No complaints about the Wendy's here. The app is easy to use and they offer really good deals on the app, which allow you to also use the frosty keychain. Love how you can customize the food with the app (extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions) and they practically always fulfill the order correctly, which doesn't always happen at other restaurants. Food is always tasty and freshly made to order. I prefer the food here more than the restaurant next door bc it not only has better deals, but it is far better in quality. Only had an issue once when one of the drive thru attendants wouldn't allow us to pick up more than one order, but otherwise, everything has been seamless. Overall I keep returning - so that says something. Its not perfect but nothing is... The worst part is the popularity of this place. The lines can be so long. But that is a reflection of the overall value of the food. You have to understand this. When drive thru lines are long I don't go here. I drive down the road to Nations. Burgers are a little bit more expensive there and that extra dollar or two could save you a 20 minute wait. Its best to go here when there isn't some krazy lines. You can see the lines of the drive thru and even the interior lines just as you drive by. Don't drive in and park if its busy. Go elsewhere. I usually get the bargain basement $5 biggie bags. I believe their popularity is what makes my experience always a good one. The more turnover the fresher everything is. The more expensive burgers and chicken burgers I've tried. The 1/4 lb burger is very filling but the burger patty size is unique and big and doesn't get the turnover that the cheaper burgers get. The last time I went the coke wasn't working so I just got lemonade instead. They have home made ice tea too. I'm not super addicted to coke but if your addicted to the high fructose junk this might be a problem. I feel best avoiding coke and pepsi junk. In Germany nobody really drinks that regularly. Rather they take seltzer water and mix it with some 100% fruit juice. I think Americans should try this more. This location is convenient to the mega church across the way and the freeway. I wouldn't avoid this place unless there is a long line. People working here are always good to me. It had been a while since I last visited Wendy's, but my friends and I decided to stop by and pick up the $5 Biggie Bag Meal. The $5 Biggie Bag Meal is a new deal being offered at this time. The meal consists of a crispy chicken sandwich, 10 PC spicy or crispy nuggets, small fries, and a small drink. The restaurant wasn't open for walk-ins so we proceeded to the drive-through line. This line wrapped around the corner and into the street. We waited about 10 minutes before we could place our order, but the service was friendly and our orders were made right. I asked for extra sauce (ranch and honey mustard) and wasn't charged extra for them, but to my surprise, the ranch sauce packet was punctured and the honey mustard sauce packet had some unrelated food on it (ew!). Despite those things, the food still satisfied our hunger. What's nice about this location is that it's right off of the 580 freeway; you can easily get back on the freeway as there are ramps in both directions nearby. I cannot believe they consider this fast food, they make you wait so very long and it's so inconvenient in the drive-through to sit there and wait as long as you do. They have a new guy training HE IS THE SWEETEST, THE GENTLEMAN with the CURLY BLONDE hair, and the "manager" I'm assuming because he's "somewhat" presenting himself as one, are joking around and asking the new gentleman "if he was serious" that our order was messed up. Obviously if someone is training, you don't leave them alone until they're comfortable doing something or know the material 100%, so yes curly sue, he was serious, rather than joking around the whole 8 minutes I sat at the window watching you continuously pulling your pants up, scratching your nose and grabbing my Order, maybe you should have worked on getting our orders out correctly and maybe take a food service training online while you're at it.
