This Wendy's has the updated design and so it's modern and easier to keep clean because it was busy today with diners at several tables. Despite that, other tables and the floor were clean. The condiments station was properly stocked and tidy as well. Service at the counter was a little slow. I think maybe they were short one person because the lady taking and filling orders was only doing them one. at. a. time. My double baconator (yay, keto!) was made properly. The patties were cooked properly, the bacon was added in the right amount and they skipped the ketchup per my request. (I ate it without the buns.) If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a small Frosty, $2.97. I gave the cashier a $20. She gave me back a $1, a $5, and a handful of change. I said, This is not correct change! Manager came over, she gave me another $5, I said, STILL not right. She passed over another $5. Horrible! Just Horrible! Went through the night drive thru to simply get a bacon double cheese burger. Cocky server bagged the tiniest burger. Drive-thru: Ordered a HAMBURGER kids meal. Apparently the cook thinks a cheeseburger is exactly the same as a hamburger (hint: there's a single ingredient difference). Also, kids meals come with a drink, an item they completely did not deliver. At most normal places a medium sized beverage is provided with a meal combo, but here I got a small so it'd be best to ensure you actually instruct them on the size of the desired beverage. Napkins? I'm really confused as to how this location is still opened. I've only ever used the drive through twice. The first time was horrible but I thought maybe they are short staffed or something but the second time, same experience. The staff is rude when placing an order and as you pull up to the drive through window you are greeted with a foul smell of moldy towels & just smells dirty. Then i receive my order and everything is dumped upside down and my sandwich barely put together. It's a shame because it's prime location, across from a hotel and near all the bars for a late night bite. It's the only one in the area. I hope someone buys this and whips it into shape. read more

Extremely slow drive thru usually takes 30+ min if you're lucky and there's no one in line you are still looking at 10+ min. And the chances of you getting what you order are still slim. Stay Away....Went here for a quick dinner with my husband. We each ordered a meal, him a triple burger, me a chicken sandwich. Short & sweet....flies all around the ketchup/soda self serve area. He said there was urine all over the floor in the men's room. There was a leak, I don't know where from, but when I went to get a spoon and stepped on the floor mat, it went squish, and my foot got wet. The kicker was a long blonde hair in my French fries, actually wrapped around about 5 of them. Before you say it, I have dark red hair, hubby has a crew cut with brown hair. I brought it to the attention of the 2 behind the counter, asking if they are supposed to wear hair nets. The young girl, with a ponytail about 10 inches long, replied, No. The guy asked if I wanted another fry order..um, No thank you. I was looking forward to my first Wendy's dinner since I left NJ in 2017. This meal was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE! The food was so disgusting I had to toss it. It wasn't even edible. The inside was closed so we waited in line literally for almost an hour. We should have left like the four cars that lost their patience. My husband was so patient and I kept talking up how good it was for fast food, which we rarely eat. The potato was GREY, THE BURGER AND CHICKEN WERE SO DRIED OUT and tasteless. I have been there late at night at least 3 times and each time the wait has been over 30 minutes. I wanted a Subway, but that was out of business. so I went to the closest thing, a Wendy's across the street. I gave the order, and with every reply I couldn't understand a word she said. Now I am all for inclusion, but the drive up orde clerk is the face of your company and should at least be able to convey in english, even to us cancelled old white people when we are there to spend our money. I ordered a Baconator combo and a taco salad and a bottled water. When I pulled up she only gave me a taco salad, the water and a Baconator. I said a soda water for drink. She pointed at the receipt and said you only ordered the sandwich, even after taking my card again and charging me more, she didn't give me the fries. While I'm waiting in line with 12 cars behind me, the manager is yelling at the line staff, "come on people, I am waiting on a Baconator here." Judging by the other reviews, the manager should be fired and someone that these people can follow should be selected. I get the staffing shortage, but this is ridiculous. You don't rudely point to the receipt and tell them they are wrong. These fast food place employees need to stop feeling entitled about their jobs. Have lived locally for 22 years and have visited this Wendy's off and on but this will be the last time!! As soon as you walk in, your shoes stick to the floor along with napkins and wrappers on and under tables. The order was incorrect but was remedied. Well I am disappointed with this place. I am not a fast food patron of late. I have not been to a Wendy's place for 5 years or have had their chili for 9 or so years. I just got out of the hospital and needed a fix of fast food and the commercial of late suck me in for the chicken sandwich. So here is my reveiw and observations. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, large fry, large chili & jr. hamburger. First the chili. In California I was offered onions &/or cheese for it. Here none. Plus it was chili soup watery and weak in thickness. Flavor wise ok. Large fries not so large more of medium order. Hamburger was sitting under hot lights I was home in 10 minutes and it was cold. Chicken not much better. Over all I was not a happy trooper. I guess it will be another few years before I go back. read more

Wendy's, in my opinion, is the best fast food restaurant out of all fast food restaurants. Last night about 11 however, my buddy and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple burgers and a chicken sandwich. My chicken sandwich tasted slightly fishy, in which I could only eat a couple bites of it, and so I tried eating my burger. Even worse, it had obviously been sitting on a cold counter for at least 10 minutes, as it was cold and the bun was hard. Of course the cooks messed up my buddy's burger, in which he asked for a well-done burger and it was not to his specifications. Had a horrible day today with personal issues, after patiently waiting for them to actually give me my order after it serving another upset customer in front of me. I quietly and politely gave my card. The 50+ gentlemen who gave me my meal let me know rudely I should get some rest because I look tired. He did it in such a mean way, i teared up on the way home. He forgot the sauces I ordered. It's not my day, and he made it so much worse just by being rude for no reason. This isn't my first bad experience but today was too much. Wendy's food is generally good, but, this location isn't staffed or run very well. We eat there because we can walk from our business. Today at 2:30 pm, we waited 20 minutes, all the tables were dirty and the garbage cans overflowing. Sometimes the carpets smell rancid.
