this Wendy's has been recently remodeled and reopened. It used to be very dirty and unaccommodating place to go so I had stopped. I thought well after the remodel maybe it would be nicer so I went a few dsys ago and it was OK. they got my order wrong which is not unusual for them. So I decided to go back again. absolutely horrendous, inquired about the senior discount. They said they don't have it anymore, but it was there about a week ago when I went. but, OK no big deal. once again they got my order wrong, even though I took the time to tell them exactly what I wanted, and it appeared up on the screen just the way I wanted it. however, when I picked the order up, it was wrong. It was such a big deal to get it corrected. The manager was extremely rude and had an attitud, especially considering it was no big deal. I had ordered a hamburger with no cheese and they gave me a cheeseburger. I just simply wanted them to correct it and then she gave me a big lecture on how I need to order and tell them no cheese, which I did in the first place. I love Wendy's! It's one of my favorite fast food burger establishments, however, the location in Annapolis is utter trash. I only continue to patronize this one when I really want Wendy's because the one on Kent Island has been gone for years and it's too much of a hike to go to Easton's location. There have been times I went in the past when they were not open during their hours of operation; there's been times they counted my change wrong and I had to correct them. Times where I ordered shit and they gave me completely wrong items or downsized my order. I went recently and again they royally messed up my order. I don't defend how because I ordered through the only app. I ordered a medium fry; I got a massive free fries, three burgers - 2 Dave's singles with the works, and a Dave's double with only cheese and ketchup. Instead, Dave's Double was a double hamburger with NOTHING. I know I should be checked my order, but when you are at a drive-through window picking up an order, and they recite the order as you placed it, you'd think, in theory, they would get the order right. Someone from Wendy's Corporate desperately needs to come to this location and do some significant damage control because this is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. read more

This location has famously been in a frequent stop among beachgoers. It has recently been updated, reflecting more modern feel than the old decaying building it was. If you know, Wendy's, you know the food. This location is no better or worse than any other. Having visited the inside twice, I can say I can't stand it! And both occasions it felt hot and sticky! It was easy to see many of the other people having the same complaint. I just cannot stand it. It ruined the meal. As I often did before the renovation in the future I will just get drive thru and eat in the car. Of course there is a McDonald's right next door. A wawas down the street with food too. The service has also been remarkably slow on both occasions. The drive thru seems to get priority as well. Almost as though they want us to stew in the hot and muggy dinning room. The quality of the food was good. Service, nope. There wasn't any. I'm an extremely patient person yet pulled away confused and angry. If it wasn't for the labor shortages, I would vow to never return. My order was retaken once I pulled up to the window. He couldn't understand my order so I simply changed my order to a large chili with cheese. I ended up paying for the free junior frosty and received what I'd initially ordered when I first pulled up - not what I ended up ordering. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Consistently horrible and will not be returning. I understand that many businesses are short staffed- there was even a sign hanging up saying to be patient with wait times. I waited a long time which isn't the problem at all. The problem is that it was so disappointing to get home and discover my ENTIRE meal was inedible. The fries were disgustingly over-salted. More salt than fries. Couldn't eat those. I thought whatever at least I have my burger and drink. Nope. I've added a picture of what my son of a baconator looked like. The bacon is so burnt and disgusting and it was smashed into the wrapped like someone stepped on it. My Coke was lukewarm with no carbonation. How in the world does it get this bad?!? There had been one car ahead of me and it wasn't busy. I waited and waited patiently upwards of 15-20 mins and paid for the most disgusting fast food meal I've ever experienced. I see that there are a lot of negative reviews about this Wendy's and I know you can't please everyone but I just had a great experience at this location. So good, I felt compelled to write a review. The lady at the window was kind, attentive, and was patient with my order which for just a $5 Bacon Double Stack Bag was probably like taking some rediculous Starbucks order. I asked for changes to the burger, nuggets, and even light ice in the drink (I love Wendys and get the same thing everytime). Everything was exactly as I asked and was fresh and delicious. Every once in a while I give this place a chance. Every time I leave wondering why on earth I let my mind slip to return. This trip (yesterday, 4/23/19) I did the drive through because it would be "faster". I was the third car in line (the first was pulling away from the menu board when I pulled in) and it took 14 minutes from the time I ordered until the time my food was handed to me. If you add in the 3 minutes after I pulled up to the menu board and the employee said "can you wait just a second please?" it was a 17 minute experience. He put my order on the screen wrong three times and, true to form, it was still wrong. This place is an armpit. Save your money and go next door to McDonalds. They, at least, serve you in a timely fashion. read more

Grew up eating Wendy's, but this place has killed the magic. Every time I go I wait an eternity to even get my order taken regardless of how many cars are in line. I think the math is about 15 minutes per vehicle! Then when you place your order they will tell you that they are out of half of the things you ordered.
