I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! Buy if you need things like registration replacement or license renewal or simple things, they can help. Keep in mind that this is a business authorized to execute DMV transactions so there is a service fee on top of whatever the DMV charges.
