The young men working night shift have the best customer service. The food was amazing ! Nuggets are always fresh !

The people who work here just don't give a crap. Can't simply put ketchup in a bag. Terrible experience. Fire entire staff. Disrespectful.

While driving back from our day trip to Garden of the Gods, we decided to get a quick bite from Wendy's, but our visit was extremely disappointing. I decided to go inside to order, thinking it'd be quicker than the drive-thru... BIG mistake. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous. We were there for about 15 minutes before we got our food, and during that time, I counted at least 25 cars that were served through the drive-thru. How does that even happen? 15 minutes for "fast food" is just unacceptable. It wasn't even like they were slammed--it seemed like they just couldn't get it together in the kitchen or at the counter. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm at best, and honestly, it just added to the frustration. It's a fast food place--quick service should be the standard. They won't serve you at the window. They have you drive around to the other side of the building, where the drive thru starts, and wait 10-15 mins for a kids burger. I spent that 10-15 mins trying to get the cars who still hadn't ordered to go around me. Confusing and not very efficient for any of us in the drive thru. read more

The staff here are always so friendly! I love how they recognize the regulars and chit chat with them. Love the Asiago chicken sandwich, and how the employees ringing you up ask if you want everything on it. Such a nice thing to ask because I do usually forget to customize it otherwise. Prompt drive thru service, ordered chicken tenders and was told they would take a "couple minutes" for fresh tenders. I agreed, paid and pulled up to the second window. I was told [again] it'd be a couple minutes for the tenders and to pull around to the other side of the building and they would bring them out when they were ready. A "couple" minutes turned out to be 10. At least the tenders were piping hot and tasted delicious. Lol. read more

Excellent experience at this Wendy's for lunch today. Convenient location, plenty of parking for different size vehicles, my food was prepared and served quickly, the employee who took my order was respectful and friendly to me, my food was hot & delicious and reasonably priced, and the restaurant was nicely decorated. read more

There was an employee with his hair comb stuck on his head, our burgers were about cold when they gave them to us, the staff cared more about their conversation in the kitchen area than getting our order correct. Wendy's is what one expects. However, I found it rude that the manager who took the orders didn't greet his customers, yet simply asked if the order was to go in rapid fire talk. No smiles, just down to business and I noticed this with every customer. Sad! read more

Wendy's is always a solid place to frequent with 4 kids. Cheap quality food. However, I came and ordered a 4 for $4 with a double stack. I came all the way back to work and discovered that they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. Small detail but it sure provides a poor experience. read more

Want to know who the genius store director is. Can't pump your own ketchup but you can put your fingers all over the soda touchscreen. When I asked why i can pump my own ketchup at another location I was told this location only allows ketchup packets per the store director. Gave this location a 3 because the food is always good. I cannot describe the amount of rude people that work here. this company seriously needs to reconsider who they hire. I went through the drive-thru and a lady who was older with brown curly hair would not stop interrupting me when she took my order. it's like she assumed she knew what I wanted. She was extremely rude and when I complained nothing was done about the issue. do not interrupt a customer when they are talking! and I know from experience. then when I leave the drive thru i am missing food. there was one customer inside and that was all. no need to rush. 0/10 do not recommend this location. read more

It's just a wendys. The people here are friendly, they make their food hot and fresh (best wendys fries we've found, yet), and they don't get rude when they forget to give you food in the drive thru and you have to walk in and get it yourself. Probably one of the better wendys, by far. Definitely the one I frequent, that's for sure. read more

I eat at this Wendy's by my work about once a month. Their food is pretty consistent and good. Their service is usually pretty good too. But today visiting the restaurant I found them playing foxnews on the tv. Yuck. I don't think I will go back. They couldn't pick a more vile and disgusting channel to play. Sorry Wendy's. I don't normally review fast food places but the service here is outstanding! Really nice workers and offered to take my trash and get me a refill. The service here was awful. Our cashier was standing behind the register and yelling back at the kitchen, completely ignoring us. Then explained that we better hurry and order, or she was going to miss her bus. There was a supervisor on duty who just laughed and said, "Oh my gosh! You guys are so bad!" Terrible service! Where do I start? First off, no receipt so there was no way I could place a review with corporate. Usually, it's in the bag if you don't get it when you go to the first window, right? Nope...not here. Then, we order a Diet Coke, Diet Dr Pepper and Sprite with our meal - got root beer and water. And the person on the loudspeaker said that they were the only cashier on duty and could not get the Diet Dr Pepper from the lobby. We got the cup and my wife had to go inside and get her own drink. After pulling up to the window, four cashiers were standing there Jaw-jacking. Really? The fries were nasty cold too. Honestly I only come here because the line at Chick fil a is too long. Out of the other Wendy's I've visited in the springs this is my favorite; not because of the food but because of the service. The little old lady in the drive thru is so sweet; greets customers with "what can I get you today hon.?" Word of advice. Don't come late at night. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can rarely eat cranberries and I specifically ordered a salad that did not come with them and was given one with them. The manager argued with me that the salad I ordered came with them and we went back and forth about it and so I pointed to the sign above her head and she then backed down. I stated I would be contacting the district manager and she did not care. I got the idea they were buddies. I called corporate and was assured district manager would call me and they never did. I was wanting to see what the meal deal was before I came in to eat here and when the yelp reviews pulled up , I was shocked at the horrible reviews . I've been coming to this location the last year and have never had a problem. However I feel that there's miserable people out there in the world that complains about everything and most of the time they do it to get free food , and if you look at their history of reviews all of them are negative. Tonight I was impressed with how professional Cory was . I can be a little picky when I order my food and he never showed any irritation with my order ,instead he was very accommodating and he's one hard worker , he was fixing the soda machines , cleaning the store and as a new customer came in he immediately stopped what he was doing and with a smile on his face he says, " I'll be right there " then he takes the order and he is very polite and friendly . The manager was calling out orders and he was polite as well . There was a nice vibe between the entire staff , no negativity just a good sense of teamwork ! Its fast food but tasted good and was hot and fresh . You get what you pay for but its a good feeling that you receive excellent customer service from employees like Cory who is genuine and real . Wendy's is currently running a promotion for fries, any size for $1. We stopped at this location to get some. OMG! The reason they are so cheap is they are using green potatoes which are old and/or exposed to sunlight which turns the skin green. They have a bitter aftertaste. How do we know? We actually raised potatoes in our history. The fries, though hot, were not crispy and were soggy with oil. In short, they sucked. Go to McDonald's for fries instead. read more
