the container with BOTH hands as they put napkins and ketchup packets on top. The larger container is pretty flimsy and tends to pop open. Maybe using a plastic bag would be appropriate in this case? Otherwise, a great alternative to other fast food places. read more

I'm such a big fan of raising canes. I live in Northern California so the closest canes to me is about 3 hours away which means I rarely ever get to have any. Fell into what I would call a human trap on Memorial Day, wasted thirty minutes of my life waiting in the drive thru, each person that pulled up to the window sat there for an average of 5 to 8 minutes before they pulled forward. When I finally got to the order speaker I quickly realized they were closed, meanwhile the line of cars kept pilling up behind me! Crazy crazy crazy, maybe the management could have put out orange cones and signage to let people know that the restaurant was closed for the holiday! No one else in line at the drive-through, I'm the only vehicle in line. Ordered a medium drink at $2.45. The server handed it to me loaded with ice. The drink was all ice. I requested her take it back and put less ice in it. She wouldn't take it back and said something I couldn't understand, motioned for me to keep it. I insisted she take it back and replace the drink with one that has less ice. She took it back while mumbling something under her mask while throwing it in the trash shutting the window not replacing the drink. She then turned to the young man assisting the window with orders, I assume, to have him remake the drink with less ice, which he did. But, he put it down on the counter and turned away leaving it sit. I was looking at him wondering why he didn't hand me the drink. So I honked my horn, he then handed my drink to me. To this young man I was angry and rude to after the lady refused to fix my drink, I sincerely apologize to you. My anger was displaced at you, but was really meant toward the lady who refused to fix my soda and tossed it in the trash unwilling to get me another one. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was mid and the staff/management was horrible. One lady in particular I don't know if she was a manager or a regular crew member I believe her name was celia was very rude. For one, I could not understand a word she said and I asked nicely for her to repeat it but was greeted with a nasty attitude. She seemed to be mumbling a lot under her breath and was no help at all. I usually enjoy canes but I feel she's ruining the whole vibe and integrity of the business.
