Ironically, I've also been here four times now, thus proving that the food is good enough to overcome the following: -desultory and almost hostile customer service -inept order processing -poor facilities maintenance I think you have to make your customers feel good about choosing your Wendy's over every other eating option, don't you? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. I have never gotten nastier cheeseburgers in my life. I wanted a cheeseburger at 10:45 at night and I got a couple... the buns were FROZEN COLD.. the meat was frozen to the point that the cheese never melted. The fries were so gross... seems like they sat in oil for a while. Im not being spiteful because customer service was bad or something... So I don't ever eat Wendy's but decided to get it for a late night last minute meal. And I'm rating it out of the fast food category which is what it really is. But with that said: I got the spicy Asiago chicken sandwich and I have to say it was pretty good. I honestly was pretty pleased. Also got fries which weren't the hottest and crispiest but the flavor was good. I dipped both in the buttermilk ranch which was a great sauce. I don't eat here often and probably won't but if you are looking for a quick last minute meal I would say this Wendy's does a good job. read more

I like coming here since it's close to me and cheap. I usually get the 4 for $4 since it's a good deal to me. Occasionally I get a frosty (to dip my fries in haha). When I come here sometimes people don't listen to what you say and mess up the order one way or another. There are even times when I ask for sauce (whether they didn't put it or one just wasn't enough) and they say they cant give you more or give you a look like "really?" Also if you're too lazy to get out of your car there's drive through, but I don't recommend it if it's rush hour because it will take longer than going inside. The upgrade is pretty good (like the electronic fireplace, outdoor seats) but I still feel like it's too small for this city. read more

This was my go to wendys. Always hot and fresh. Ordered a number 7 large with a jr cheese burger with 2 frosted. Never got my jr cheeseburger and my fries were half full. The woman who took my order was rude. Thanks for poor service with crap attitude to go with it read more

Decided to try the Wendy's on Main Ave in Clifton. I always drive by it on my way to Costco and thought I would get a small snack. They have a double drive-through line and I got on the inner line, the one closest to the restaurant. Almost immediately I saw that the other drive-through line was moving much faster. My line was at a virtual standstill. After at least 15 minutes I reached the point where you place your order. And then I sat at that point for another 5 minutes while the other drive-through line, about 10 yards away, had 5 cars drive up to the microphone, place their order and advance to the p/u window. I started beeping my horn but it did nothing. Eventually, I had to get out of my car and walk over to the P/U window to complain about how long I had waited. Not sure if they understood the problem from the looks they gave me. If you go to that Wendy's, do not use the driv-through! read more

Great job with the renovations that they made to this place. I remember coming here after watching a movie at the AMC nearby when I was still a tween. Funny how life moves along. I'm glad that this location has staying power. Considering Wendy's is my go-to fast food restaurant it's nice to see that some locations do stay in business. It gives me peach of mind that should hunger hits in the area, I know there will be a Wendy's to satisfy the craving. Going back to the renovation though, I really like how they have designed it to look more like a chic Euro-style cafe. It reminds me of the fast food McDonald's in Europe. Warm colors, comfy chairs, and faux-wood abound. It gives the diner a nice environment to enjoy that Baconator, 'cause let's face it that's what we all come for. read more

You can't beat it here. They have a $.99 menu. They're open til 2am every night. Food is always ready, even at their busiest. Occasionally I have to park out front and wait, but only for a big order (7 people or more). read more

Used to be fine but is now the slowest drive they place I've ever been to. They have 2 lanes to order but only one to pick up so merging is annoying and the line won't even look long but you end up waiting for 15-20 minutes. Update: I gave a 2 star review a while back, but I'm demoting it to a 1 star. Same thing happened again. I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes so I could get chili. The line wasn't even that long, maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I finally ordered and they ran out of chili--pretty much the only reason I'd ever go to Wendy's over another fast food joint is to get chili--what even? I pulled up to the window and handed them cas. They didn't accept cash. At all. No warning or sign prior to me getting to the window to pay. If I hadn't had a credit card I wouldn't have been able to get my food. The worker said the drawer won't open today. Lovely.. Oh also after all of that, there were only 8 nuggets in the 10 piece I ordered. Normally I wouldn't care, but this was the cherry on the cake ;) I will from now on spend an extra 10 minutes to go to a different Wendy's, as this one is the worst I've ever seen. read more

As I sit here in this stupid 'fast food' line which is anything but. You think about the logistics of this place and they created their own bottleneck - what is the f***in point of having two places to order when you still only have one window and ONE person taking orders for both stations. I would rather pull in see a giant line (which it is just split into two) and then decide if I want to go in or just move on. So inefficient. read more

The place is new, modern, and beautiful. It also offers TWO lanes for the drive-thru, but the lines were a little slow moving because they don't have a good system to determine which order is yours. They ask you what you ordered when you pull up to the window. Maybe they should assign numbers or letters. That could help. My son said his nuggets were better than other Wendy's and we both agreed the fries were better than at other locations, but my chicken sandwich was undercooked and tough when eating. I threw most away. And it is very hard to pull out of the lot - as another person mentioned. A left is nearly impossible and a right is still tricking bc you are dealing with people coming from two directions on your left - the street and the shopping center across the way. read more

The first review on this Wendy's was spot on, even in 2007! I chose one star even though the food wasn't HORRIBLE, it was still bad. Cold burger and fries that had been sitting out too long. If it wasn't for the fact that I had to be at work, I would have taken my order back! First of all, when I was doing my window order, I was rushed to think things weren't available...I ordered the half size apple pecan chicken salad...he told me there were none. When I inquired how can there be a whole salad and not a half, he said the wait for a half would be 5min. And that was OK. I asked how much more would it be for a side of bacon, they charged me .90 cents, and that was OK, too. When I got to the window, there were no pecan in my bag...when I asked for them, there was a young man standing behind the young lady who was serving me, he told her to tell me there was no more...not even giving her the opportunity to check.
