The review is a 3.5 and should be higher. The food is quite good, above many fast food options especially the salads. The drive through always gets it right. The inside is clean and the counter efficient. Unfortunately they do the old trick of cranking up the cold to make you eat more and leave earlier. A few times I've braved the challenge of staying more than 15 minutes by layering jackets and wearing wool socks, but it is just to much. I swear someone is in the back targeting those past a certain time limit and blasting the artic fan above them. read more

I came here really excited to try the breakfast. I pulled up to the drive thru line. No big deal, I'm patient and willing to wait through a line. What frustrated me was that when I pulled up to order, the guy at the speaker said they are all out of breakfast items. Like no breakfast items at all. So now we're stuck in the line (can't get out because the drive thru blocks us in from a curb). What a wast of time. I've always been a fan of Wendy's Old Fashion Hamburgers. While I'm a fan of their bigger, loaded burgers, lately I've been a miser and made due with the value menu. They may have the best variety menu for 99¢ of any rapid food chain. What I know is Wendy's is a crowd pleaser and has something for everyone in my family. This location is right off the Hwy4 bypass at Lonetree and is part of the newer shopping zone around there. The building is still fairly fresh and clean. The workers there have always been anywhere from ok to down right friendly. So far, they have not messed up a drive-thru order for me, and that's after a number trips over the last couple of years. So when one of my 3 girlies gets the craving again, we'll make our way back to the Wendy's that always makes them smile! :-) read more

Just waited in line for 30 minutes , 100 degrees outside, only to get to the order screen and be told that they were only accepting my cash at the window . I could go inside to use my card. I tried to do online order if it's possible and I can pick it up at the front door. I also think this may be convenient since this is close to my workplace and the disappointing is, I can't get my food and called them and I was told they can only do drive thru pick up. It won't be convenient to me since there is long line at drive thru. I didn't end up picking up my order. I tried to call their customer service and can't get to someone and no access on app to cancel it. I tried to email and they help me get my online account but that still didn't help cancel or get my refund. This is very inconvenient and wish they can do just online order pick up for their new customers. read more

This location has great customer service and they always get my order right. I have never had an issue here and I go here every time I don't feel like cooking at home. I just wish they would stop changing the drink menu!! I fine a ice tea I love and the next week they've replaced it with something else . Their food is always tasty and if I had to choose between Wendy's or Jack in the Box, I would choose Wendy's. Just went to Wendy's and ordered the son of a baconator, and asked if they could wrap it in lettuce, which they did! (A lot of places actually will not). When I got my burger it was nicely wrapped and placed in a plastic food container, with mayo in a separate container. Along with a knife and fork. Parking is kinda of weird here. There's only big spaces in the middle not double spaces like most places. The drive thru is weird too you almost have to do a u turn. Most of the time drive thru is kind of long. The inside is pretty clean. They bring your food out sometimes. They only double charged me once. I've never got my order wrong so that's a plus. I think this place is pretty good for the most part. The strawberry lemonade is the best highly recommend that. It beats other fast food restaurant. read more

The line is always super long and when I'm doing DoorDash I'm on a time frame so sitting in their dumbass long line will bring my ratings down so I have tried going inside but they have their doors locked I'm assuming for this fake ass virus HELLO my we are a year into this shit people are sitting down inside eating at places and you idiots feel the need to lock the doors? Terrible experience for Doordash drivers. The only restaurant in the city that does not allow anyone inside including drivers. Must wait in a 20-30 minute drive through line just to pick up your order. Spoke with an employee or manager on the phone and she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Love Wendy's. When the new Dave's hot n juicy burgers came out I thought they could even compete with an in n out burger. However my last visit was less than satisfactory in the area of, especially, service and quality if food/price relationship. I hadn't been to Wendy's in ages and I was missing the new Dave's cheeseburger. I ordered a small meal and expected the same taste. What I ended up receiving and paying for was what looked like a dollar meal sized cheeseburger and medium drink and fries. I actually thought they got my order wrong. I was used to seeing the new Dave's cheeseburger presented in its original box packaging, classic style. Instead it came wrapped in paper and no lie it was so tiny and I ended paying $7+ for this pathetic meal. I was so confused about this piece of crap I ordered that I hadn't realized they got the sizing wrong also. The girl that gave me my meal was flippant and rude and unhelpful and was possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. What hurts is that I was originally in the In-n-Out drive thru but it was ridiculously long so I thought I would go to Wendy's. What a mistake. Never coming back to this location. read more

My family and I went to Wendy's on lone tree Way in Antioch today. Got there about 6:25 pm. They had about 10 receipts laying on the counter that haven't been filled and a bunch of people standing around waiting for food. We were finally able to order at 6:25 PM. While we were waiting for our food I noticed none of the orders were coming out. The incompetent staff didn't know what they were doing. Three people were working in the front. An African-American girl who is a complete idiot and didn't know what she was doing. She kept putting food in bags and taking the food out of the bags constantly. She had about 15 bags sitting on the counter with partial orders and not one of them were completed. She would put fries in the bag and let them sit 10 to 15 minutes while the hamburgers were being cooked. . All of the bags were open because she kept looking in them every two minutes so I'm sure the food was ice cold. A Caucasian boy was also assisting in the front he had no idea what to do. He dropped a bag of food on the floor and picked it up and put it on the counter as if it didn't even happen. A Latino girl was working the register. She had no idea what she was supposed to be doing it took her forever to take our order. The African-American girl kept pretending like she was running things but she was so unorganized it was laughable. A customer next to me said he had been waiting for 40 minutes for his order to be completed. He finally went to the front to speak to the manager to get a refund. He began speaking Spanish to the manager. You can tell he was very upset. He demanded his money back. The African-American girl said your order is almost ready we're just waiting for a hamburger. The manager who is also a Latino gentleman said something in Spanish and then he told the girl "just forget it he wants his money back". He was full of attitude. I told the manager he should give the man his food for free because he waited 40 minutes while the African-American girl put food in his bag took food out his bag put food in his bag move the bags around a little bit but never got the order completely finished. He didn't give him anything for free not even an apology. The Customer took his money and his family and left the restaurant. I had to stand at the counter and make sure the African-American girl did not touch my bag because she did not know what she was doing while the Latino girl frantically was trying to get my order together. It was ridiculous. The rat in ratatouille had a better command of the kitchen than the idiots that work at Wendy's. The manager should not be managing that store he absolutely does not know how to run his team. All the attitude coming from him and the African-American girl was ridiculous someone came in for an order that was called in. She had been waiting and stated the order should've been done 15 minutes ago and the African-American girl told her she just had to wait. I don't blame either of the girls or the young man that were working the front. I believe management is responsible for making sure everyone is properly trained and supported in their role.. They all need training but the manager really needs training. He has no idea how to run his crew or run that shift. I'm sure they can blame it on Covid but that had nothing to do with the attitude from the Latino manager and the African-American girl working the front. They could've made the situation a lot better if they were more apologetic for the long delay in the mishaps with the orders. The only one that seem to have any sense was the African-American girl who was running the back. She was very polite and was trying to get everyone to call out the orders that they were missing. She was definitely trying to restore order in that restaurant. Unfortunately the manager was unprofessional and in need of additional training. This is probably the worst location I have ever been to. They always seem to be running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. The owner definitely needs to invest in training for the people that were working there tonight. I am absolutely done with this location and I'm sure most of the people who were in there this evening feel the same way. Just a note, the Latino girl and the Caucasian boy were a polite unfortunately they need a little more training. read more
