am writing to express my frustration with a recent order placed through DoorDash. My friend ordered a meal that consisted of a chicken sandwich, a 4-piece chicken tender, and a lemonade. This is a straightforward order, yet when I check the order, I discovered that the items were missing or incorrect. The crazy thing is our ticket with that says the correct order is on the bag! One of the things I love the most about this establishment is that their food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The bathroom is clean and only one time when my DoorDash order was incorrect, I was able to go the next day and have it replaced for free. I had ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich meal and got the spicy chicken sandwich. I simply called to let them know about the error not looking for a replacement since I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich as well. The manager still offered to replace not just the sandwich but the entire meal. I couldn't resist free food from one of my favorite fast food places. Kudos to the staff here. Wendy's has come back in a big way. Their pretzel pub burgers and their entire breakfast selection is very underrated. My favorite is the pretzel pub chicken and the regular burger. Fries aren't great. The entire breakfast menu is good and would like them to offer it for more hours then they do. read more

Hey Wendy's, you really wowed me! Haven't been here in over a year. Their In-House Customer Service ordering is now so well organized and efficient at lunchtime! The waiting line was nonexistent. One cashier took each order. The cashier took time out and answered all my questions nicely and efficiently. No sooner did I order a small lemonade and a Grilled Chicken Asiago Sandwich, it was given to me. The table with straws, utensils, napkins etc. was conveniently within reach after you placed your order. The entire restaurant appeared very clean. The food preparers appeared proficient. Wendy's now has indoor and outdoor dining. I made an interesting observation while eating outdoors: The flow of cars kept moving through the drive-through window. This was amazing at lunchtime. There's a worker named Andrea I think I was there on a Monday 2:30pm. May I say she has been there for a while and I know this because I'm a amazon worker and always use their public bathroom. Ordered online, waited for 30 min. to reach window only to be told that the grill didn't work and there were no hamburgers of any variety. Only chicken and fries. This place is terrible. Their drive through starts as 1 line, then splits into 2 lines for ordering, then merges back into 1 line after ordering. So they basically make their customers fight in the parking lot to pick up their food. Then, when you get the food, your order is wrong at least 50% of the time. This is the one place where I literally have to do a complete inventory before pulling away. This is after they ask you what you ordered when you get to the window. They did a great job renovating the restaurant as it looks great. The food is on par with any Wendy's, the only thing I really order is the chicken Caesar salad which is great. The only downer about this place is the long lines and huge wait on the drive thru. Sometimes can be 20-25 minutes which doesn't make it fast food! This particular Wendy's location has had it's ups and downs over the years (been coming here for over 5 years since it is down the street from my office). For the most part, I do tend to think the food here at this location has been above par compared to the other fast food restaurants in the area, it's really just the speed at times that they can get orders out. Wendy's, you've impressed me. I have to say, I was skeptical when this location closed down. What was going to replace it, what's going on? They demolished the existing structure, and left us all curious. But what they did was build a nice, newer, cleaner, more modern Wendy's in it's place. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped in here one evening. This Wendy's location is ultra modern and even has 2 of the fancy soda machines that have hundreds of flavor combinations available to suit your fancy. The parking situation is decent as well. And they even have a double line for the drive through to take your orders twice as fast. It's actually pretty ingenious if you ask me. There was a nice outdoors section too.
