Just WOW. I needed to try the new orange Frosty, so we went through the drive-thru this afternoon. And it was absolutely the quickest service I have EVER received. It took us longer to order than it took for them to get our food ready, and we had special topping requests for the triple cheeseburger (no lettuce, plus bacon). We were the only people in line. When we paid, and were instantly handed our bag of food. It was so fast I was actually confused, but everything was in the bag, including all the sauces, and everything was properly topped. The woman working the drive-thru was sweet and efficient. The food was delicious, too. I haven't had a JBC in ages. I had forgotten how satisfying it is to get a burger with mayo, and not having to deal with a pickle. Oh yeah, and the orange Frosty is incredible. I hope it sticks around for a long while. Drive thru teller has the worst attitude. He got mad because I ask for the breakfast menu since they still have the lunch menu. Plus I was the only in the drive thru and still got my order wrong. This kind of people shouldn't be working helping costumers. read more

I usually love Wendy's, but this particular time I was very much disappointed with what I received. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo meal with a large fry. The fries were nice and hot and salty. Bit into the sandwich. The sandwich seemed like it was gonna be good then bit into it again and pull back and found the longest strand of red hair that I have ever seen, on food. I don't know what happened, but it was definitely a hair in the sandwich. I don't even think it was a spicy sandwich. It taste like it was just the regular chicken sandwich. Both drive thru cashiers had dirty nails while serving food. The first window cashier/order taker had a really nasty attitude and didn't greet me, nor tell me my total. Just took my card and was back talking to someone on his head set and then handed me back my card and didn't say anything else. The next window I witnessed the server shaking my lemonade and then handed me my drink then to me sticky and wet and had very dirty nails. read more

It's very odd to write a review for a Wendy's but this Wendy's was oddly impressive. Went to the drive through and they confirmed my order twice, via screen the verbally. Paying took 30 seconds. By the time I drove to the next window, the food was ready. Now we all hate that experience where we get a bag of food in the drive through, only to get home and realize its all wrong. The women opened the bag and announced everything in it before handing it to me. Simple but efficient. The food was hot and tasty (duh. It's Wendy's people). Placed myself a mobile order not realizing it was for this location, the second I walked in I could tell the staff were whispering about me. I had made a rather large order for my family and the lady who first greeted me asking "What you want!?" later asked "This a personal order for you?" with a nasty tone and facial expression. Once I recieved my order, I felt I'd run inside and grab some extra sauce as most places are notorious for forgetting the sauce. Before I even made it through the vestibule thresh-hold, I could see one of their co-workers warning the rest of the staff of me coming back. The lady from earlier now said "You need something else??" once again with a judging tone and expression. I simply said, "Um yes please I was hoping I could get some extra Ghost Pepper sauce and Honey Mustard please". She gave me 1 of each sauce, and asked me to leave. I think I've only ever used the drive-thru here and this last time was kind of okay service but not great food. I really wanted a spicy chicken sandwich but they said it would be "a wait" so I opted for a healthy chicken Caesar and the worker said they were out, then quickly corrected herself and said they were available. I also got a chili. The worker on the intercom could be heard belching. Not great. At the window, the belching worker was expediting food and I could still hear her making weird hiccup/burp sounds even as I sat in my car. There was a younger woman taking cash. When I got home, the chicken in the salad was on the mushy side and the beans in the chili were too firm. Ugh. read more

INSANELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I really CANT believe in and EMPTY store it took 15 minutes just to take my order. Then before taking my order saying "do you need something? just let me know I'm waiting on you." Yet I've been standing here staring at you for 15 minutes.... sad. He misheard my sauce selection and tried to take a sauce from me and blamed me for not saying something I KNOW I said. "customer is always right"????? with everything going on in the world also, I don't think making be touch my phone to your thumbs for my Apple Pay then going and bagging up other people's food without washing your hands is very sanitary... not to mention your little manager with the grill in the back just walking around doing NOTHING about ANYTHING. I usually have a good experience here but lately the staff I've been encountering are crap. If you don't like your job, find another. There's no need to be ugly. I went to this location on Tuesday December 20th and order 2 full salads and a kids meal. We found a big horse fly in one of our salads and when we called to speak to the manager about it she laughed over the phone about it. WTH? Really!? We've called corporate to file a complaint and are waiting back from the district manager of this location...nothing yet, even after a second call from us. I usually have a Good experience here but today a crew member named Germaine and yes she's a female with a guys name anyway she was very rude the soda machine only had diet drinks available so I politely asked her if she could fill my cup up with Coca Cola and she told her manager the lobby sodas machine needed to be fixed so I was waiting for about ten mins for a drink my wife then went to the counter and asked Germaine to fill my cup up saying I shouldn't have to wait for a drink when they have a soda machine behind the counter and the lady began to talk s*** and my ice told her don't wait until you get around the corner to run your mouth. Don't normally write reviews but after going to hundreds of Wendy's this has to be hands down the best. Food, amazing and fresh. Fries, fresh and hot and crispy. Service, friendly. They even gave us a free frosty because we had to wait about 60 seconds in line. 10/10 read more

Best fast food ever! Had a blast eating my chocolate frosty with a side of fries. Very old fashion and pleasing to the stomach.

Got the Son of a Baconator there and it was great. It was a bit busy so i had to wait for about 10 minutes but when I finally got my food the manager gave me a free medium frosty for the wait. Talk about customer service! read more

By far the best Wendy's in the land. The staff whipped up my fresh, never frozen burger in under a minute, they gave me the correct change, and best of all: service with a genuine smile. The food was prepared with care: the burger was still hot, the lettuce wasn't wilted, the tomato crisp, the fries were fresh and not leftover from the day before (they were even still crispy after my 15 minute drive to Edgemere), and the Coca Cola mixture was perfect. I've been to Wendy's up and down Maryland's Western Coastal Plain and this is by far the best I've one come across. Keep up the good work, Dave would be proud! read more
