I visited this particular Wendy's at night time around 10 o'clock. And I could've sworn that this person particularly a ball headed male acted like he was a character out of a psycho movie. I asked for more ice. He told me I couldn't have it, but then he told me he didn't wanna hear my mouth, he snatched a cup out of my hand threw the contents that was in the cup at the drink machine, threw the cup in the trash and handed me another cup with the exact same amount of ice in it before I asked for it my fries were cold. I asked for my bacon on my junior bacon cheeseburger to be crispy and it wasn't even done. I reported him and this particular Wendy's at the corporate level because I was terribly afraid to go back and complain, so don't go there when this particular bald headed black man is there because you will not get good service. read more

I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. We pulled into the lot and it looked so run down we questioned if it was open (4pm on a Wednesday). For the 6 employees on the clock, only 1 car was parked in the parking lot anyway. When we walked in, we were greeted with "we can't take your order because our front worker is on break". We then placed our order after waiting for them to come off break , which was gotten wrong and made without gloves. we tried to get our drinks from the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. They had 5 of the 20 some options, and they were all warm. The machine dispensed no ice. I literally just threw my drink out, it advertises "coldest-est ever sprite" and it was like 70 degrees Fahrenheit. I had a mobile order and kept saying the name of the person whom had placed an order . When I got to the window he very rudely said we don't go by initials. And then proceeded to say hand me that mobile order to the other person working with him. I also tried to place an order for myself and he said we only do one order per vehicle so the mobile order is your one order. im confused, so if I'm picking up for some one else and the order is already paid for why can't I place an order for myself as well.. the said part Is I only wanted 1 thing. so your telling me I need to get back in line to place my order. that's crazy.. Despite a fairly quiet outdoor environment I could barely hear the employee through the speaker at the drive thru. When I pulled up I felt as though I was an inconvenience (normal menu items were ordered, no substitutions or special requests). Zero eye contact was made during the transaction and no farewell greeting ("Have a nice day!" or similar). I understand it's a fast paced workplace and it was during typical lunch hours, and maybe they were slammed before I arrived (only two cars were ahead of me when I arrived), but man, nothing to make you feel worse about eating fast food than an unhappy employee handing it to you. Food tasted fine and was made appropriately except there wasn't any salt on the fries. I haven't had Wendy's in a couple years so maybe they're trying to do their part on America's obesity problem and get rid of the salt, so kudos to them, but it defeats the purpose of dipping fries in a frosty. There's no salty/sweet combo! Oh well. Lower sodium intake is great. I've heard terrible things about their management for as long as I can remember but it never had a direct impact on me since it's not a place I frequent, but after today I have no reason to ever return to this location. Went to this location to place an order at 10pm on a Sunday. The guy in front of me sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Once he moved forward, the person at the speaker informed me he had too many DoorDash orders and couldn't take my order. I politely said "that's okay, I'll skip for tonight, but thank you". His response was "I can still take your order but it'll be a while," and I once again politely declined The way the drive-thru is set up, the only exit was behind me, and I had a car behind me. I lightly honked once to get the attention of the person behind me and the guy on the speaker spent the next five minutes shouting at me and cussing me out while I attempted to quietly leave. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. I placed a mobile order 45 mins before I arrived only for the doors to be locked. there was nothing in the app stating to come through the drive through so I was surprised that the doors were locked. I then got in the drive through line and it was not moving at all I was on a time crunch so I got out of the line as soon as I could. I called inside to see if I could pick up my order or have someone bring it out. I was told they were short staffed, I told them I understand I just need my order so I could be back to work on time. They became very rude and began cussing. I rightfully got upset and told them I just need my order. They hung up the phone and never answered any of my other calls. I never got my money back or my food. They escalated a situation that didn't even require it. I just need my food that I already paid for or a refund. But instead they refused to help me. read more

The food here was disgusting. My boyfriend and I stopped after leaving our hotel. We waited 20 minutes for our food, our fries were cold and not cooked all the way. They tasted like the fryer grease and the grease tasted like it hadn't been cleaned in months. His burger looked like they threw toppings onto the wrapper and then handed it out. This restaurant is HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I have gone up there multiple times and every time we do we get charged incorrectly or/and get bad service. One time my BF ordered a combo meal and was charged $28. On a separate occasion I was charged $19 for an $11 bill. I went up there and got a refund for the difference of $8 for mysterious charges that the cashier also couldn't figure out. Another time we both were missing several items we had ordered. I work right down the road from this Wendy's, so I have been there a few times. I have yet to have positive a experience here. They are always slow, and usually rude. Today, I ordered a baconator combo medium with a coke. I got a medium coke, small fry and Jr. Cheeseburger. So $9 for $4 worth of food. And to top it all off, they were so slow that by the time I got back to work with my food, I no longer had time to go back (I work 3 minutes from this Restraunt...). I will NEVER go back here, and I suggest you don't bother. There is another Wendy's on Walton, just save yourself the hassle. read more

It's fast food, so quality isn't to be expected. I've been to this location three times and every time they get my order wrong, or you end up waiting for almost 20 minutes for a frosty. I've been over charged, given completely the wrong food and been stuck waiting for what seems like forever. Don't go to this Wendy's. There are employees out front talking to people in the lobby, or having dinner with a Tim Horton's employee in the dining room - it's taken us 10 minutes to simply get a cup of coffee, and another 20+ (and currently still waiting) to get our food order. Worst Wendy's ever. I stopped in for lunch and ordered a double meal. The dining room was half flooded and disgusting. Stayed anyway and sat on the other side. When I opened my sandwich there was so much mayo overflowing from the burger you couldn't see the meat or the bottom bun. I took it back up and the cashier said they would remake it and he wouldn't even look at what the how the crew had made it. When he brought the new one out to me he informed me he told the crew to make it light everything. I was basically handed a plain burger 1 piece of onion a small piece of lettuce 1 pickle and could barely tell there was any mayo mustard or ketchup. Not at all what I asked for. I wanted a regular burger made the proper way. With how the staff was acting I didn't want to risk trying again so I ate a few bites and threw out the rest as it was so dry. I then called the store asked for a manager which I was never put in contact with and was informed the cashier was the manager. No wonder the food and service was so bad. There's no authority in there and to find out the cashier who poorly took care of me/refused to look at the mistake made/and then decided to take it upon himself to decide to have basically a plain sandwich made is a joke. Went for lunch at 2 pm on a Saturday. No other customers were in the restaurant. No employees approached us to take our order. They were laughing and messing around with each other. A couple of times they made eye contact with us but never came to the counter, they just continued to to laugh and scream and goof around with each other. After ten minutes of waiting we decided to use the restroom and leave. The restroom was discustingly dirty. We couldn't use it. So we left. Will never go back and hope that no one else does either.
