3:30 on a Sunday, they had no vanilla frosty available, and did not have enough chili to fulfill my order. The food was horrible. The burgers were dry, cold, and hard, obviously not fresh made and they were dehydrated under heatlamps. The fries tasted fishy. I asked for mustard on my burger & got 3 tiny dots the size of the tip of my pinky finger. Couldn't even taste it. All this, and it cost me $50 for 4 people. OUTRAGEOUS! My gosh this place is horrific, how does the operator still have a franchise license! Every visit gets worse. I placed a mobile order on my way there, it wasn't ready on arrival ten minutes later. I inquired and was told it'd be right out without them asking me anything about the order. I asked politely to confirm the order and was told it would only be another minute as they were working on it. This Wendy's is hit or miss but lately not great. I ordered 3 combo meals tonight and asked for 2 medium size and 1 large size. The employee taking my order had to ask me 3 times if I wanted large fries. Hence the reason for large? When I checked my food I could see 3 fries and 3 burgers but was given 3 medium drinks and he claimed it was a large. I tried to explain they were all the same size and was getting no where so I gave up. When I got home we had 3 small size fries! Frustrating to not get what you paid for. Also i had misplaced my wallet and the manager on duty ,Kendra, made the effort to cover my extra cost out of her personal funds as i did not have enough to pay for my entire meal for myself and family. I've never had fries that tasted fresh here. They post open hours online and then don't follow them. Imagine driving home from Denver and checking to make sure there is a spot to get a late snack, only to find Wendy's is not open despite Google and Yelp telling you it should be. Bleh. I'm getting sick just from writing this. Slowest service I have ever received from a fast food place. Order of 5 burgers took half an hour and had to remind them to include a few orders. Food was ice cold when they finally gave them to us. There were practically twenty people waiting for their orders as well as we watched half of the team members joking and chit chatting as if their angry customers weren't waiting to get their orders. Most employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful during a very busy lunch shift. Incredible service. However, who I believe was the shift manager at the time was INCREDIBLY nasty and rude to customers. She barged through the busy cue line shouting "MAKE A PATH AND MAKE IT WIDE" while pushing through people. Upon her return, people got out of her way before she could say anything and then continued to make a sarcastic remark along the lines of "see, now you guys get it". I like Wendy's, but this franchise is a disgrace. They are disorganized and incompetent. The wait to order and the wait then for food is very long - expect to spend up to a half-hour. And, they rarely get the order right. Last week I ordered a baked potato and a taco salad to go. Got home and there was no baked potato and no chili for the taco salad. Tonight, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I ordered a double stack with just meat and cheese, a baked potato, and 2 small chili's. After another 15 minutes, as I went to get my order and was told they were out of baked potatoes, even though I paid for it 15 minutes earlier.
