I travel for work and eat Wendy's frequently and this Wendy's is the WORST in terms of service and everything else because they always make you wait a extra 5-10 min for your food, no matter how busy but also because even when you get it, it's wrong for example today I got a burger instead of my chicken sandwich and it's been 2 times now this has happened here. My biggest complaint however is they can't make a single menu item correctly. Everything here is half measures for example I got a pretzel bacon pub burger but it came today with no bacon and 2 single onion threads, management seems to be almost as bad as the food they let pass. read more

Grabbed dinner from here recently and it was totally fine. It took a while to prepare the order but we had quite a few items so that's OK. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted reasonably good. We used the drive-thru and had to drive home before eating, so of course it wasn't as tasty as it would be fresh, but what can ya do :) The workers were polite as well. My wife and I went there about an hour ago to get lunch. IT'S MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY. We sat in line for a long time, and NO ONE acknowledged us. So, we pulled around and what did we get??? An extremely rude, Ghettofabulous manager at the window who looked at my wife (driving) and said absolutely nothing but rather stared at her as if to say, "Ok? What do you want?" Then she goes on a rant about being short staffed, pregnant, and a laundry list of other things going wrong for her today. My wife and I tried to explain to her why we pulled around. The worker lied and stated that she said, "just a minute". Total lie. Had she said something, we wouldn't have pulled around. This worker should not be in a leadership position, and neither should she be serving the public. I have never written any reviews but I could not help but speak to this location. I am a frequent visitor to Wendy's, so I know what I expect. I went through the drive through and just ordered a Dave's single with cheese, no onions or pickles. When I arrived home it was to find a piece of dry meat on a fresh bun with nothing but lettuce and ketchup. No cheese, no tomato, and the hamburger patty was actually tough. I tried to call twice and no one picked up the phone after at least 20 rings. While I was there, no one was in line at the drive through. The restaurant seemed mostly empty so I know they weren't busy, just not picking up the phone. I can see why they weren't busy. This location is as bad as it gets. It's still Wendy's, so I'm giving it an extra star because the burgers are good. But this location is predatory amongst other things. 1. They will automatically upgrade your meal to large every time. Won't ask, will just do it. You have to specifically tell them you want the listed size or a small. 2. There is something wrong with the orders every single time I go. 3. They're just dishonest. They're often out of things but won't tell you that. They'll switch out soda for another kind and just give it to you without saying anything. 4. They're rude from the start, every time. And none of this is a particular employee. Only to have the start of your day completely ruined. Here's the story of my experience... We stopped off to Wendy's, as we wanted to give their breakfast a go. The menu was very simple an to the point. I placed my orders with no issues and timing was excellent. I received the *First Wave Order (fist attempt) completed correctly however, I happen to be the navigator (diver) of the vehicle, and my counter-part (my wife) co-pilot prepared my sandwich, and handed it over to me to partake of some much needed breakfast. The first thing she noticed was the condition of my sandwich's appearance, which was down right appalling. The sandwich was not the correct temperature, and paying no attention-due to the fact I was starving-I took a bit anyway. Want a bad idea! Let's face it-I'm in a rush-hungry, morning traffic was completely cooperating and things were spiraling downward swiftly. Nevertheless... The sandwich tasted down-rite hideous...I tell you-absolutely awful readers! "The plot thickens here." Everyone knows Jeopardy's theme song-yes... Well-let's say we sang the long version 5 times before receiving our order. Nearly 8 minutes slowly expired. A crewman waltz out the front exit door-hands us a bag, and that's it. No curbside manor (sorry for the inconvenience/I apologize for the wait) - just nothing at all. Without any objections, we shoved off to the meeting-only to be shocked beyond our wildest dreams. *I ask you to picture my inner most emotions, after driving all the way back to Wendy's; re-ordering the entire combo breakfast meal, waiting an eternity, and driving back to a most important corporate meeting of your career, and receive the same condition of product for yet-a *Second Wave-all over again. I couldn't fathom it. Disappointed; hungry, but yet motivated to deliver an outstanding presentation... I carried on-forgoing any breakfast at all. I simply said... BREAKFAST - I got coupons in the mail and had been wanting to try their breakfast. The first thing I ask when ordering was "do you make the biscuits fresh"? That was a NO !! But the order taker said "they are really good for not being fresh made". Her recommendation was the croissant. I went for the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. She was right about the biscuit. It was pretty good for not being freshly made BUT why would I get a biscuit breakfast here when I can go one block down and get a "fresh made" one. I would say, stop by and give it a try. One of the better Wendy's in the area. I stop there every Friday with my Granddaughter for a chicken nugget take out. We often order other items. One problem. They never give the charge card receipt unless you ask for it. I have occasionally had missing items and don't know if they were paid for or just left out of the bag. It's also a common scam. The employee knows how much a burger, fries and a drink cost. They give that amount to the customer, open the register, take money and make change. End of the day the register is over. I came by for a classic 4 for $4 but to my surprise and horror, they changed the options. Now, most of the options have been moved to a $5 meal. What has this world come to?! I sucked it up and got one, but the meat was something out of Uptown Sinclair's The Jungle. The fries were a solid 4/10. They gave us one sauce for the meal. I didn't know we were rationing in 2022. I went through the drive thru today and was met with attitude immediately. The lady, a black woman with dreads, seemed very bothered by the fact that we needed to do three separate orders. I love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. You can substitute a small chilli for the fries if you want for the same price. But the flavored lemonade is the biggest draw for me. Putting in the soda machines where you choose your flavor was the best thing that Wendy's has done. I don't even mind paying almost $2 for just a large drink because it is exactly what I want.
