Ohhhh, Wendy's management, please train your staff better! Ordered food, drove up to the window, and your gal had us pay for the wrong order. After that was resolved, they sent us on our way with missing items. So we were forced to go into the store to resolve once again. THEN, we get home with our order, only to find that we were given 2 plain hamburgers with cheese, when we ordered 2 "Dave's" hamburgers. So no lettuce, tomatoes or anything else that comes with it. This location is the slowest drive through I've ever seen. The wait is 30+ minutes every time I've been, no matter what time of day or how many cars are in line. Came through tonight and there were 2 cars in front of me. I watched 3 people pull into the parking lot, go inside, come out with their food, and leave, all before I even got up to the speaker to order. Then another 5 minutes at the speaker before someone took my order, and another 5 before I got my food. It's like this every time, without fail. read more

Today I went through the drive thru at this location and I ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich and the 4 for.4 and never looked to confirm the order and once I arrived at home NO CLASSIC CHICKEN and had to drive all the way back and get it. So double check your order before you leave the drive thru window This was the first time I ordered the Classic Chicken And it was 6 dollars just for the Sandwich. Pulled in and 4 cars ahead of me in drive thru. Waited 20 min to get to speaker to place my order and had to wait another 5 min before my order was taken. Then find out no baked potatoes which is my whole purpose for coming here. Ordered something else. I would have pulled out of drive thru but you are trapped by curbs and landscaping. Bad location. The staff must like to play games with drive through customers. My chicken sandwich had half a chicken cut in half. Won't go to this one again. The frosty machine was down as well. Sometimes Corporate needs to cut their losses and close bad locations. Actually the Wendy's cashier was awesome when I went. All of the staff at this Wendy's were fast, efficient, kind, and very helpful. However, there were a few very rude customers that were ridiculously demanding. This Wendy's does appear to be understaffed and there may be some new employees that are being trained. I believe this is true for most of the service industry here in valley and around the nation. We need to be kinder to the people who are in the service industry and the customers need to stop acting privileged. read more

I couldn't believe it -- I had breakfast at this location not long ago and it was great ( as far as fast food is concerned) however last Friday after helping our Son move all day long we went to this Wendy's for a late dinner -- Like 8:30P -- We had a couple burgers and fries. A couple of the new Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburgers== The bread on the Ciabatta was so stale the top of the bun cracked when touched-- The meat patties on the burgers were luke warm and basically tasteless-- I found out why-- the kids working the place had pre-cooked a whole stack of patties on the grill and were using those to make the sandwiches-- BLAH-- One f the push button soda machines was putting our nothing but carbonated water-- We told them== they replied that they knew it and instructed us to use the other machine--( no sign -- no apology)- We don't know if it was the young group running the place or was I close to closing ?? The worse fast food restaurant that I have been to in recent time. Makes me want to give up on going out for dinner.

I usually go to this location and have no issues. Today I went and my order contained 3 fries, a small, medium and large. The fries were very cold and stale and they also gave me ranch sauce instead of BBQ. No big deal - So I get back in line to have the order corrected but there are now at least 5 cars ahead of me so I waited, as the rest of my families food got cold. I requested to have the fried upgraded to larges which should have been no problem - seeing as they gave me cold fries and the wrong sauces, but no. They did nothing within their capability to make up for the fact that I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes to have an order THEY messed up corrected. They refused to upgrade my fries and the woman at the window this time, a young Hispanic lady with blue braces had a WORST attitude in the world. As if it was my fault the messed up my order? Crazy. I'll be calling their corporate office to file a complaint. read more

Called them and spoke with a manger, and asked for partial refund for the missing items. The manager said I would have to return to the store and hung up on me. first time i came here there was one car in front of me: took 20 minutes to get my order (didn't include the dipping sauce after we very specifically asked). went again second time: 35 minutes. for sure a coincidence right? nope. here we are again hoping.... so far 45 minutes (4 cars in front). ordered $29 worth of food- got two chickens nuggets and two fries from the window kid lol. he sends the manager and she is upset with US because apparently we are holding up the line or something. we are missing THREE orders lol. how about a "i'm sorry this happened, let me correct it for you". but no. this is just not a well managed location. i will never go to this drive thru again. just terrible!! First of all, I've never ever been in a drive thru line for so long and that was with only 4 cars ahead of me. My order was a junior fries and double stack, no cheese. I didn't get that. I got some other kind of burger and I was not going to go back there to get the right burger or my mo way back. I pull up to the window. The cashier was very pleasant and nice and was asking another employee to come help her with the computer or something, he was dragging his feet and she was trying to get him to move a little faster because she lots of customers. He ended up putting down the chili he was spooning into containers, eventually made his way over. He seemed so out of it and not really interested that they had customers that needed to be taken care of. I was wondering what might be wrong with him looking so out of it????? This Wendy's is the absolute worst fast food establishment I have been in. This store has made me download yelp and write my first ever review for any place. I have been here multiple times solely just because I like the frostys. The first couple times of coming and them telling me the machine is broken or they have closed it for the night(hour and a half before they close) is something I can understand. The fact that this is probably now my 15th time of this happening is absurd. Then I have to wait in the drive through and they don't even offer apologies or anything. This Wendy's is one of the better run franchise stores but is often nearly empty. With coupons you can eat less expensively than buying groceries and cooking the meal yourself. I love their fries and chilli. Yum. read more

We were moving this week and when you can get a great deal like four for four, everyone's happy. And sometimes, after eating healthy and clean for a while, you just want something salty and greasy. Why isn't there a system to move cars in the front of the drive through with big orders or problems to the parking area so that all of us just getting just a Frosty for example can get served quickly.
