I learned my lesson, never order from chipotle. Idk if the employees lose money or they pay out of their pockets because the amount they serve you is very minimal. For a $20 bowl, it's pathetic the protein they add. For $20 I'll just cook myself and I recommend DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, order in the store in case they're skimping. Very shitty. All these reviews are big liars I went and tried to find roast beef. But they never served that before. So review busted, next I got there at 10:59pm and the doors were wide open review busted. And when I ordered a bowl I got 3 bowls of beans review busted. They always have the biggest smiles whenever I say rev up those fryers cuz I'm sure hungry. Ordered the Steak Burrito, White Rice, Black Beans, Queso Blanco and what I got was something that looked like dog food. The tortilla was stale and falling apart and smelled off. But that didn't compare to the mystery meat I was given. Most of it was red uncooked meat, the other half was weird suspicious meat. Dog food looks better than this. read more

2020DEC12 I had been craving Chipotle for a while. Chipotle does have an option to order pick up ahead of time but Decided to go in person. Surprisingly on a Saturday night it was empty. The building was Nicely lighted up and attentive staff asked what I wanted to order. Got my favorite bowl: Greens, black Beans, steak, spicy sauce, and Guacamole. I was surprised to see they sell beer. Did you know? I didn't. Lol Anyway, they also sell mineral water so everyone is Happy. I would have given Chipotle a 5 out of 5 but when arrived home 5 minutes later my food was cold. :/ The safe thing about Chipotle is that unless they got terrible management and/it unhappy staff you know what you will be getting every time. It's Chipotle-- do you really need a review? So I'm not much of a fast food guy, but I do like Chipotle. I'm pretty simple: brown rice (double), chicken (double), queso, red sauce, sour cream, cheese (double), in a bowl. Then I get two tortillas on the side, and I rip a little piece off, fill it up with the contents of my bowl, and make little tiny mini tacos lol. This Chipotle is almost walking distance from the house. So when it's late, or I have nothing at home, or I'm hungry and I'm on the way home, it's too easy to stop in and grab a bowl. They do offer military discount, but I'm a dude that never asks for a military discount. I also don't really come here in uniform. However, it is odd that a 6'1" 220 lb blonde haired blue eyed white dude in El Paso, with a high-n-tight haircut, isn't immediately pegged as military even in civilian clothes. Not too mention a douche like me, that has a giant tattoo on his Army with missiles and a soldier and the words US ARMY... lol. Oh well. I can afford it. Ballllleerrrrr lol read more

This is a very mediocre Chipotle. We have eaten here a few times and every time we do I always hope that the food will be better the next time. But it never seems to compare to some of the other locations that seem to take more pride in the food they make. Today was a little frustrating. I got a salad and at least half of the lettuce and other greens were wilted and not fresh. For how expensive food is getting I would hope to have top notch greens in my salad. read more

I love Chipotle! I have told my husband that I could eat Chipotle everyday of the week for the rest of my life since 2000. 8 moves and 5 states, I frequently eat at Chipotle because it's clean eating. This particular location has been the worst ever! I have attempted this location 3 times. They have the most unfriendly service , once I was over charged and brought it to their attention and got no apology, the water function on the fountain gets stuck every time, and the chips were stale today. One of the employees was wiping down the glass window where the meat and other stuff selection were. And all the stuff from the wet towel and food on the corner of the stand were falling into the meat, veggies and sauces. Spoke to the cashier and told them about it. Hopefully they changed those out right now and for gods sake its common sense to cover the food when cleaning around it. Was gonna order but after seeing the unsanitary, i lost my appetite at the spot and possibly not coming back to this location. My re-acquaintance with Chipotle could not have happened any better than it has now!!! I have completely forgotten about how actually wholesome their food can be, especially since they offer salad/burrito bowls that you can add delicious brown cilantro lime rice. And they have a killer tofu "meat" choice which tastes nothing like tofu. Back in my heavier fatgirl days, i used to always get tacos drenched in sour cream and cheese. These days, ive been loving their lighter choices in my journeh to lose weight which it has helped tremendously! I always get either a chicken or sofritas (tofu) burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, guac, and corn salsa. Just an amazingly light yet filling, delicious meal! I used to always get their steak which has always been a crowd pleaser. And their drink selection has always been great with their Nantucket juices which as the bomb! Chipotle always gets our orders wrong when we order online. But tonight was the last straw for me to write a review bc their food must be bad bc I got the runs. Only had ramen for lunch and ate chipotle about 30 mins ago and immediately got the runs, so it had to be chipotle. The lady who took my order was very rude and had an attitude while I was being polite on ordering my food that I am paying for. What can really be said about Chipotle? You've been there, you know how it tastes and what to expect. Clean location and friendly staff. They're pretty slow even when the line isn't long, but not a big deal. The food tastes fine and it's more than enough for two meals. My biggest issue with chipotle is the temperature of the food - it's always room temperature. Maybe they need better heat lamps, I don't know, but it takes a lot away from the meal when it's not hot or cold. It's a good value, but with Casa de Torta around the corner I'd suggest making the trip there for some tastier, less expensive, less mainstream burritos. read more

I love chipotle. Like, a lot, but this was bad. Waited 20 minuets behind one person before i even got to put in my order. I stood waiting and watching as a love saga went on. One employee cut chicken while a Kim Kardashian wannabe made moves. The poor girl actually working didn't even have barbacoa when I finally got to order even though it was clearly a quick fix. She was a sweetheart and grabbed some in a little cup while someone else pulled the meat out of the warmer. It was very obvious that everyone was worried about their closing tasks rather then the growing line of costumes. Note: I was there an hour and a half before closing. It's a chipotle- if I didn't love it so much I would call it fast food. I shouldn't feel guilty about coming in last minute. When I finally got my burrito finished by the one worker bee, miss look alike who was supposed to be working the register was nowhere to be found. Foods cold. Very disappointing.
