Blimpie in Woodland Park was unbelievable, as usual, but this visit was especially pleasant. The owner is a genuinely nice man who clearly cares about customer satisfaction. One of his employees was not only friendly but went out of his way to be kind. He made my sandwich perfectly--ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, extra vinegar, mayo, and light oregano. It tasted exactly like I remembered from childhood, just as good as every time I've had it growing up. Blimpie's consistency is what I appreciate most, and I couldn't be more thankful for that. My go to Blimpie! Blimpie is my favorite sub shop ever since I was young. I've lived in WP all my life (32 years) and this Blimpie has always been here and I'm glad and I hope that they stay here forever! The food is amazing and the guys will make the sandwiches to your liking. I told the guy that I lovvvve cucumbers on my sandwich and he gave me an extra cup of them at no charge. Haven't been year literally in years. I went today basically due to seeing Groupon has a deal here. I got a roast beef on spinach wrap. Wasn't to happy. The meat didn't look right but after seeing in case all the meat was like off color. I added like onions & other stuff & sorry was very disappointed. There was no taste at all. Added a bit of salt & pepper but didn't do the trick. The employees were very friendly & professional. They were really busy during lunch time. I personally would no go back there again. This blimpies is pretty good and clean compared to the other blimpies I've been to in NJ. Smh. Bread was soft and not hard at all. I'm always very happy & satisfied with my sandwiches when I come here. I do miss the old school blimp burger, I wish they would bring that back. I wish I lived closer I would probably eat a blimpie sandwich weekly. Subways is no comparison at all. I could eat subs everyday! Blimpie has a good variety, but I only go for their blimpie best which is basically an Italian sub. The bread is very soft which I love and maybe a big reason I continue to eat their subs. I don't like that you get so little meat but it's like that at other sub shops as well unless you go to a deli. The blimpie best regular was $5.29 for a regular and the turkey and provolone was also $5.29. It's small though, the regular has 2 pieces, but for someone who normally can't eat both halves, I could. It's not as big as places like Jersey Mikes or a deli. This location isn't too close to me but they had a groupon for $6 for $10 worth of subs. My total came out to $11.32 so I really only saved about $3. It's better than nothing I guess. I'll go back for the blimpie best not the turkey, but that's about it. Made a quick late lunch stop here on my way to the home depot. Store was very clean I must say and the employees were very welcoming and nice. I was greeted upon walking in by both employees. I eat at blimpie ever so often and this is the 1st one I ever went too that the bread was thin enough that it didn't need to be scooped out ( I still had it scooped out a little anyway, my way of fake dieting lol :-( . came here because of Groupon, 3 x 10.00 for 15.00 I cant't imagine ever coming here without some kind of discount because each time I came here and got a simple Footlong, with a cookie, the price always came to OVER the Groupon, which is crazy. A footlong and a cookie cost over 10.00? and the crazy part is it fluctuated. 2 times I went and got the same exact thing, an Italian and 3 cookies, it came to 2 different prices each time that I owed over the Groupon, that right there seems very strange. The sandwiches were very good, tasty and not too skimpy, but the prices seem a bit high. Perhaps if there are more Groupon deals I'd return, but not without that. read more

It's kind of hard to see from the highway. It sits sort of behind the Pizza Hut in a strip mall. I stumbled upon it one day and have been coming back ever since. They use the best cold cuts (always fresh). I had a roast beef and provolone a few times and it was so delicious. This time I ordered a chicken wrap fajita OMG!!! Tremendous. The two guys John and Hector at the counter were so very nice too!!! They asked me how my day was going!!! The place is very clean. I highly recommend this Blimpie. If you want to get ripped off, please come here. When the $5 Footlong sub promotion started I came here and was charged full price. I came back for a refund a few minutes later and was completely ignored. For a while, they did honor this promotion if you asked for it before the sandwich was prepared, Now even though Blimpie still promotes the deal, their individual location has decided not to honor it. That's ok plenty of other places to get reasonable subs where promotions are honored. read more

This restaraunt is garbage! They never put enough meat on the sandwiches for their prices. Twice I came here the bread was stale. Their customer service is okay god forbid they dont hear what topping you want they catch the nastiest attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more
