This place is crazy busy if you go at lunch time. Well staffed and efficient staff. The lady waiting on us was so professional and helpful. This was our first time in this restaurant. We got a banana cream shake, cajun fries and rib eye sliders with perfect wings with garlic bread and great sauces. The food is as good as a fast food chain can get. Plenty of seating and very well run restaurant. Eight different sauces so if you like sauces this definitely is a place for you. They also have cod sandwiches, salads and falafel sandwiches. We will definitely be back. I wouldn't call this place cheap a combo meal starts at $9.50 but thats for a angus burger. You can add a fried egg to any burger. read more

They were thick and creamy and so delicious! My husband got the 2 slider box with onion rings. The onion rings were very good. He had the cod slider and the angus beef slider. The cod was crispy and cooked to perfection as was the angus beef slider. I got the fried chicken slider and The simply Savvy burger. They were both very good as well. Since this business has opened it has been open down I've been there about six or seven times now at first it was amazing and slowly got worse and worse. Now I got four boxes and three of them the burgers were raw. I mean I understand you guys get busy sometimes during dinner rush but that is no excuse to serve raw food. I will not be back I spent $50 and got raw burgers I could've made burgers at home for way less and they would've been fully cooked. My parents have a really hard time seeing I just hope that they don't get sick because they are very old and didn't notice in time that their burgers were raw except for the taste. I've been seeing these places open around town. It's not always convenient to get to a Travis, Seeburgers, Telway, Brays or any other small individually owned place to satisfy a craving. But don't settle for a Savvy. Although fairly tasty they are the size of a 70¢ white castle. At the price of a 1/2 pound burger elsewhere. I bought 2 sliders and it was almost $8.50. Seing I normally eat 6 elsewhere it would of been over $25. Since when did sliders become a primo meal. I could get a steak dinner! You Flippin yuppies can have this chain. Seeing almost no cars at this location now that the interest has died down I don't think I'm the only one who feels the same. Pssst there's a WC a couple miles away. You can get 10 for the price of these 2. Ridiculous. read more

Stopped here on the way to GLC, was able to quickly order in the drive thru. We decided on the combo 7 which was a mix and match I did the falafel and the cod sandwich and opted for cheese curds. My husband got the sirloin sliders combo with fries and we added on a banana cream shake. The food came out pretty quickly and was all hot, fresh, and throughly cooked. The food is packed nicely and tucked in with a little paper inside a cardboard box. The falafel and cod sliders were really good, liked the falafel more because of the sauce on it. The cheese curds were good and not super greasy like they can be at places. The sirloin sliders were good too! Now the shake, omg it was incredible. This thing felt like it lasted for ever and the cookie bits in the bottom didn't get soggy and after a good while. Happy more of these are popping up, won't be an all the time thing since all that was $30ish but will be back at some point even at least for a shake. read more

Terrible service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Ordering wasn't an issue waiting 20 minutes at the drive through watching my lunch sit in the counter because the person couldn't operate a register is painful. The food is mediocre at best, and not worth going out of your way for. The prices are twice what they should be for two sliders a fry and a drink, $12 bucks for mediocre food is not worth it. AVOID ALL COSTS, go down the road to Burger King, Wendy's or McDonald's. At least you know your getting mediocre food and not over paying. read more

Food is great. Usually comes out pretty fast. Sometimes garlic bread that is included in the combo is not with the combo. My reason for 2 stars is because when we arrived and ordered, it was nice and quiet. As soon as we sat down at our table they turned on extremely loud, obnoxious music. Food is fine flint the service is insanely bad. Waited 30 minutes for a very simple combo order that was all they didn't get it right and there was not one other customer in the store yet they still took 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru when I'm trying to get back to work! it's sad to say but this place wont be open in a year unless they get some good help. Do they realize people don't have all day for lunch in most cases? 10 minutes in the drive through just to order with only 2 cars before me, the order taker asked me what kind of fries then told me to hold on and walked away for minutes and then asked me again what kind of fries time 3 times every time I said plain she asked me "Cajun" must get a bird dog for selling Cajun, who knows. It took me about 8 minutes to place my order. A $9.99 combo with zero add ons, and I didn't even want the pop just a water, came out to be almost $15.00! How are they doing the math? $15.00 for 4 tenders a small fry and a water that's on the menu board for $9.99. They wouldn't reply to my request as to why it was so much and the screen only displayed my total so I drove off and ate elsewhere. I wasn't happy the first visit and I figured I'd give them another try now that they have been open for a while but there will be no third strike for me. You need to do better! your starting out in a bad location that you can't get in and out of already so your service needs to shine, you can have the best food in the world but if your service sucks, you suck! Good luck to you but I hope they put a Chicken Shack in there next year, we don't have one close. read more
