Some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced in fast food history. The man with the glasses taking my order today was such a friendly energetic person and I loved it. The wait wasn't long for how much I ordered, about a 10 min wait. While I waited for my food I couldn't help but notice how clean the inside was, floors were swept, tables cleaned, chairs pushed in, and drink area clean. The atmosphere was also beautiful, the music was nice, the wall decor, and just the whole vibe. Not only was the man at the counter nice but so was everyone else working there, props to every single one of them. They made us do an online order instead of taking the order.... Mind you online order prices are higher than in store. The workers were lazy and didn't show that they cared at all and made us wait while the dragged their feet. I'm not this harsh I swear!!! But they literally were dragging there feet and being slow because we asked to not order online. Dude pushed trash down with bare hands into the trash and instead of washing his hands used hand sanitizer then proceeded to touch/cook food. Tables, chairs and floors were dirty... Don't waste your time here. Came here several months ago and was forced to order online because the "the system is down"....aka, to lazy to man the counter and take orders because they don't hire enough staff. Here I am several months later and guess what, the "system is down" still ! Guarantee it isn't down, just gone want to hire more staff. Floors don't look like they've been cleaned in quite awhile. Not only do they over charge for their food compared to other wing places, their portions are also far less. Closest Wingstop to me is Green Bay so I decided to make the 45 minute drive there. Arrived at around 11:00, they close at midnight. My friend and I walked in fully prepared to order and be greeted by friendly staff, got the complete opposite. We were told to just wait a minute so we took a few extra minutes to check out the menu and solidify our choice. Once we received any assistance we were barked at by a rude employee asking if we had a pickup order, which we did not. They told us they weren't taking anymore orders tonight, automatic let down. The Absolute Slowest Service I have ever received while in Green Bay. Once I finally got my food the wings were good. Waited atleast 45 mins for a place that is suppose to be Sit down quality with a fast food waiting time. Completely ridiculous! My wife and I stopped in for a quick late lunch on a Friday afternoon and we left with our wing craving satisfied. Very friendly staff with a decent variety of wing sauces (both dry and wet). We tries 3 of the sauces - Korean, habanero and regular hot. All were tasty with the wings being just about the perfect size to get a nice crunch without being overly awkward to eat. We ordered wings delivery to our hotel room. My family had mixed reviews. My daughter ordered the bbq traditional wings with seasoned fries. She liked the wings however she did not care for the French fries. My son ordered the garlic parmesan and hated them. He said they didn't have any flavor. My husband tried the wings and he said the same. He said they were dry with very little garlic flavor and overpowering parmesan. My son also did not care for the sweetness of the French fries. My husband ordered lemon pepper and fries with cheddar cheese dipping sauce. He loved the wings and said they were some of the best he'd ever had. He said the fry seasoning was confusing but the phenomenal cheese sauce made up for it. I ordered the Hawaiian wings and they were so good. I ate all 8 of them! I loved the seasoned fries and spent the meal trying to figure out what the seasoning consisted of. There is definitely sugar in there. I also had the cheese dipping sauce which I licked the container clean. I'm usually the light eater in the family and I finished everything plus one of my daughter's wings(excellent) and more of her leftover fries. The total was 54 dollars. read more

Let me definitely start off by saying the wings are not bad, but you can get much better locally. We ordered a mixed variety of 25 boneless with BBQ, garlic parm, and teriyaki. None of us could tell much difference in the bbq and teriyaki flavors and the garlic parm was more of a dry rub than a sauce. The wings were small, but the chicken was all white meat with no weird surprises when you bit in. Place was very clean, but it's also fairly new. Service was fast and friendly. Everywhere online says that this establishment is open until midnight so we went because we were craving the wings and fries...even drove 25 minutes to get there because there isn't one closer to us. When we arrived at 9:42, we did not get acknowledged at all for 5ish minutes and then when we were finally approached by the cashier he told us the kitchen was closed. I'm sorry but if your store actually closes at 10 (even though everything online says midnight) shouldn't your kitchen be ON until 10? And then the employees should start "closing" after 10pm? Horrible customer service. Management does not care.The last two times I ordered there were missing items. One time they had called while making it to say they were out of the cajun corn. That's fine, I substituted both for fries. Cajun corn costs more. Not only did they fail to refund the cost difference but they totally forgot one of the fries as well as an order of 6 rolls. The next time they forgot the rolls again. I called and was told a manager was not available but one would call me the next day. That was a month ago never got a call. I filled out a survey and on the survery it asked why I was not "very satisfied" so I explained the missing items and lack of outreach. Never got a reply to that. So I went to the corporate site and filed a complaint 2 different days. No reply. So I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau who reached out to Wingstop corporate over a week ago. Have not heard a thing. They were happy to take my money and unwilling to return the $15 they basically stole from me by not providing the items I paid for or charging me for the appropriate items when their more expensive item was not available. It wouldn't be a huge deal except for Wingstop totally ignoring me and not seeming to give a crap. Between those 2 orders I spent over $130... they lost themselves a good customer. In fact, earlier tonight I spent $62 at Buffalo Wild Wings and *they* did an excellent job there. Go there instead. The funny thing is, when doing a review on their Facebook page, there are preset options you can select for "don't recommend" such as slow service or small menu. Poor customer service is not one of the presets. Update- it has now been over 2 weeks since the BBB contacted Wingstop corporate. It has been 6 weeks since my initial complaint. Visited Wingstop on Oneida in Green Bay for the first time yesterday. The lady behind the counter was friendly and took my order quickly. I ordered a combo pack of bone in wings in Hickory BBQ, Teriyaki and Hawaiian sauce favors with a side of Ranch. I also ordered the seasoned fries. After a 15-20 minute wait for my food, I went home to try them. First the good: the seasoned fries were hand cut and tasty. Well seasoned. The not so good: The wings were very over cooked and chewy. Not moist at all. The wings were separated by flavor in my to-go containers, which was good, however there was barely any sauce on them. It was hard to distinguish the Hawaiian from the Teriyaki flavor because they had very little flavor at all. The little bit of BBQ sauce that I could taste had a smoky flavor. The side of Ranch was not a thick Ranch, it was much thinner, like a French Quarter dressing if you know what that is. Perhaps it was a thinned down Ranch. It did have good flavor. Frustrated...I went and tried the new Wing Stop on Oneida. I needed to get 40 boneless wings. The only prices were for 1 and 2 person meals on the board when ordering. I told the girl working I was only looking for boneless wings but I wanted more than 10. She said I needed to order off the 2 person menu then. So i did and (fine) i guess I will take the coleslaw and celery. I had thought fries also came with but there weren't in my bag, as I found out later. Anyways, when it was all done on my way out the door I happened to notice a smaller sign on a different wall, Monday and Tuesdays 60 cent wings, ugh too late and why did the girl not offer me this! Basically I paid double for my wings! She never once mentioned the deal at all or that I could just order any amount, and she knew I was only wanted just wings. I didn't like the flavor of the original hot at all and the garlic parmesan, flavor wise were kinda blah and they were so greasy I could barely choke any down. Live and learn I guess. Thought we'd try out this Wingstop place. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the wings was good, not great - but about what you'd expect at a quick wing restaurant. The quantity of veggie straws and fries that came with the wings was tremendous - not to mention the fries were seasoned with something magical. I ordered wings on a Thursday night and was told 45-55 min was the time for delivery. I didn't think that was too bad, but I called an 1:10 later asking where my wings were. I was told they don't have the ability to track the delivery guy and they should be to me soon. I waited 20 min and called back, I live 14 min from the shop, the response was then that the guy just left and I will get them soon. 25 min later my wings showed up room temp with soggy fries and a driver asking for a tip. I talked to the guy working and he said he would refund my money, then said he'd give me a gift card, then said he would have his manager refund me tomorrow or I can come in for a free order. Well none of those things happened, I stopped in after being out of town and was given Charlies personal number to get my refund, no answer, then an answer telling me to text him the info his employee had written down twice now. 3 weeks now and no refund.
