Wendy's is Wendy's. It's a fast food joint. No frills and nothing fancy. I do however particularly like their spicy chicken sandwich... with cheese of course. Pair that with some Biggie fries and a chocolate frosty in which to dip said fries, and you got yourself a meal. Now while they aren't anything special In comparison to other fast food chains, I must admit, they do have a one-up on the spicy chicken. Not sure why, but I also don't care - good is good. Also, did y'all know they serve breakfast? It ain't that bad either. But I dont frequent breakfast places all that much, so you be the judge of it. I just came thru drive thru , they pulled me forward to wait for my order. They usually give you your drinks before u pull away from window , they didn't give drinks. Five minutes later he comes with food and forgets our drinks , he says I'll be back with your drinks and never came back I was waiting ten minutes for my drinks , my food got cold . I saw another car behind me take off with their order and drinks , so I reversed my car to the window . I ask the guy at the window for my drinks he looks high and don't have a clue . I finally get my drinks and I see an employee putting food in a bag with long hair looking like a caveman with no hair net on , that's disgusting. I don't normally write reviews (especially negative ones) but I feel like this one was needed. I showed up here to grab some food while I prepare for college finals. I ordered a Cajun Crunch, fries, a large coke, and a medium frosty. Firstly, I get told I need to pull forward and wait for a few minutes, which was fine if they were assembling my order all the way. I'm not impatient. After a few minutes, I get my sandwich and get back home. Open it up. The sandwich looked sloppy and not put together well. The lettuce was significantly bigger than my sandwich. And on top of that, I'm pretty sure it was not a Cajun Crunch. And if it was, it wasn't complete. I went back and they told me that they gave me a Cajun Crunch. I didn't want to be a bother, especially since I have things to do, so I just politely left. I get home and reluctantly eat the sandwich I was given. After two bites, I threw it away. It didn't taste right. Like it wasn't cooked all the way or something. I will give them props for the fries and frosty. The fries tasted good and I'm usually not a big fries fan. The frosty was also good (although they did not give me my spoon). I have fond memories of a different Wendy's in my first years of college. That different Wendy's got me through rough times of broken hearts, midterms, and a lot of hungry nights. I am disappointed to say the least, that this experience happened at this Wendy's. In the future, I'll probably take my business to the Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A. read more

Terrible location, terrible workers. Everything is extremely slow here and the food is never cooked corrected - thats if the workers give you the correct order anyways. The cashier, Valeria is terrible and definitely shouldnt be working the drive thru. Absolutely the worst service of any fast food restaurant in El Paso short of the Burger King on Fairbanks and Rushing. 5 out of 5 orders in the last 2 months have been wrong. Either they charge for a lrg fries and never put it in the bag, or they put a single burger in the bag when you order a double. Today, it was a ten piece chicken nugget meal order and only got eight nuggets and no fries. On top of that, we ordered two double baconator sandwiches, and each one came with two pieces of bacon. Well i can tell you off the bat that this Wendys is somewhat better than most Wendys... almost every other spot have and will always forget to add my freaking onions and cheese to my chili order!!! Like come on! Its just 2 more ingredients added to an already made entree which u just scoop up and drop into a container. Must be hard these days tho to earn that 15$ minimum wage living lol. So anyways, they have yet to fail my extra toppings here but my husband seemed to have become the butt of their jokes now. He ordered what i think was a spicy chicken club sammy which was supposed to have bacon and ranch to it.. he ended up getting a basic chicken sammy with no bacon and plain mayo. This similar slip up would reoccur for him on many different orders he had and yet he never tried to alter anything to the order, except maybe specifying either sandwich only or entree. I never really care to leave a review for anything however this place is horrible. First off these people are rude as hell!!! Second the food looks like shit, like it has been sitting there for a long time. I went on two separate occasions and the food was horrible second time I got really sick. The worst drive thru service I've ever seen. Got into the drive thru lane at 4:30pm and didn't make it to the food window until 5:03pm!! And on top of that the food was cold and fries burnt! They need to do better!! They need to install multiple order lanes and those wait lanes like McDonald's at the end of the pick up window so one customer with multiple orders can't hold up the line as we wait on them to get all their food. Also, absolutely can't stand that the employees don't ask you if you want ketchup or anything they just hand you your food without asking. So if you forget to ask, you won't have any ketchup with your order. Poor quality service. Highly disappointed in the slow service. Won't be eating at this Wendy's again. read more

What is it with fast food these days? People drive thru for the convenience and when you don't get convenience it just ruins the total experience. I ordered chili and a baked potato and that's what I got, no napkins, no flat wear hell, she didn't even ask me if I wanted onions or cheese on my chili. Awful service. I would give ZERO stars if I could!! The SORRIEST drive thru service I have EVER received!! No matter what time of day I go if it's busy or not I'm always having to wait to get greeted at the drive thru for at least 5-10 min. And when I'm asked what I want this time it was a combo 1 their response was "Is that all" doesn't ask what size doesn't even ask what beverage I would like?! Like how. When I drive up to the first window I'm not even told how much my food total is going to come out to the cashier is just holding out his hand for payment. Which is fucking RUDE!
