I've had food from this location several times, by delivery and drive-thru. Burgers-juicy and flavorful, and very customizable Fries-a bit hit or miss, but overall good Spicy nuggets-somewhat dry, but nicely spiced Salads-very fresh ingredients Chili-always delicious Baked potato- very solid, if a bit small The delivery and drive thru are always pretty quick. EVERY single time we order from this Wendy's the order is wrong; even though we have resorted to ONLY ordering through the app due to their poor knowledge of the ENGLISH language! I need to inform you of a very concerning incident at your location on Main St in Binghamton, NY. It occurred last night, March 17, 2024, a little bit after 8 PM. I had a mobile order and I went to pick it up in the drive thru. One of my items was a Baconator. I requested no mayo and no ketchup. It came with both on it. That happens. I totally understand. I went in to have it fixed. The crew member who served me in the drive thru then came to the counter yelling at me, accusing me of calling him a profane word (he said I called him a "dumb ass" at the drive thru window. I did no such thing. He kept yelling at me and then finally said "Take this shit, cracker!" and threw the sandwich at me. I left immediately because I was genuinely afraid for my own safety due to his behavior. I did not see his name tag, but I am sure that if you review the security camera footage, you'll be able to see him and the the incident in question. I would describe him as African American, in his teens. He is tall with a large build and his hair in short dreadlocks. I am very upset by this incident. Maybe he was having a bad day, but, his behavior is 100% unacceptable. While I am not an employee or manager of Wendy's, I firmly believe that he should be terminated. I also feel I should receive a refund and possibly appropriate compensation. If this is not appropriately handled, I will go to the local news media. I will also inform my friends, family, coworkers, as well as people at my church and members of my Knights of Columbus lodge. Food's fine but one of the employees was very rude. I try one door and it was locked, but it says the place is open, so I go over to the door that says "entrance" on it. There are 2 people sitting inside. I went over to the unlocked door and she starts yelling at me "if you try one door and its locked don't go to the open one" what the heck. That makes total sense considering the circumstances, since the place was open and I went to the door that said "entrance" on it, right? Out of the top three fast food restaurants, this is one of my favorites. The food smells and tastes great, the workers are nice and respectful, and my order comes much quicker than other fast food chains. Waiting for food just for it to be cold is irritating, and I've never had to wait for long. Walking in doesn't make me nervous like most do and the place is clean. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid and they had a salad bar. The employees are friendly and service is usually quick. The food is also fresh, you won't get food that's been sitting under a heating lamp. Overall easy drive thru and clean inside. read more

The service is way to slow, employees are extremely rude. The place is covered in mold. When dining room is open look at the air vents above the cash register and all you will see is the black mold. The general manager is extremely rude. The manager with brown hair is the biggest jackass I ever came across. No matter what they are always right. I was hungry so I used the app and and got a breakfast baconator and sausage biscuit for 1 dollar and with a reward it made it cheaper. It tasted pretty good and got a lot of value out of a dollar. if you are ever hungry and don't got much money go here instead of other places since it's cheaper and more tastier than everything else you can find. Why am I reviewing Wendy's when everyone pretty much knows that there is almost no variation between restaurants? Because this one stands out as the absolute worst. Everything there tastes exceptionally old and dried out. I really can't imagine how they get it to taste so bad except that they use food from the day before. Their French fries taste like when you put old fries in the fridge and microwave them. On top of the terrible, terrible quality, I waited 20 minutes in their drive through last weekend. So, if you have a car drive to the one on the other side of town or go the McDonald's across the street. Just crazy bad. read more

Has the recipe for Wendy's chili changed from a few short months ago? I ordered a large chili from the Wendy's on Main Street, Binghamton, NY last night and it was not the chili I remember. The chili I got last night was thick, mush with large kidney beans and other beans. Edible but did not really taste that great. It was not light and flavorful like the old chili. first off. I ordered the Dave's classic double it costs over 12 dollars. Issue number two, the cheese was so old that it didn't melt when the burgers were made or when I got home and put it in my microwave for 30 seconds ( again it didn't melt ) the mayonnaise peeled off the burger like a slice of lettuce. Also the fries were cold, and I called the manager and not at single bit of remorse or apologetic ton was given. He didn't care one bit. And told me " it's all fresh it's all from this morning, the cheese was opened this morning ". Lies. I used to deliver food to Wendy's and I know what fresh is. This was so old and thrown together. It's very inappropriate. The openers should look at cleaning house or shutting down. Also i was told by the manager " the prices are only shown for small meals not med or large ". So we can throw in false advertisement too huh? That doesn't look to go for you Wendy's. If you're going to double the price, you should triple the quality, and customer server experience to go with that price hike. I should have gone to Applebee's for lunch. Only putting one star because you have to put something. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The girl taking the orders took forever for the people in front of us. When she took our order, she wasn't paying attention entering it and almost everything was wrong. The manager did correct it, which was the high point of this visit. We requested it to go several times and finally had to ask for a bag. While eating down the road, it was as if the food was just thrown together. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. I would recommend going somewhere else. The bathrooms were also disgusting. read more
