I was staying at the candlewood suites across the street from this Wendys. We noticed the walk ins were closed. We saw a man mopping & he was kind enough to say only the drive thru was open. I asked If me ,my mom, aunt & cousin can go thru the drive thru so we pick up an order. He said Idk, we do not usually do that, so I said maybe we can try, instead of him clearly saying no all my staff will avoid all windows, walk away & be rude. And act weirdly he said. Oh I am tired I just wanna go home, I said ok, so I am not from this town. It does not hurt to ask. I am used to people being polite & just straight forward. So I try to order thru the drive thru. Since in New york drive thrus are allowed to do pick ups order and allow some pedestrians to order if it is late. It is not like it never was done before. So, Instead of just denying us thru the menu ordering system, they ignore us. So I assume, okay maybe they do not have cameras and maybe it works in sensor, I patiently wait behind a car to ask the girl at the cashier window. She arrogantly ignores me and shuts the window. So I walked up to the pickup just to ask. And this pickup window does the same...the employee walks away and leaves her post. Instead of using simple communication skills. Then she walks around with a weird smile trying not to look at the window and avoid it at all cost like a 5 year old child. Tbh, The only reason I truly tried was because we had a long drive. We had just got to the hotel from hours of driving from New york. My family was hungry and we were all exhausted & It looked pointless to take the car just to drive across the street. So we simply crossed the street. While sending my other cousin to take the little kids upstairs to rest. We thought people would have compassion being in a suburban family area to at least speak & at least polite or to be fully transparent. I knock on the window and a man finally came over. I explained the situation and he said we do not serve if you do not have car. I said "well I wish they could have been fully honest from the start." Sad part is...I see the humanity and morality of this Wendys, & we just chose not to order. Not that it matters to them. But I wonder who raised these people to be this way using avoidance, being in a food & service industry. I truly could have gotten in the car, and regone to the window. But after that treatment, I would not want that type of person handling my food for my family anyways. read more

I ordered from here and they gave me 8/16 of my order and will not pick the phone and instead of sprite they gave us a water downed sprite

The long dark hair guy at the pick up window looks like he hasn't bathed in weeks. They should not allow him to handle food. He is also rude and obnoxious. Good help must be really hard to find. read more

The line was long and after we ordered I told them I had the frosty key chain and the guy at the second window said "I can't be giving theses out for free" when if you make a purchase you can in fact get one of thoses junior frosties free with the keychain. Couldn't give zero stars employee at drive through very rude. Breakfast Biscuits had no cheese. Second bad experience here, won't be a third. Last time I filled out their on line survey, was asked on the survey if I would like a call back. I answered yes but never heard anything. Guess they just don't care. read more

Did not enforce wearing a mask. If people have a "medical" reason for not wearing a mask, they can use the drive through, they are not entitled to walking into the restaurant. After someone not wearing a mask accidentally took our order and rifled through it, I asked it to be remade, which the staff did reluctantly. Not all workers wore masks, and most who did only covered their mouth, not their nose. Highly recommend if you'd like to catch Covid. read more

The staff couldn't be more rude. The place was filthy , no utensils or ketchup on the side stand. The manager stood at the register and ignored the six people in line then just walked away without saying a word. Maybe the owner needs to pop in occasionally. read more

I can't believe it. This place has just opened up for limited seating, and you can tell that perhaps half the available tables are dirty. Are you serious? We just got done with a a deadly virus episode--that's not quite done yet--as this store's distancing precautions show, but they're ready to let infections run from customer to customer without a care in the world. Some employees look "reasonably clean," but others look unkempt, like they came into work that way. This store's operator has a big problem. If they can't handle simple lobby cleaning, no reason to take-out or drive-through. read more

Their night crew is a joke. They close at midnight, so by 11pm they are either out of almost everything or their credit card machine ia down and they only accept cash (that has happened multiple times). Last week I ordered a Dave's classic triple meal. (Three patties, american cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, pickle, ketchup and mayo) what i got was a whole new burger they invented (three patties, onion, salad mix, provolone or mozzarella and mayo). I dispise this Wendy's. They kept asking me how they could help and then told us one minute.

We made a mobile order (substantial; $20 worth of food) before breakfast ended. My wife arrived in time to pick it up but was told that breakfast was over and that we couldn't have anything. She spoke to the manager who screamed at her that breakfast was over and she wasn't getting a refund; to get a refund through the mobile app (which we tried and it wouldn't work). Refused to give us paid for food or a refund. Avoid at all costs and this manager needs fired and blacklisted from the service industry. read more

My wife and I went through the drive thru on a Wednesday evening 10/18/17 around 8pm. I ordered a taco salad and specifically asked for Wendy's chilli sauce. My wife ordered a single meal with cheese. Her fries were too salty and tasted as if they had been setting out for awhile. My taco salad was full of hearts of lettuce, which was disgusting, the chilli had no and tasted like it had been watered down and I never received my chilli sauce I requested. Also an employee was standing at the first window but would not take my money, after a few minutes I realized that she was waiting to clock out. Didn't seem to professional to myself. I usually go to this Wendy's during the day for lunch at least 2-3 times a month and I always have great service and food , but the last few times I've been through here in the evening the quality and service has been less than desired. read more
