Since COVID19 this Panda Express location has been very busy. I stopped going to their drive thru because regardless of obtaining tasty food it took too long and they always forgot to give me something.. most of the time my appetizer. :/ Very frustrating because their restaurant then was not open for dine-in and having to wait back in line for the appetizer forget it. Quite frustrating specially when you are hungry. So, I started to order delivery through Uber and no issues. Food has been delivered in a timely manner and we get everything ordered. read more

Panda Express isn't the same anymore. It used to be so good, I always get the orange chicken and two years ago when I got it, it was always piping hot and fresh where it's warm and saucy with some nice chicken. But now I order it and it's always room temperature and 95% the fried crispy part with no chicken. It makes me sad. I have gone maybe 4 times in the last year and every time I am disappointed. But I think "maybe I just went at a bad time and they gave me the last part of the batch" but this problem is still reoccurring. I hope they can fix this problem. As for now, I will never longer be buying Panda Express food since it's the same bad quality food. As for the location, I have no issue:) they never are bad or exponentially good. On the way to work, fam wanted a quick bite. Ordered online for pickup, was told to arrive in 30 minutes. Show up on time to find out the pick up door is closed for security purposes, so had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the drive through lane. I just experienced the worse service at the location #2610 . We were put to the side because they ran out of Lo Mein noodles - we didn't mind waiting- we actually had to go inside after waiting outside for 20 min .. I go inside and ask about my order and the young lady walks to me w a smile and says - im sorry .. I said no this is unacceptable- let me speak to the manager. Mayra refused to even acknowledge me or come up to me ... she was on the grill but could have asked an employee to take over for ONE minute. This Panda Express is on a finer part of the Northeast but it serves shitty dry food, the rice is hard, just not pleasant at all seems like management doesn't care about their customers or the employees themselves. We wanted to give Panda Express another shot but this time decided to go to the Sanders (Diana) location and had a much better and pleasant experience actually left my plate clean on how good the food was. This location is in a much worse neighborhood but it was 100 times better. It's a shame we have to drive further away from neighborhood just to have something that could potentially be so close. Chik -fil-a is the place to go to instead of Panda Express in North hills crossing. I'll be surprised they don't shut down if they don't improve or make changes quickly. read more

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes after I had paid for my order because the employee said they were making fried rice. They asked me to drive around and wait so the other cars behind me could go. I pulled to the entrance and waited for another 10 minutes before they brought me the order I paid for early. I watched as three other cars in the drive through went through. In El Paso, Texas it was 103 degrees outside. This is unacceptable for the manager not to have more cooks on duty on a Friday and not to be prepared for a customer ordering 3 plates with fried rice. You know I understand that covid has added many diversions to our lives. The day Panda Express opened there doors in our location Martin Luther king jr. blvd we were excited. Excited is changed to anticipation because you hope there will be more than 2 pieces of beef with you broccoli and noodles and you won't have to argue or have someone spit in your food for complaining. I have never been to a panda before and my husband says they're pretty good. So we went for a late lunch around 2 on a Sunday. The line was pretty long and it was pretty packed. But we were able to find seating. Both of the things I entrees I ordered weren't available, so I had to wait. Our food was only mediocre at best! Though I go to this Panda Express every once-in-a-while, I have noticed that the service has improved tremendously. One thing that I must again give this location kudos for is their customer service. Whenever there is a missing food item, etc., THEY JUST FIX IT. I recently went through the drive-thru, and found one missing food item when I got home. I called and spoke with Audrey, one of the manager's on-duty, and she told me I would be given credit when I came back to the store. When I went back a few days later, I spoke with the then on-duty manager (Thomas), who listened to my concern, and said 'too easy', and made me whole again. While filling my order, I overheard Thomas tell the food server that she was empowered to handle issues such as mine. I found this to be astounding, and congratulated Thomas on 'powering down' simple situations to the food server for resolution. That's great management! It keeps the line flowing, the manger focused on bigger issues, and the customer happy. I just hope they hang onto managers like Audrey and Thomas. read more
