DENIED WATER. Every Qdoba and almost every business I've been to offers water cup. I went through the line got my salad bowl ready to go. Before I paid, I asked for a cup of water, and she says we don't give those. She was the manager, and she was snotty too. I told her fine, I'm not eating here and stormed out. So because she refused to give me a water cup, they had to waste several dollars worth of food. Hope this QDOBA goes out of business for denying water! Additionally, before I asked for water, I asked about the Tuesday student discount deal, and she said they never did that. I willing to pay full price even, but the Denying water cup was last straw. Ended up at Zoes, and the Zoes cashier was very friendly and gave me a regular sized cup for water. I'll give a positive review today or tomorrow. Placed an order here for what should have been curbside pick up. I sat our side for 15 minutes after me order should have been completed. I tried calling four times and the line just continued to ring. I finally go in and my order still is not completed. I asked one of if the workers how much longer for my curbside order and she immediately with an attitude shouts she didn't hear the phone ringing... I never mentioned to her that I called. I asked her why she had an attitude when I simply asked how much longer my order would take. I asked her her name and she kept going back and forth and responding but could not give me her name. I'm like you say you are busy and keep talking but you can't even give me your name? Anyways she finally shouted back "KiKi, my name is KiKi." Once my order was done she pushed the bag to the edge of the counter and walked away. I wished her a better day... Management, you shouldn't offer curbside if no one ever comes outside and then they don't answer the phone even when you try calling. Additionally I would suggest speaking with "KiKi" about how she speaks to customers. This will more than likely be my last visit to this establishment. read more

Ordered online. Got the chicken family meal. It gave me a pick up time of 7:38pm. My kids went to pick it up. They get there no one is there. They saw tables with empty plates, half eaten food. They wait about 3-5 minutes and someone greets them. Then they start the order. When they brought dinner home, the black beans leaked all over the other pans & they wrapped the chicken with Saran Wrap around the container but not the black beans...they forgot the tortillas and cookies!! I tried calling twice phone rang about 20 times and just stops. I will NEVER go back to this QDOBA. The only reason I went to this one is cause the one closer to me is closed. My kids said they didn't greet them and asked them what we're they there for? Worst Qdoba!!!! As stated from Matthew, I went on their company's website put in my customer number with the complaint and NOTHING. No reply! They clearly don't care. In the past year they've started hiring a lot of new employees that have no idea how to wrap burritos so I end up with burrito balls such as this that completely fall apart the moment I bite into them because the employee just bunched it up, can't say I've had this happen once at Chipotle. I go to Qdoba on York Road, Baltimore frequently. It's always been great. Tonight, we ordered online and picked up. When we got home, we were shocked. There was very little food, it was undercooked and it had almost none of that we ordered. I couldn't eat it. I can't believe how wrong this was and we even gave a tip. They were doing so well......I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a SIDE of queso diablo...they decided they wanted to put it INSIDE my quesadilla. Now it's soggy, greasy, and slippery because of the cheese....Also, they usually put the quesadilla into an OVAL container....see picture below. read more

I like Qdoba but I hate the customer service. I have given this location many opportunities to get it right and today was the final draw. I placed an order for curbside pickup through the app. I received a text saying to text HERE once I arrived so I did. After afew minutes of no response I called the restaurant, someone picked up didn't say anything and then hung up. I tried calling back several times and no one would answer. So I got out went inside the restaurant to find no customers inside and the entire crew standing behind the register. I informed them that I was there to pickup a curbside order and gave my name, the manager handed me part of my order bagged up and I informed her that I also ordered 1 cookie so she grabs a cookie and hands it to me. As I turn and walk out I hear them all laughing. Why would this location advertise curbside pickup and not live up to it. Everytime I complain about a bad curbside experience to guest relations they just give me a reward for something free the next time I go, but I go back and get the same horrible service. There are only 2 qdobas in my area and I have had bad experiences at both so I give up on Qdoba, what a horrible way to treat customers. read more

I can't even give this place 1 star but Yelp forces me to! Currently sitting here for a quick dinner with my family. The customer service and lack of urgency to move a long line along is non-existent. The first young lady we encountered dropped the tray on the ground which was to be used to make my quesadilla. I then asked her if she was going to get a different tray and she gave me attitude and claimed it did not drop on the floor. I heard it sweetheart, we all heard it! Begrudgingly, she asked a gentleman in the back to get more trays for her. My request to have a new tray also resulted in her moving slower than molasses. It caused my daughter's nachos to become soggy while waiting for my quesadilla to be made & my boyfriend's tacos, which took precedence over mine. The last gentleman we came in contact wasn't friendly either. Pushed my quesadilla toward me without even looking at me, I said thank you & he turned & walked away without an acknowledgement! Needless to say, training in customer service & customer satisfaction is much needed at this location. Surely we will not return... too many other friendly places to chose from! @qdoba read more

I eat here a lot, and the service is really hit or miss. On some days you have people working the line who stare at you completely clueless about what you're asking for. They'll mix up the names for things, give the wrong ingredients, and take a crazy long time. I've had someone tell me the card scanner was 'down' literally just cause they weren't properly trained to navigate the menu. However, that's only about 30% of the time. More often than not, the service here is fast, friendly, and delicious! read more

My friend suggested we pick up food from here and I always like trying new places. I looked at the menu online and it was confusing to me because the menu had the nutritional information. I love knowing the calories, but it would be nice if the website had a basic PDF menu also. I ordered the small chicken quesadilla and a small salad with beef fajita. It also came with guacamole. The total price was about $7.00; can't beat that and I was full. I still prefer Chipotle for fast Mexican food in the area but with the combo offers at Qdoba I will be back. read more

We just ordered there from doordash and we got the whole order completely wrong! I also work at a restaurant and we have doordash and it is not difficult to type in the order nor make it how it is asked. Almost $70 worth of food to the drain and the orders were not difficult at all, they were repeats or almost each item. Highly disappointed! read more

This location really needs to step up their game. My last visit the restaurant wasn't that crowded yet while when it was my turn to order they had to refill several items. Slow service. Been like this for years. In contrast at the Chipotle across the street has almost twice the staff and as a result the line moves fast. Same price. I'm a fan only of this qdoba location b/c of the rewards program, proximity and seeing a familiar face behind the counter. Their Bel Air location has faster service. read more

I've been a regular for about 3 years. The remodel to this location were a nice touch. Staff is always ready to help and the portions are always generous. Food is always fresh and taste way better to me than their competition across the street. Our family has always been fans of Qdoba. Unfortunately, this location has terrible customer service. Very slow and not at all helpful if you have any questions. Even the manager was unable to answer questions about the Qdoba rewards program. Have seen multiple staff members standing around and playing on their phones while the garbage is overflowing and the tables are dirty. Manager doesn't seem to have any initiative for the staff to do better. As the YELP reviews have stated the poor customer service issue for over a year now, you'd think the owners would want to do something to better the reputation of this location. Too bad but we'll go a bit further to a better Qdoba location or across the parking lot to the Chipotle. read more

Mediocre service. Food was undercooked. I asked the cashier a simple question, and I revived nothing but attitude. Kiki passive-aggressively said I could speak to a manager, since I was so unhappy. I stated I would like to speak to her manager and received even more attitude, hands flying in the air. The Manager Kamel listened to my complaint, and did diffuse the situation. However, while we were dining-in, every single staff member came and sat in the dining room, on their phone. That includes a walk-through from Kamel, while he was face-timing someone not related to Qdoba. He did give us a voucher for a free entree, which I did appreciate. While we were eating, we realized the fajita vegetables were not even cooked - just chopped peppers, uncooked, no seasoning. My partner and I both ordered customized "bowls," and besides the service and the veggies, everything else was good, especially their rice. read more

Although I haven't patronized them, in a few months-manager was rude, I DO have to got to this location, from time to time. I'm a delivery partner, for a popular service, BUT, I'm also a retired grandmother, who has spent most of my life in the customer service field, specifically, & in the beauty industry serving regular clients, & walk-in customers, for YEARS. To sum up today's experience, there were approximately 3-4 additional delivery partners who had arrived BEFORE me, & some were STILL waiting after I left. It took almost an hour to complete my trip because they were too busy waiting on the endless stream of customers who were coming in, nonstop. I get it, it happens. But what I DON'T get is the fact that I stood for a good 12-15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. If I hadn't inquired, I probably would have never gotten my order. When a young man inquired about his delivery, the cashier's response equated to, "We'll get to it when we get to it..." No apology, no smile, no nothing! The manager, on duty, who is usually nice, got a little smart with me. She asked what the names of the driving partner's orders were. Then made mention of one order being a big order. Although I had already said what my customer's name was, I said, to the young man beside me, something like, "I'm glad I'm not Robin..." it wasn't talking to her, & it was really a joke, because it was a big order. The manager stated, "I said Robin," & kinda rolled her eyes. I was FLOORED! I IMMEDIATELY began looking for a corporate number! I don't care how stressful the situation, the manager is the example! It's called fast food for a reason. People expect their service to be fast & efficient. You have to be able to defuse situations, & if they cannot be, at the very least, keep smiling & apologizing. Everyone can't be completely satisfied, but put some effort in showing a desire to please. Lastly, delegate! They should have been inserting the delivery orders somewhere within the long line. Don't wait until everyone in the store is waited on, BEFORE making the delivery orders. It took nearly an hour to complete a 20 minute, start to finish, order. I ONLY stayed because I didn't want my customer to not get her food. We are only required to stay a certain amount of time, before canceling the delivery. I actually LOST money waiting for them to get it together. If this was my only source of income, it would have put a real damper on my daily goal. read more

My family visit this location once a week and today was the worst experience we've ever had. First none of the employees making the food had on hair nets or hats wit hair hanging in their face over the food. We weren't even greeted with a hello, the two young ladies attitude wasn't inviting. My quesadilla was thrown together and not warm all the way. It's was 2 -3 corn, cheese, and guacamole each sitting on a back rack Behind where the two ladies were making the food. Went here after an event nearby. It was a little after 9pm. Three employees there and two of them acted like they didn't know what they doing. The poor young boy didn't know what went on the Mad Rancher tacos. He was working on my order and the young lady working on my husband's order. Unfortunately the guy mixed them up. I watched as he appeared to be thinking about the ingredients for the taco then failing to add the pico de Gallo to my tacos because he confused the side of it my husband requested with his chips with my order. Worst experience ever, I made a quick Uber eats order for pick up, did some shopping with my sister and 1 year old son, went to grab the food, was in and out because my son was getting antsy, ran home to find out that one of my two bowls was completely missing. I called the restaurant to advise them and the woman who answered was kind as I explained what had happened, then then phone was abruptly given to another woman and she said "what?" And I went to repeat myself and she cut me off and said "yeah yeah you're missing a bowl I got it just call Uber" and laughed at me. Then I said I didn't appreciate why I was being given an attitude for them failing to do their jobs without so much as an apology and she hung up on me. So I called back requesting to speak to a manager. The same woman I spoke to before said "I am the manager" and I said "are you the one that just hung up on me?" And she said "yes because I'm not going to tolerate YOUR attitude" and hung up on me again. I escalated the matter to upper management and we will see how things play out but please save yourself the headache and don't ever order from here. Horrible. read more

Myself and my coworker had an unpleasant experience at this store today. We placed a total of 4 orders online for pickup, 3 of them were scheduled for 12:00 and one at 11:45. When we arrived at 12:00, 3 of the orders were not ready, which is not uncommon for this location. The only order ready was the one that was scheduled for 11:45. Once the orders were complete, we asked is there a reason the online orders are never ready when we arrive. One of the workers, who claimed to the manager, stated the machine was not working. However, the order scheduled for 11:45 was sitting there...so how did they receive that order but not the others. They then retrieved the orders so clearly, it's a lack of initiative to retrieve the orders. We asked why the online ordering option is available if it's not working. We were told we need to take it up with the district manager. When asked his name and business card, we were told by LeShae Williams that she doesn't know his last name, or rather she can't pronounce it and he is never in the store and they don't carry business cards. We asked her to write her name down and she rolled her eyes, mumbled something under her breath and was extremely rude to us. She then proceeded to tell us that she is the manager. I was shocked if she truly is a manager. We never once received an apology for the orders not being ready. The rudeness and unprofessional behavior is what has prompted this review. Myself and my coworkers order from this store quite often and it's not just around the corner for us to pick up. We expect some courtesy from the employees, especially from someone who claims to be a manager, but her behavior surely did not reflect the title. read more
