Wendy's in Arvada co on 6920 Sheridan blvd has some unprofessional workers. I was eating in there tonight around 5pm and heard a co worker being mean and making fun of another co worker and you can tell the poor young girl was uncomfortable. She was embarrassed to be talked like that in front of customers . I will be reporting Sandra Mascarnes to Human Resources and I expect change next time I go in there or I will call for more actions. You don't treat proper and laugh and make fun of them and talk to them like that. I know her name because I asked another employee her name. What an absolute disaster. First off, they had to replace the drive-through person with an AI and then when we got to the window, it took them like 15 minutes to get our food. The fries are pretty cold and soggy, and they didn't even get any of the special orders right. I asked for my bacon Nader to have lettuce and pickles and they didn't even do that. This experience was OK. My friend and I stopped in for a quick dinner. They were not busy at the time. One person ahead of us, two cars in the drive-thru. We gave our order and went to get our drinks and find a seat. The drink area needed wiping. There was one other occupied table in the dining area. The tables needed wiping throughout the restaurant. The table we chose had the least amount of crumbs we could see and we wiped it ourselves. It took quite a while for our order to be ready 8-10 minutes. Then the sandwich I had ordered, crispy chicken BLT as part of a Biggy Bag, took an additional 5 minutes. The food itself was fine. My friend's burger was made correctly as was my chicken sandwich. I wasn't expecting five-star service at Wendy's, but I also wasn't expecting to feel like I personally ruined the drive thru lady Faith's life by asking her to fix the kids meal they (or the AI bot in the drive thru) messed up. The level of sarcasm and contempt was honestly impressive. The nuggets were hot, but the customer service was ice cold. Hopefully management reminds everyone that customers aren't supposed to feel like a burden. Only thing I'd recommend is Faith to get a job where she doesn't have to interact with humans. read more

The AI order taker is stupid! If you don't order fast enough the cashier has to take your order anyway. And apparently the old lady who doesn't wear a name tag doesn't like to do her job. She barked at me through the speaker, ORDER, DRINK, SAUCE. Excuse me? She also didn't bother handing me a receipt. I tried to call and complain but no one answered the phone. I get customer service is difficult but there's no reason to be a hag to people trying to order some food. read more

I'm skeptical of AI in general. But I must admit that their AI-assisted drive thru has been impressive. I've used it twice now and it has been flawless. It was pleasant, quick, accurate. The employees have been very friendly and professional. I recommend this store. read more

Wow. Honestly couldn't have been worse. The woman in the drive thru was yelling at me and honestly almost brought me to tears. I don't usually have that reaction. Then I was told to park and they would bring my food out. 10 minutes later I am still waiting while the others in the drive thru got their food. Luckily there are a few others waiting too. Another Wendy's that seems to have fallen off the mark in the last few years. Used to be a huge teenage stop around the afternoon is now practically empty. There is now no real room to have a waiting line, yet the front counter had up to five of us before actually addressing any of us. Once ordered, everything took an extensive time to even come out. Which was frustrating when one is hungry! The food was also pretty lukwarm and greasy. Definitely not worth checking in again unless you are drunk and/or stupid levels of hungry. read more

The employees are so rude the manger was huffing and puffing and arguing with me. He was acting like a child with an attitude.

They took forever and gave me the wrong order. Not even worth getting food here at this point.

this is the worst wendy's in colorado, only order if you want your food to be made incorrectly. period. we went through the drive thru and there was an ai, but the ai got our order correct, the inattentive employees got the order wrong. twice. i literally ordered a dubble bacon biggie bag, and zero of our burgers had bacon. that's not even all of it there is to much to put into a review without writing an essay. read more

This Wendys is perpetually short-staffed. They often close their dining room during the day and lock the doors. When it IS open, you can count on their two fancy Coke machines being out of half of the product choices and their tables not bussed. They also have a way of screwing up orders on a regular basis. I've had to go back and stand in the long counter line to get a missing item that they shorted in my drive-through order. Of course, this is after waiting in a long drive-through line. My experiences with this location make me believe that their new employees are thrown into the fire with almost no training. I recently had one refuse to scan my Wendys iPhone app. They apparently didn't know what it was and didn't bother to ask another employee. They closed out my order depriving me of credit for my purchase. In short, they're adept at making their issues mine. Their drive-through at the noon hour is painfully slow - often made worse by not having enough people to open the first payment window. Other fast-food restaurants in the area seem to have recovered from the so-called Great Resignation and are far more efficient at moving the lines along. I frequently have to bail out of an excruciatingly slow line for a competitor who can somehow manage to provide a far better busy-hour customer experience - like the Qdoba next door. I would speculate this Wendys' problem is uncompetitive pay. I doubt it's revenue related since they've obviously raised their prices significantly and in many cases quietly reduced food and beverage proportions. Still, the customers come. The prices and proportions would be tolerable if they used some of this increased revenue to adequately attract, train and retain good managers and workers. The ONLY reason I gave this place two stars is because one of them goes out to Mary Francis, a sweet, bubbly senior citizen employee who is a joy to interact with. read more

I have been to the Wendy's on W 64th in Arvada several times. Every time the food has been excellent. The staff is always genuinely friendly and interactive with the customers. There were a couple of people tonight that were very outgoing and friendly. I didn't get the one gal's name - I would guess that she was the oldest staff person on that shift. The other gal that I wanted to commend was Anastasia. Nice job, ladies. read more

This place, the employees were all trash whoever worked on November 14, 2022 @ 245pm employees had no motivation to do they're jobs, they had a line in the lobby and the lady walked away and helped drive thru instead. If your employees don't like they're jobs maybe they shouldn't be there. I would rather drive farther than go to this location again. read more

When my company moved back to Farvada, I thought one mild benefit would be having a "go-to" Wendy's within walking distance for lunch. This place was decent about 6-7 years, but it appears to have taken a nosedive in quality. After a few tries, I've grown tired of the awful service, undercooked food and pemeating smell of vomit at this Wendy's. They regularly send an employee out to wipe down tables, yet it's apparent to me that that job simply requires a trip to the always vacant "wipe-down table". Wipe that ONE table and the employees feel that they have fulfilled their cleaning duties for the hour. Really, it's hard to mess up a Wendy's, but this branch has pulled it off. It might be okay for a drive-thru purchase (as long as you're patient), but I'd recommend hitting the McDonald's or Mr. Goodcents that are both close by. read more

The food is as good as it's gets for drive thru. Most of the drive thru people are nice except this one male employee who has a great big stick up his behind and is truly rude to you in that condescending manner. I really don't understand why he is so rude. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I gave him my debit card. I just had the worst experience here with an incredibly rude manager. I am here regularly, and every other experience has been wonderful. But this manager tonight was terribly rude and disrespectful. She actually yelled at me because I didn't say thank you loud enough. There was a problem with the app, and when I showed her the evidence of thr app deducting points for the reward she said "well I have nothing to do with that. That's your problem." Eventually she grudgingly agreed to solve the problem because the evidence was right in front of her. But man did she give me hell for being right. I said thank you as I grabbed my stuff and turned away and she yelled at me " you're welcome. I mean seriously you're welcome. I didn't have to do that. You're welcome. Not much of a Wendy's food fan, but I like it better than McDonalds. Like their JBC. I can't say much about fast-food quality (I mean I can, but there is not much to say because you just aren't getting quality at these kinds of places). Anyways, I visit from time to time when I'm desperate, so let's hope for very few desperate moments. Not a real big fan of their fries (as most fast-food places fall under this same thing in my opinion). There's a lot to say about frozen fries and these places typically 'enhance' the taste (along with other food items as well). You get what you get here, though. Just sayin'. ;o) read more

My husband and I ate here tonight and we both had spicy chicken sandwich meals. My chicken was rubbery and tough and had a grayish color but my husband's was fine. I took it back to the counter and explained to the cashier the problem. He was courteous and said he'd have another one made. Then another young guy came to the counter and rudely asked what was wrong with it. After I told him he rolled his eyes and shook his head then walked up to the other older lady (missing several teeth) in the food line and told her and another tall guy what I'd said. The lady replied "I don't know how that's possible and glanced my direction. The tall guy then took the sandwich and opened it and inspected it and said "bullshit " and threw it forcefully in the trash. The lady then made another sandwich while shaking her head and brought it to the counter. I told her I'd witnessed their bantering and apologized that it upset them so much to have to make a new sandwich! We hadn't been to this Wendy's in a while and we had a coupon so we thought we'd give it another try. We've had subpar food here before (cold, wilted fries and cold burgers) and now know we definitely won't be coming back! Not much of a Wendy's guy normally but they won my heart over. The mushroom burger they have now and it was absolutely amazing. It was made fresh as I got it late and I still think about it to this day. I lack a picture because of how hungry I was and how good the burger was. I love Wendy's. This specific location has friendly workers but unfortunately I had a bad experience with my visit. I waited in line(including the wait for my food order) for a total of 30 minutes. That is not fast food. Get you sh*t together and provide "fast food" service you expect when going to a FAST FOOD restaurant. Nothing against Wendy's at all, I love this greasy food. But this location needs to hire more people or keep their workers happy because obviously they're understaffed read more
