Stopped here late while traveling around 9:30 with a family of 5. First thing o noticed was how clean the store was. The food was perfect. Hot and fresh. We dinned in. Good afternoon on May 8 at approximately 7pm,  on a Friday, we went through the drive-through at your Wendy's restaurant in Cornelia Georgia. We have never experienced such a disrespect , such vulgar language, and unprofessionalism at this location. We have gone to multiple Wendy's. I've never had a complaint.  The following is what happened and again,  if we had the sense to put our phones on, I guarantee you this would've gone viral. We went through the drive-thru. Ordered a burger and a "Parmesan Cesar Chicken Salad with "crispy Chicken  ", not grilled.   We proceeded to get our food and we pulled aside so I can prepare my salad for my travels. Once I opened the salad, I realized it was not crispy but grilled. My husband said no problem. He would go inside as this has happened at other locations and it gets corrected immediately.  My husband comes back no later than two minutes and I hear all this yelling un the background and asked him what's wrong and he said that he could not go back in the there because they  were  yelling vulgarities at him.   He just simply told  him that he did not get  what he ordered.  My husband continues to tell him to please just give him what he ordered , but again they were yelling at him that's we had ordered.  He asked her what happens to costumer is always right , manager said "I guess he ain't right "!! When my husband came back to car and explained to me what they said and I immediately went back inside.  Manager greeted me with her hands on her hips and right away started yelling me what  she  already told to my husband. That we got with the menu said.   I told her I know what you told him, but I did not order this. She proceeded to tell me the order was right because the menu said so ?!? Hips still in her hand , just looking at me ! I told how unprofessional this is and she said " I guess I'm not a professional "!  I told her I want what I ordered, how difficult can that be ???  She proceeded to throw it in the trash, and as she was walking away, she's yelling,  I am tired of these fucking customers and their shit" where everyone can hear, including the patrons that were sitting in the dining area. She  throw my food on the counter and I looked to see if it's correct and this big old man comes out and says what are you doing and I said I'm looking to make sure it's crispy and he starts yelling me you got what you want I just get out of my store !!!  Hw continues to  yell at me approaching the counter , that I actually got scared ! As I left I told him how unprofessional this is and he said you got what you want to and kept yelling you to get out of the store.  Multiple of customers that overheard have told me as I was leaving  that I should complain. This is where it gets extremely unprofessional as my husband and I were backing out,  already dismayed at what happened we look, and there is the manager giving us the fingers with both hands walking towards us as we were leaving while her other employees stood on the window door watching this. Yelling at us to get out of the store.That we need to get of this town !!! We realize at this point that we did not have utensils and we were so frightened to go back inside. We had to go next-door to the KFC to get silverware.  I have never ever in my entire 67 years. I have experience such vulgarity unprofessionalism as I had that day. Again, if I had the sense to take my phone out and video it, it would've gone viral  and would have made a big impact on the "Wendy's" name !!!!! I have seen multiple complaints similar to this on the reviews on that store. If I could give a lower rating, I would. We ordered Frostys and fries, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The chocolate Frostys were sour. When I brought mine back to the counter and explained the issue, the employee's only response was, "Do you want me to throw it away for you?" I simply said I'd like her to let her manager know so no one got sick from the soured ice cream. She turned around, threw the Frosty in the trash, and walked away--no apology, no concern, no follow-up. The dining room was just as bad--covered in flies and dead ones all over the tables. It's 2019 owner of Wendy's in Cornelia...first and last time here. This is the ONLY Wendy's I know of that doesn't have the Coca-Cola Freestyle system!!! They also won't allow their customers to choose chili instead of fries!!! This place totally stinks...and I mean that literally...the bathroom was horrendous!!! Wendy's - Only 1 other person in here and it took we'll over 10 mins to get our good...but it was wring anyway!!! - Burgers Near Me - Cornelia, Georgia

Hmmm... where to start! I came in for a dinner during COVID. NO precautions are in place, other than some tables blocked off. Being from Chicago, I understand that GA is not as hard hit by this virus, but still, almost nothing. NO employees wearing a mask other than order taker only when I put mine on. NO customers wearing masks other than one guy who came in only for the bathroom. Very odd priorities, as well - see my 'service' comments. How about the food? I had to wait for my chicken sandwich because it wasn't ready yet. Good, I thought - made fresh. Not so much! This chicken was dry and cool - as if it had been sitting out 10 minutes. Fries? Also warm, at best, and much more limp than Wendy's usually makes them. Service? Friendly order taker, but not completely with it. I asked for ketchup, mayo, and one chili packet. She repeated the request, and I received mayo and chili sauce - in a bag. I then asked for the ketchup, and she was told she had to put them in another bag! She couldn't just drop them in my hand. COVID does NOT require a separate bag for each condiment, and especially not if you're just going to breathe all over each other and your customers, anyway! NO clue of basic disease common sense at all. Amazing! Not sure if the other restaurants in the area are any better, but I'd recommend trying them instead. BEST FOOD EVER. Chicken nuggets so good. Frosty don't even get me started it's so good the quality they make in their food is just so good. I recommend this to everyone so good. Fries are also good love eating it with nuggets. Would recommend but if you are vegan wouldn't recommend. read more

If you are in a hurry to get breakfast save yourself some time and go somewhere else. After ten minutes of sitting at the drive through speaker at 8:15 am nobody ever said anything through speaker and when I drove around to leave I saw through the drive thru window employees just leaning back having conversations. What happened to Wendy's !!!! The staff are nice. The food is not great it's about McDonalds quality, but it's fast food so you know what you are getting. Let's talk about the filth of the store in general. The dinning room is disgusting. A visible film of filth on the floor. All the tables are nasty crumbs spilled drinks. Traveling and had an appt so stopped in Wendy's for a large order of fries. We were the only ones in line. He took his time before putting them in the fryer. Finally had to tell him to cancel our order. We stopped because we wanted something quick, which is why they call it Fast Food. He made a rude remark and the other girl also chimed in. I want to say what a great job this team did today! We had a group from our church going on a trip. I called Wendy's and told them we would have 20 people coming (half kids/half adults. The manager said she would set the crew together as most of them were still training. They did AMAZING! They were on top of our orders and everything went so smoothly. This is the worst Wendy's restaurant ever!!!! Last night I went through the drive thru and after waiting for almost 15 minutes, they didn't give me my change. When I went inside to get my $14.05 change back, I was told that he did give me my money back. Of course, I asked for the manager. After waiting 10 minutes on her, I asked the people that were partying in the kitchen if she was coming. Finally she came and said nothing. She handed me my change. I said are you not even going to apologize? And she said it's been a long night. I just feel that customer service is important. A simple I'm sorry this shouldn't have happened would have sufficed. If you go through the drive thru, ensure you sit there at the window and check your order as well as making sure you have utensils, straws, etc. Got home and missing forks, napkins (no big deal because had those at home) but also missing order of fries, crackers for chili, even though I asked for them, and sandwich made nothing like ordered. Dishonest prices, horrible service, and okay food. Not enough for me to want to ever go back here. Couple reasons why you shouldn't either, because it will happen to you as well. First, when you go to the drive thru, you want the one taking the order to listen to your request. She did not listen. I asked for four 5-piece regular nugget: not once, not twice, not even three times. I asked six times. I drove up to the window, asked once again, and it took two more times to get her to understand "FOUR 5-PIECE REGULAR NUGGETS". she charged me 4.97. (NOTE: 5 piece chicken is $1.29+ tax) In other words she only put in for three 5 piece. At that moment I didnt care enough for the other 5 piece. Got to the second window, only had two 5 piece nuggets in the bag. that was two 5 piece less than what I ordered, and one less than what I paid for. I told them and they charged me an additional $1.49. Almost as if I'm the stupid idiot who did no order the stuff. That moment I saw one of the roll their eyes at me. Now honestly, I should have went to McDonalds right across the street. I'm not happy with the service, in fact I'm not happy at all with Wendys of Cornelia. I had never paid $6.00 for 15 nuggets. even Chick-fil-a is cheaper and Zaxby's just next exit up is cheaper and much much better. I am pretty sure they also spit in the food.
