I've only had their burgers and wings, so I can't vouch for the other stuff, though a friend did enjoy their loaded nachos. There's so much customization involved in making your burger, and all of the toppings and sauces sound amazing. I normally get some combo of goat cheese (so tangy and creamy and perfect in burgers), coleslaw, hot cherry peppers, grilled pineapple, sauteed mushrooms, jalapeños and/or tomato. My go-to sauces are Little B's BBQ sauce (which has a little chipotle for a nice kick), Jamaican jerk sauce, and roasted garlic mayo. I always get the brioche bun even though it has a tendency to fall apart, resulting in a deteriorating burger that looks really sad after two to three bites. The wings are tasty and the skin is nice and crispy. The maple habanero wings could've used more sauce, but the Jamaican jerk wings were spicy and flavorful. I'm a faithful fan through and through. Now bring some of that customization to more burger joints in NYC!

Generally the food has been food, with my son liking the chicken fingers and me mostly getting their premium burger blend. Bumping this down because the last visit I got sick. Burger was very light on the cheese (blue cheese) and also the bacon was a little weird. Threw up overnight. Nobody else got sick thank God, so it was likely 1 of the 2 items I mentioned; they probably knew better and served it anyway. I never get sick and lunch was about as bland as it gets, so unfortunately it was here. Place isn't cheap and there are similar options nearby, so it's going to be awhile until I'm back. Too bad.

Worth making a reservation if you're coming for a high traffic time (ie: Winter Wonderland) as they can pack out. In terms of food, it's basically a diner. I typically get a burger with fries and have done well that way. I typically get the Signature burger, which is solid and comes with a lot of frizzled onions. Chicken tenders, fries and all of the basics are good too. So are the drinks, with the beer menu being decent as well. That's not why you're here though: it's a family thing, and for that it's hard to do much better.

I also got a side of the vegan bacon. It was rubbery and tough to chew. Would not recommend. My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito. We also shared the buffalo cauliflower. The cauliflower pieces were well coated in buffalo sauce and very flavorful. I also got the Don't Kale Me juice. It was tangy, citrusy, and refreshing. The Deep Roots smoothie was also quite tasty. I ordered the egg and cheese biscuit with the help of the cashier, I didn't get her name and it's on the receipt but I threw it out. Even though this was not a vegan dish, who could pass on a collosal cheese biscuit. The egg was a nice accompaniment to this cheese biscuit also. The lady that gave me the biscuits said, wow! That smells nice. I thought she was giving me a compliment on the order until I sniffed the bag. Normally I don't do well with my sense of smell but, boy oh boy! But vibes are pure sandwich shop. Lots of bottled drink options, plenty of Deep River chips too. A little coffee bar setup. I had the Cubano and a bite of the Grilled Chicken Supreme. Both excellent sandwiches. The entire menu looks fantastic. The service was nice. Fairly prompt too. I'd suggesting calling in orders ahead if time is tight, but if you're early, you're not waiting long at all. Enjoyed the visit- and will be back.
