the food here is really good like like Wendy's it's honestly way better the McDonald or any other fast food places love Wendy's

You've got one job. Make the right order. Trying to describe to them that I didn't want cheese on my burger but that I wanted only onions was quite interesting. Reading the order back I heard "cheeseburger add onions" so I stopped him and said again "Single hamburger. No cheese. Just onions" after a two minute conversation to clarify he said "Okay. Got it. Cheeseburger, no cheese but onion." I figured I'd probably get a burger with everything and some extra onion at this point. Okay, whatever, fine. That's not what I got. I got a single burger with no a damn thing on it. I also don't love that we have to give out our first name to people we don't know including the customers but for the love of Pete try to figure out the basics of what the customer is ordering. Visited 8/28/2022 This is a nice Place in a truck stop to grab a bite and gas's up. It's easy in and to get back out again on the road. Definitely will visit wen passing by. read more

Atmosphere: 4 star. This Wendy's is a gas station slash convenience store but its clean. Service: 2 star. I think the staff is new and inexperienced. They gave me the wrong dipping sauce. They also got the frosty wrong (vanilla instead of chocolate). The order was right on the recite but not in the bag. Value: 5 star. The prices are Wendy's fast food low price is one of their greatest appeals next to speed. Quality: 2 star. Its comfort junk food. I have some experience with the more expensive burgers and they are better in my honest opinion. Face it, they are no In'n'Out or The Habit but when your hunger and its convenient its better than McDonald's. read more

So my food is absolutely old! Cold! And can stand on its own...I have had bad experiences every time I try to give this place a chance and never do i get decent food, this place is going to kill someone. One person in front of me and they were also one bag so I do NOT understand how old food is given out especially by the Male Manager that works evenings and hangs up on customers when you ask for corporate. I didn't get his name! But he's a light skinned guy with glasses.. very nice and very patient! I'm prego and having cravings so I went for a salad and .. just for a salad this guy was above and beyond :) I've been craving croutons but wanted only the Parmesan salad that didn't come with regular croutons and he still gave me the jalapeño croutons with the Parmesan crisps !! AMAZING .. usually when you ask for more than one thing at fast food places they are soooooo rude and even at that give you one! This guy was awesome! Thank you ! read more

I ordered some spicy chicken nuggets and they were shriveled up and hard, clearly they were made hours ago. I complained to the manager Diana and she said "What do you want me to do about it?" Diana was very rude and has NO IDEA how to take care of a customer. read more

Brawley's Wendy's has disappointed every time. They always mess up on our order by giving us wrong order or food is missing. Food is prepped pretty sloppy too. Have not visited again after 2 visits. read more

By far this is the worst Wendy, the menu was so limited they only have a few items we order 3 chicken sandwiches meals 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small also Two meals of the chicken nuggets! The chicken in all those items were so old and dry they were very nasty the French fries were cold and have no flavor just as the sandwiches! This Wendy's has gotten my order wrong, just like any other fast food restaurant. Putting away the negativity bias, they made my morning today with their quality customer service response to my issue. I've frequented since they opened and have seen the staff turnover as well. New employees make mistakes, it happens, but I have never been treated with anything but smiles and compassion. Frequent wrong orders might be a metrics issue, I don't know how their work is measured but I know what making mistakes from stress/panic looks like which is something I've observed during other visits. Despite peak hour blunders the workers do a good job of keeping the atmosphere positive towards customers. Admirable. read more

We ordered a loaded baked potato and they gave us a loaded fry. My disabled nephew was unable to chew the fries so we needed the baked potato so he could eat. We believe the cashier accidentally pressed the incorrect item on the order pad (she had to ask another employee where that item was on the order pad) when we tried to exchange the item they would not give us the correct item. They insisted we pay for another meal. We sat down then went back with intentions pay for the potato. We expressed to her the cashier made the mistake and then the manager Diana said no she would not sell us anything. We ended up leaving . At any other restaurant a manager would happily correct the order and make happy customers. She didn't want to admit the cashier made a mistake. We wanted to pay so he could eat. However we feel the cashier was incompetent and the manager must have been new.... She obviously has not been trained in customer service. How hard would it have been to exchange the fry for a potato. Disappointing for my frosty loving family. read more

my girlfriend went to the drive thru today and went home and opened her bag and boom, wrong order. she lives 10 minutes away from this wendy's and did not want to have to drive back just to fix a mistake that should of been taken care of by the workers, and to make matters worse they didn't even give her enough sauce. read more
