Not only do you wait 10mins in the drive thru .. but you also get rude service and cold fries.. my chicken sandwich had the breading coming off of it from moisture and humidity of the patty sitting for so long in the warming tray.. as well as the cold jr b cb we received.. not to mention the twice fried fries that you couldn't even bite! I get it's fast food but to have someone wait 10mins for cold food and poor service is ridiculous.. Especially at 10pm when there are 3 cars in the DT. Try harder next time. read more

We have 3 Wendy's available near by but we make sure to go to the on on Warner and Cooper in Gilbert, AZ bc they have the freshest food, cleanest restaurant, and best service. I placed a mobile order, and when I got to the restaurant it was even ready. The service kinda sucked. Also very unprofessional when you come into a restaurant and you hear a few employees in the having an argument. Also they should never be allowed to speak ill of the customers. And the boss is allowing it. The dining room is disgusting they need to wipe all the tables down, vacuum the carpeting But on the plus side the food will be warm when we receive it. read more

I never review fast food places unless they are above average, or really below. When I walk out of place and in my mind I am good if I never do Wendys again that deserves a review especially when fast food for two is almost $30. Lobby was dirty, tables & benches were wobbly, the soda machine is one of those that u select the one u want (all in one machine), the problem was every one I picked was out - How the hell do you not have Coke when it is a Coke Product machine??? A burger does not taste the same with Orange Hi-C , I started with Fruit Punch, but it ran out half way filling up the cup. I asked for no tomatoes & extra onion, I got tomatoes and it looked like less onion. Overall the food wasn't terrible, the fries were hot, so that gets the one. The Crew that was working seemed bored, uninterested and zero motivation. One of them had on Bose headphones, the crazy part was even as frustrated as he seemed due to slowness of orders being completed by rest of crew he was at least helpful when asked for something. I think Store Owners/Managers fail to realize the impact that bad experiences have on the chain over all, especially with prices being as high as they are. I know I will spend my money elsewhere as there are way too many burger options than to settle for sub-par. read more

If I could give zero I would. These people are the most incompetent fast food workers. Order a burger without tomato onions or lettuce and what do you think I uncovered when I got home? Yup you guessed it, tomato, onions and lettuce. So I go back and they make me a new one and I asked them wouldn't a small frosty complimentary be in order for the major inconvenience and the guy handing me the burger says sorry we don't do that and I'm thinking guys I had to drive all the way home to find my burger screwed up and I have a food allergy to onions but they don't care this is why they're failing. I'll never go back. read more

They charged me for 3 frosty's when I ordered 2 then asked me to drive back around because the manager was busy and they didn't know how to do a refund. I went inside and the manager ignored me then gave me cash for the difference because she didn't know how to refund my credit card. read more

Tried to grab a quick bite here on a Saturday evening. We all know what to expect with fast food but this visit is worth a mention for the horror that it became. 1) ordered online. Can only pickup in the drive through lane as the inside is locked. 2) waited 25 minutes to get to the window. We were the fifth car in line - 25 minutes? What are you guys doing in there? 3) finally get to the window and ask about things we ordered that show "not available at this location" on their drive through menu. 4) the shocked look of the worker that we even asked. It was crystal clear they intended to just replace or substitute without telling us. 5) when I asked for a refund I had the joy of dealing with the A-hole manager who didn't even attempt to hide his disdain for us. This is going to be a mixed review a week ago I ordered biggie bags and my fries didn't come out as we expected them to and the night shift manager. Steven completely took accountability and offered to replace our entire order very nice of him ...a week later, we came back to redeem that order and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the morning shift manager Matty she basically interrogated me made me feel like a beggar and refused to replace certain things because she said she wasn't sure what went wrong when Steven clearly noted in his log what to replace and what he had offered ... again she refused to honor it and gave me a hard time Later that evening (tonight) I called, hoping to connect with Steven and I did and he again went above and beyond apologized and offered to make it right. We came in tonight and he right away made our order fresh and I would just like to say Steven is amazing and knows what customer service is and how to make things right nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes, but he really goes above and beyond Matty on the other hand, really needs to find another industry if she's not into Customer service. read more

Unsanitary. Did you know they scoop the ice with your cup? So their hands are all inside the ice contaminating it. They don't have an ice scooper? I watched the employee handle my card then scoop my ice bare handed then go back to the register. I was pretty shocked. I will never get a drink there again. read more

So I went to order through drive through and after repeating my order 3-4 times before they got it right I was told they are only accepting cash. Ok, I only had a $50 bill, so I figured I would be ok. I get to the window and "Oh we cant break a $50" Seriously?!??! Cash only and they didn't anticipate this issue? Whomever the idiot managing this location is they wont have their job long as this is not a sustainable business model in this day and age. read more

This Wendy's deserves zero stars. They have no idea how their mobile orders work and items are constantly missing from their bags. Just save yourself the hassle and go to literally any other fast food joint nearby. I've never been inside this location so this review is strictly for the drive-through service, which since COVID has been busier than ever. Today's visit was a good one, but is a missing a start because two of the burgers that I ordered were supposed to be 'plain,' meat and cheese only. They came fully prepared with all the fixins. :-( The fries were hot and tasty. The drinks were as expected. There was a long line, but it moved along pretty quickly. read more

Filthy drive thru window at 6:30 am! Just opened!! Bacon slices are 1/4 the size you get at McDonald's! Prices are a lot higher than McDonald's as well. Save your money... Go elsewhere. read more

Well, it's completely hit or miss on the service. Went drive-thru around 12:45PM, #6 no mayo, add cheese + onion. Got up to the window handed my card over. Food was handed to me immediately, then my card, given my drink. Out the drive-thru in less than 2 minutes. Food was also ON POINT. Chicken fried properly, made how i asked. Fries perfect on crunch and salt. Soda perfect with syrup content. Not sure what was going on but i purchased a lotto ticket afterwards. Good luck everyone. Try after the lunch rush when they are all still riled up from service. read more

The crew and management here have zero drive to make a customer happy. If you show up at 10:32, they will tell you no breakfast because it's all "Put away". It could not have been much to put away. Other times I've been here, I've ordered the burger with a lettuce wrap. When they gave me the order in the bag, they said "oh yeah, we're out of lettuce". No other offer to fix or even to not take the order that they accepted. The problem with terrible management is that you have to wonder what other liberties are being taken by this lack luster group. read more

I can see why this location has very little stars. The service wasn't as friendly at the drive thru window as I forgot to request no mayo on my chicken sandwich, I asked very kindly if I can receive my chicken sandwich without mayo. Here's what I got. She even confirmed no mayo on the Chicken sandwich :/ Management please fix this issue with customer service of your employees. I'm okay with wiping the mayo off but the service was not pleasant to deal with when I asked for the no mayo. Thanks. read more

I drove through and purchased several items including a Baconator (my go-to burger). Got home and the bacon on the Baconator was RAW! Tried calling to let them know and perhaps get it resolved; however each time I called (7 times) the phone would ring & ring & then they would hang up. So no dinner for this senior citizen today. I would drive back if it wasn't so far and so late at night. This Wendy's leaves much to be desired, I don't know how they stay in business. read more

Arrived at 10:30 am today, on a Saturday morning. Pulled up to the driveway, craving just the standard, "Dave's Double". I'm a fan of Wendy's. They stand out compared to other fast food chains. Well, the order did take a bit, but what do you expect? They're making your order. Relax. The cute lady on the drive thru was albeit shy, but super sweet. The burger is what I want to get to. Picturesque, you guys. Not sloppily slapped together, and just perfect. Location is key when getting fast food. This place definitely passed. read more

Almost felt as if they were ready on time by the kitchen staff, she was purely overwhelmed and simply, forgot. Small portion and my opinion not an option on my future visit again. Soggy and very greasy, perhaps would have been better if served hot and on time. Worth a visit, may go again. Maybe. Definitely go for the extensive list of brews, here is where they shine.

Nestled in historic downtown Chandler, in the narrow sliver of Boston Street, the speak-easy themed cocktail bar and restaurant is located inside the former home of the Chandler Arizonan, the city's original hometown newspaper since 1912. With exposed brick walls and rich wood finishes, the historic site provides an upscale, contemporary urban and industrial-chic setting. After easily finding parking in walking distance from the entrance, we arrived shortly before midnight of the 7th. They were closing soon, but we had enough time to order a round of craftly-made cocktails and beers to down quickly. It helps when your friend knows the bartender. Enter smiley face emoji here. THE BRICKYARD DOWNTOWN is credited for the first place that I ever tried a CLOVER CLUB, a pink, frothy cocktail with fruity, citrusy, velvety qualities. I was instantly tickled pink, literally, by the nostalgic feel of the elegant concoction, topped with artfully designed egg white foam and served in a vintage-style champagne glass. What a beauty of a drink with a touch of class and sophistication! Almost made me want to throw on a flapper dress and dance the Charleston...until I realized the need to balance from the powerful punch in the serious drink. Fancy, stiff cocktails served at THE BRICKYARD DOWNTWON fo shizz. No complaints about that here! It's been a while since I visited Arizona. Maybe it's time to return. My first impression wasn't great on the customer service but it definitely got better. The classic burgers were double stacked and came with really good melted cheese. We also got chicken tenders and cheese fries. My daughter didn't care for the tenders because it wasn't crispy or flavorful enough but the fries were very fresh and delicious. If you sign up on the app they also give you a free burger with $10 purchase. My husband is already talking about coming back tomorrow.
