HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Tried to give us a small bag when we ordered 5 meals. She then proceeded to have an attitude with us.

pulled up to drive thru at 12:46pm on 9-18-22 for mobile order. I was able to pull right up to the speaker. it is now 1:16pm still sitting here with 3 cars ahead of me. 5 cars behind me have already left because of the wait. I too would leave but unfortunately I already paid on the app. I won't be back. I will go the the RT51 store up the street before coming back here. what a shame. they spent all that money to revamp the store now they are losing money because their employees don't want to work. It is now 1:20 and I am at the window but there is 2 employees just standing around. Time I got my order it is now 1:26 and I got my order but they forgot the plain cheeseburger. now they asked me to pull around to wait for it. Absolutely NOT. I went to this particular Burger King this morning at 11:34am. I did not want to go through the drive-thru, bc it was backed up and I had to be somewhere at a specific time. Anyway, the doors were locked, and employee was outside smoking a cigarette. The service was improving, but it has gone back downhill. 0 out of 5, ordered online for counter pickup and the doors was locked to the establishment. You had to go through the drive through which was packed waited 30+ minutes for food. It's newly updated and embarrassing the manager needs fired! The workers was clearly understaffed! Go to McDonald's or Wendy's where they can actually handle customers / business. It's entirely possible that the people who were behind us in the drive-through line the night we came through are still sitting there, unrequited in their quest for supposedly "fast" food. It's difficult to tell, as thus far it's unlikely anyone has ever successfully emerged from this location with a burger in hand. We pulled into this location on a Sunday night because the drive-through queue looked pretty short compared to whatever other fast food joint was across the road; this was likely because the people in *that* line were locals and knew what was up, in hindsight. After waiting a full five minutes for the person in front of us to get their order in, we should have known to turn back. Then we pulled forward and placed a simple order for four combo meals, one for each person in the truck. I'm fairly certain they were all the same meal, albeit with different drink choices. The journey from there toward the window to pay was so arduous that I can no longer quite recall the details of our order, and during the sojourn it was all we could do to keep from eating the material our car seats were made of to sate our hunger. We sat in this bloody drive-through for at least a good ten minutes without any cars moving. No activity in the window, no one leaning back or forth to make payment for the food that legends have it was being char-grilled within. Finally someone leaned out toward the front car, accepted a payment with a flourish, and handed over the prize that was so coveted as to require fifteen full minutes of preparation to probably be blessed by a passing gypsy caravan in order to ensure its quality... And it was a single bag. A single combo meal might have sat within, fries glistening with salt crystals, a flame-grilled burger patty steaming from the cradling embrace of its bun. But we could not know, nor guess, for after fifteen minutes and a single car being served, we pulled forward, still two cars back from the window itself, and started the wait all over. ...we made it two more minutes and having seen no interaction between the window and the car whatsoever, elected to go somewhere else. At that point, we could well have started a cattle ranch, moved a thousand head of beef, franchised our own restaurant and made people wait in our own drive-through line for what seemed like an eternity and still probably gotten food out of it quicker than these clowns. Long story short, skip this one entirely. We saw no burgers nor kings here, only an arm bearing the suggestion of false promises and a needlessly slow output. read more

Just when you want to give them credit for doing something right, they do 5 things wrong and take absolutely no responsibility for it. Ordered the 2 Whopper, 2 Lg. Fries and 2 Lg. Drinks Deal and got 2 Whoppers made wrong with NO Onions (because they were out of onions and just didn't mention it) and Fries with HAIR in them. When we called to let the manager (?) know she said she had been away for the last week and was trying to correct these problems in the last couple days...WHAT??? The food was great last week when, what appeared to be a manager, wasn't dancing on the dining floor while 6 cars (ours being one of them) were parked outside waiting for their orders for more than 18 minutes only to get everything made wrong and hair in our food. I wonder if the manager who was getting her 3-bag order prepared to takeout with her while she downed a chocolate milkshake knew how many customers were waiting endlessly outside in the pouring rain to eat her employees hair? She didn't seem at all concerned but, I bet her order was right. Oh, BV Burger King, no matter how many chances the public tries to give you, you really just don't give a rats rear end, do you? Well, won't be eating at Burger King in Belle Vernon any time soon, or ever and for all of the peeps who left negative reviews and I said to give them another chance...PLEASE ACCEPT MY MOST SINCERE APOLOGY. The single reason this deserves a star is for the employees' friendliness. The only two employees were smoking multiple things when we pulled up. We waited for them to finish before pulling in the drive thru. We ordered 8 items and only one was good. Fries were cold. Onion rings tasted like they'd sat under the warmer all day. Would've gone back to request fresh items but the employees were back outside smoking. Glad I don't have to rely on this as my hometown BK! read more

The service and food quality here is absolutely terrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this last time was the 3rd and last time I'll ever go. The drive thru was closed so we went inside to order. There was only one other person in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for 4 burgers and 10 nuggets before I left without my food. I was nice and patient for as long as I could be with 3 kids but that is excessive. The time before that I order 2-10 piece nuggets in the drive thru and they had me pull forward to wait. I waited 15 minutes before walking in and requesting my food. They need new management. The older woman in charge can not get it together. read more

I don't complain often, but feel as i have no other choice. The service and quality of food was horrendous. First we go through drive thru... my bad we actually didn't go thru the drive tru because it was closed. After getting our food and being so horny for a burger I find a huge issue with the burger... someone busted a fat nut in my burger. After taking 4 bites of my sandwich and having white shit drip from my mouth. I finally realized that wasn't mayo... it was cum. All I wanted was a cherry icee. When we first pulled up, the place was dark. I couldn't even tell if it was open, but I wanted the stinkin icee so bad, so I drove to the drive thru to the order intercom. Noticed they didn't have cherry icees, which the man confirmed. They are now featuring an orange Fanta icee and they have the basic, gross coke ones. I opted for the orange one. The man tried to get me to add ice cream. I didn't want ice cream. No big deal. Then I asked to add a coke one for the bf. He must not have heard me, gave me the total for the orange Fanta one. Whatever. I pull around and wait for the car in front of me to finish, to get to the window finally. I'm holding out the money, and dude says, "I'm sorry, ma'am, the icee machine isn't working." I would give ZERO stars to this Burger King. They gzve me the wrong whopper Jr. Did not find out until home and everything out of the bag meanwhile I have a very bad migraine. Drove back out and the drive thru girl thought it was funny!!! I told her that is not nice and I brought the sandwich back to prove she says we don't take food back & shuts the window on me. ( usually they want a receipt & food for prove). I asked to speak to a manager thru the glass window. She says we don't take food back. I said pk but please throw it away. Worst experience, ever ordered onion rings through the drive through got to the window they asked me to pull because they were dropping new ones. Of course I didn't mind. I get down the road grab a onion ring they were cold hard clearly the bottom of the basket and old oil. They were dark dark brown -and even crumbs of fried stuff in there. I call spoke to manager all she could say was "yeah the oil needs changed" didn't even offer to make new ones or anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. read more

I tried the chicken fries 3 years ago...they were old and dry. Just a week or so ago I went there for the mushroom, bacon, swiss...THEY WERE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY BURGERS. Yes, that's right, they could not make BURGERS......BURGER King couldn't make any BURGERS as their broiler was not working. Today, 6/27/17, they had no swiss cheese. A Tuesday evening and they ran out of one of the main ingredients of a burger that they spend good money advertising. The "stand in manager" made excuses for the swiss cheese situation and the NO BURGER situation as though the customer is simply supposed to overlook that. The last time I actually went in, the tables were unattended, there were several handmade "Out Of Order" signs for the soda, and the ice maker wasn't working.
