    Drive thru open !

The menu is simple .. chicken fingers , fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and that's just about it but the chicken is very good . What I like best about this place is I can get just two chicken strips and coleslaw for 4bucks ! Just the right amount of food for the right price . I have only been to Raising Cane's a couple of times and each time there has been a long line , but each time it moved quickly and my order went smoothly .

I give them three stars because they have chicken 3, 4 or 6 pieces or a sandwich(no pickles) I got the theee piece for $9.49. I like their fries, smaller portions then I remember. the chicken fingers are even smaller and honestly the breading is just not good. Costco sells frozen Tyson chicken that has amazing breading lol. Definitely is not good the next day either. All soggy and gross. I don't like the canes sauce either it was very peppery. I'll go there in a year when I forget what they tasted like.

Box combo no slaw extra fries.

I came by 10:55 and they let me still order as they were closing up. Great service and great food.

I have seen this place for months and decided to give it a try for lunch. This particular place isn't allowing inside dining at all, not even to order and go, nope...drive up only at the dimond restaurant. The line was ridiculously long, thinking if they allowed people in to order to go it would help the drive up line but who am I....oh yea, the consumer! In any case, it took me almost 20 minutes from line to finished product. The staff was very friendly and wore masks and gloves FYI. Now the food, boy...is this a hype. I got the sandwich combo as pictured which was 8.95 and an extra charge for the sauce. The product is just ok. Seriously it's like buying frozen chicken strips and fries for much less on your own. Their signature is the sauce, boom that's it. Thanks for the memories but I don't think I'll be back.

Late dinner with the family. Place seems pretty popular and busy every time we drove by so we decided to give it a try before heading home. Chickens were alright. The chicken sandwich didn't have much flavor. The sauce wasn't bad. The bread was okay. Overall the food was okay but wasn't worth the hype at least for us.

This is the "largest" order you can place.- Caniac combo.

I don't know what happened but their portions have less food in them. The local wing shops are starting to look more promising.

The line for drive thru goes all around and around, but, if its not for the chicken i would not wait. The line does seem to move somewhat fast.

The third Raising Cane's restaurant to open in Alaska! Super excited to have another great option in South Anchorage, which has lacked more options. I appreciate and stellar customer service and welcoming I receive when driving up. I'm excited to checkout the restaurant once we are allowed to dine-in again (COVID19 craziness) The grand opening was postponed and I haven't found any info on when they plan to open.

Food was great. Prices are now equal with McDonald's. Good waiting time from order to pick up. Enough sitting for a big family.

Great Place can get kinda busy and the drive thru is pretty back up depending on when you go there.

My experiences here have been mixed. In general I'm not a fan of national chains on principle,…read more especially if there are locally run mom and pops nearby. But occasionally when we are at the pharmacy nearby and pressed for time after work, we land at Smashburger. In particular, we like their small outdoor seating area on a sunny day which are so rare in Anchorage. But I have learned their tables are almost never clean, so i come prepared with babywipes and hand sanitizer to deal with cleanliness issues. The trashcans are also overflowing, which always gives me pause. Their fries are terrible and overpriced. My husband loves their weird little Brussel sprout things, but holy hell are they salty. Definitely enough for a party of 3. But I absolutely love their Pickle Stack burger. I don't even like mustard, But man, it is the exact perfect proportions of meaty cheese, meat, mustard and PICKLES!!! I hope they make this seasonal burger part of their permanent menu.

Food is good, the restaurant is not…read more I tried to come here last Friday about 5pm and their entire computer system went down. The "lady in charge" said it would be a few minutes and gave us free drinks. Yea... we waited an hour, for some reason, and they still weren't on. Couldn't online order, they could do nothing. Were happy to feed all the teenage boys "working" though. Ok so wanted to try them again. I thought about ordering on the app but didn't want to put all my card info in so just ordered in store. The app (who didn't know any better) said the wait was 10 minutes. I get in the store and almost everyone sitting down didn't have any food. They were getting the burgers ready but the sides were taking soooo long. The burgers would just sit in the window, waiting for their fry companion. I waited 25 minutes with a litteral screaming squirmy wormy baby. Why come here when McDonald's is like 2 minutes. I wanted a kaladi brothers shake too but didn't want to pay $9 for a soda sized cup. They made their sweet potatoes into waffle fries when they used to be regular shaped fries. I think that's what slowed them down. Honestly the price wasn't bad, 7.99 for a regular smash burger but the wait was too long.
