    Drive thru open !

The menu is simple .. chicken fingers , fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and that's just about it but the chicken is very good . What I like best about this place is I can get just two chicken strips and coleslaw for 4bucks ! Just the right amount of food for the right price . I have only been to Raising Cane's a couple of times and each time there has been a long line , but each time it moved quickly and my order went smoothly .

I give them three stars because they have chicken 3, 4 or 6 pieces or a sandwich(no pickles) I got the theee piece for $9.49. I like their fries, smaller portions then I remember. the chicken fingers are even smaller and honestly the breading is just not good. Costco sells frozen Tyson chicken that has amazing breading lol. Definitely is not good the next day either. All soggy and gross. I don't like the canes sauce either it was very peppery. I'll go there in a year when I forget what they tasted like.

I have seen this place for months and decided to give it a try for lunch. This particular place isn't allowing inside dining at all, not even to order and go, nope...drive up only at the dimond restaurant. The line was ridiculously long, thinking if they allowed people in to order to go it would help the drive up line but who am I....oh yea, the consumer! In any case, it took me almost 20 minutes from line to finished product. The staff was very friendly and wore masks and gloves FYI. Now the food, boy...is this a hype. I got the sandwich combo as pictured which was 8.95 and an extra charge for the sauce. The product is just ok. Seriously it's like buying frozen chicken strips and fries for much less on your own. Their signature is the sauce, boom that's it. Thanks for the memories but I don't think I'll be back.

This is the "largest" order you can place.- Caniac combo.

I don't know what happened but their portions have less food in them. The local wing shops are starting to look more promising.

Late dinner with the family. Place seems pretty popular and busy every time we drove by so we decided to give it a try before heading home. Chickens were alright. The chicken sandwich didn't have much flavor. The sauce wasn't bad. The bread was okay. Overall the food was okay but wasn't worth the hype at least for us.

The line for drive thru goes all around and around, but, if its not for the chicken i would not wait. The line does seem to move somewhat fast.

The third Raising Cane's restaurant to open in Alaska! Super excited to have another great option in South Anchorage, which has lacked more options. I appreciate and stellar customer service and welcoming I receive when driving up. I'm excited to checkout the restaurant once we are allowed to dine-in again (COVID19 craziness) The grand opening was postponed and I haven't found any info on when they plan to open.

Food was great. Prices are now equal with McDonald's. Good waiting time from order to pick up. Enough sitting for a big family.

You can find this food truck by checking their social media--they're on Facebook and IG. Unlike many restaurants and food trucks in Anchorage K's Kitchen is serving food past 9pm and into the wee hours of the night! The owner is super friendly, and remembers my boyfriend and I whenever we pull up to order. She has an array of burgers, wraps, wings, and salads to choose from. My personal favorite is the chicken caesar salad--it is the BOMB; chicken is blackened and the caesar dressing is homemade. She also just added a southwest chicken salad which I'll be adding to the rotation. My boyfriend will usually get a wrap or burger if he doesn't choose the daily special. Highly recommend you trying out the cajun fries, so delicious! Also, if she has any dessert available, you'll want to order that too--her desserts aren't permanent menu items so if you see something you like, don't hesitate cause it will most likely be gone! In the past she's made lemon bars, oreo brownies, and so many more that I can't think of. Prices are reasonable too--we get a meal for two for under $30. Portion sizes are large and I never walk away feeling hungry, even when it's a salad. Overall, you need to try this place out! Good food from good people.

The employee shook his head to indicate they were closed. It took a few weeks but I made my back on Thursday afternoon. And the experience was solid. I started with the chips and salsa. I'm noticing a trend of some places charging for their chips and salsa. What's weird is the places with the most authentic chips often have one complimentary basket. And places like this with a price tag have the store bought variety. But the salsas were delicious (and the hot was even spicy!). I asked for a second mild salsa since the containers were pretty small. The tacos were good. I went for a carne asada and a Birria. The carne asada was on point. Hot and tasty without being salty. The Birria was a bit dry. The cheese helped a little. I removed one of the tortillas and dipped it in the salsas to get a little moisture to it. It made me wonder if consommé is not a norm for Birria. The restaurant was spotless and very nicely apportioned. Lots of seating for a place that looks so small from the outside.

The pictures online looked amazing, the menu looked streamlined and neat. Upon entering it is a super cute place and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the artwork on display. Everything looked nice and clean, 8/10. Service was attentive and great. She was very quick and polite. No complaints here whatsoever! The food.... We were going to order calamari ($20) to start, but they were out. That's OK! No big deal. I decided we could just start with chips and salsa. This is not a free with your meal chips and salsa like other places but it's a reasonable $5. We received a big basket of tortillas and I enjoyed both red red mild and green hot salsas. The chips were good too. I ordered the chalupa plate ($21) and it came with two chalupas filled with chicken/potato and a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans were good. I liked that it was refried black beans. I got through my first chalupa, moving the lettuce aside to check it out. I noticed my chicken was pre-packed type chicken slices. You know, the kind with "grill" marks you find at Costco that are ready for salads and already cooked. My heart sank. For the price point I was seriously expecting more. It is not difficult to roast chicken fresh and shred it for dishes... My partner ordered the burrito special ($25) and while it was a MASSIVE thing that could feed you 3x easily it was subpar to him he told me later in the car. While I did not partake in dessert I did check out the little menu on the table. While I know the odds of desserts being made in house are low, I always hope so. The desserts here are from Sweet Street Desserts which is a wholesale chain, so I passed. I'm sure they are tasty, but just not for me when going out to eat. Unfortunately I don't think this place is worth the cost of the food vs the quality. They would need to up their food quality and freshness game to bring us back...

The first red flag was 1pm on week day and there was only 3 parties in the place. The one and only server was very nice, but being the only one, twice when new parties entered he would walk away. Wife ordered chicken katsu rice plate. The overall theme is everything is bland. EVERYTHING.. Her cabbage slaw/salad had a white creamy sauce, my best guess is mayo mixed with ranch but only if both was every kind of free there is, fat, sugar, carb, keto, and most importantly, taste FREE. Her rice was purple, there were purple chunks, not sure if it was potato, the rice was mushy, wet, and Bland. Her kutsu sauce was made from the same everything free ingredients. Come on man, Kutsu sauce is 3 ingredients and all three are bold flavors, how do you mess that up. But ok, they want to be fusion, maybe add some cilantro or chili. She asked for soy sauce and salt to try and add some flavor. Half way through she has me hold out my hand and pours a handful of the "salt" from the shaker. It was not salt granules, almost looked like a salt substitute. I honestly don't know what it was but when I tasted it I would be extremely generous by saying I got a 25% salt flavor. Normally, you put 2-4 tablespoons of salt in your hand and lick your finger, when you taste that, you get a powerful punch in the mouth of dam, that's salty. I was dumbfounded, if they are using that "salt" to cook with them makes since why everything is so bland. I don't want to repeat the Bland Bland Bland theme over and over. I had bulgogi, kutsu, and BBQ chicken tacos. I will skip to the end- yep, you guessed it, Bland. We did have the bulgogi egg roll, I do want to touch on this only because I was so mad at myself once we left I dug Into the reviews. These are one of the most positive commented items, BUT those comments are from over a year ago. Overall, 11$ for two small egg rolls cut in half is ridiculous. Then if you bite/taste just the egg roll, there is a 5% taste of bulgogi sauce. Which again is so explosive of a sauce. But, If you drown the egg roll in the creamy mild sriracha sauce then the egg roll is ok. If you forget what it should taste like and just concentrate on how did they make the sauce with no heat, then you could get at least a 2-2.5 star. Server deserves 5 stars, Food deserves 2 stars.
