Don't come to this establishment. I have come here a few times recently, each time leaving disappointed. During the day time there are plenty of workers, but they are occupied doing anything other than working. For how many employees there are, the wait time is still long. I am also a Dasher for DoorDash, and they take a very long time to work on the food. They wait until you are there to begin preparing and causes problems on my end and the person I am delivering too as well. Last thing I wanted to mention is about how the employees are under the influence of something. I went inside to order, and the person taking my order was beyond impaired and could barely take my order and was mumbling. First off I stood waiting for someone to take my order for around 5 minutes when employees were walking past me constantly not interacting with me. I ordered a kids meal because I am a 17 year old who just started working again, and one of the workers in the back asked if i was a "big kid now" since i got the kids meal, i responded nicely but even as a joke this remark was pretty snarky and rude. We just used the drive-thru to get a bite to eat for our son. The young woman who took the order was really impatient and we're seasoned veterans! It's not like we were stumbling about trying to spit out an order! Then we paid promptly and then sat behind another car - for nearly ten minutes!! Horrible Service! My roommate went to pick up a Door dash order today and was treated horribly. The employee asked for the name on the order, my roommate has a speech impediment and mispronounced the name. After this my roommate showed the employee the order on their phone, my roommate was then asked to repeat the name multiple times and the employee even went as far as to correct them on their pronunciation. This is extremely rude and unacceptable, clearly Wendy's employers need to reevaluate their Diversity Equity and Inclusion training. read more

absolutely horrible. went here later at night and thought it was closed but then was answered at the drive thru. The lady was very rude and said she cannot place separate orders for us and instead would only take one order. she was sarcastic when I ordered stuff and was condescending as well then when we pulled up to the drive-through window she was no more friendly that she was at the drive-through. she handed us orders with no emotion just to check us out and take our money and then shut the window on us when we were about to drive off. They are having a special - any size fries for $1! We got a large fry, junior cheeseburger and senior beverages. There are benefits to being old! Fries were fresh from the fryer and perfect. They aren't very good when they've been sitting under the heat lamp. I had a bite of the burger and didn't like it very much. I prefer the crispy chicken. read more

This place has had major renovations done since I was here last. The place looks amazing now and the bathrooms were spotless. In regards to the food the quality has really improved and is really good. The fries were a tad too salty for my liking but the burger was really juicy which made up for this. I love the new soda machine they have as well. I will be back in the future when I want a quick burger. read more

Last fall this place was dark, dirty, and a virtual health hazard. Since then, it has been remodeled and cleaned up. The dining area is clean, bright, and modern. The service was very good. Quick and my order filled correctly. The food was fresh and hot. I even had to let my fries cool off before eating them. I stopped in around 630pm on Thursday to get a burger after work and there was one guy in front of me to order at the counter and don't know why not one employee would take either his or my order in an orderly fashion. It seemed like the restaurant was fully staffed, but none of the employees would even think of helping people at the counter in taking orders. There were only maybe two cars in the drivethru and one person waiting for their order to be made, yet eight employees in the kitchen walking around and there wasn't a cashier manning the counter terminal.
