The app sucks, and is not always user friendly most of the time. But these two ladies, treated me with awesome respect & great customer service, understood my frustration, which even stumped Brittney, I'm assuming was the manager on shift. We placed an order for these fries, nuggets and a drink. After we waited 20 minutes we went to the front to ask them about the order. They hadn't started the order when asked about it, and only started to make it when asked. The server was helpful, but looked out of it... The food that we got was all wrong, the fries had little bacon and were soggie, the nuggets were missing one, and the drink was incorrect. We stopped going there several years back as the place was always a mess, always emitted a foul smell and the staff was usually less than welcoming. A week or so ago we decided to give it another shot, it's nearby to us. Upon pulling into the parking lot one couldn't help but notice all the windows are filthy to the point they're difficult to see through. We reluctantly went inside the door. It was just prior to the lunch rush. The floor was disgustingly dirty and that all too familiar stench was still there. We turned around, got back into the car and went to McD's. Doesn't Wendy's have regional managers that keep an eye on these stores? I don't know anyone could be desperate enough to dine there. read more

I to go ordered on the app. Finally got to my turn in the drive thru and they forgot one of my meals. Not just an item- the whole meal. So I pulled around to park and go in to get it and the line inside was 5 people deep and there was no movement for 10 minutes. I left, chalked it up to a loss, and replaced the missing meal elsewhere. The place is disgusting inside and smelled horribly, service is incredibly slow and the employees move at a snails pace. Visited this location on a Saturday around 6:30 pm on my lunch break, I work at the nursing home up the road. We waited for quite a while in the drive through before anybody answered, after somebody finally answered, the employee told us that he was alone and that there'd be a ten minute wait, we said thanks for letting us know and we decided we could wait. Tried Wendy's breakfast, not a big fan. Felt the prices are pretty high for small sandwhiches. Really loved the potato wedges, great flavor. Also tried the frosty-chino. Omg Delicious!!! Had the honey chicken on a biscuit, chicken quality was great, flavor was ok, again price for size not that great. Wouldn't buy the sandwhich again. Service was slow but the order was correct and the food was hot so if you're not in a hurry at least your food will hopefully come out correct. read more

Extremely poor customer service in Fairport NY Sat 7/29 shame on you. A family member Son ordered a Dave's double and got a baconator. After realizing the drive thru error, he went inside store to get the issue fixed and was polite about it. Gal at counter apologized to my family member, but when she approached the employees in the back (the one's making the food for the orders), one of them made a snide remark loud enough for the front of the store to hear, including my family member. Mobile ordered for inside dining but door was locked when we got there. No big deal, we headed for the drive-thru where we waited over 20 minutes to get to the order box and be told "Mobile orders or delivery only!" as our greeting. Well lucky me, I mobile ordered! Pull forward and the same thing greets the vehicle behind me. I'm not sure what transpired, but suddenly the speaker box is YELLING "Get the f*** out my line! F*** you, get the f*** out my line!" so my 8-year old son got a lovely family-friendly show prior to his meal. Then was greeted at the window, 30 minutes into my DT experience with "$8.06". No, I mobile ordered. They basically threw me my food, forgot straws, and closed the window. Inside is gross based on previous visits - the carpet is so old and crusted it has literally become like a tar-laminate flooring. This review is about the Perinton Wendy's only. I generally like Wendy's as far as fast food joints go... but the level of incompetence in this store is almost comically stunning. What's even more inconceivable is that, because of proximity, I occasionally (every 6 months or so) walk back through their door. I should know better by now as they never, ever, fail to disappoint.... I can be the only customer in the store and there is still a long wait before they can take an order... or even notice that there is a customer at the counter... And an even longer wait until I receive the order... Generally just long enough to ensure that the food is cold and I'm hot. Of course, if I order a frosty (supposed to be cold) I generally have to stick it in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes before it resembles a frozen desert. I tried the chili once, usually one of my favorites at a real Wendy's, but didn't eat it because of the sickly grey color and discovering that it was barely even warm. I can also assert that their staff is incapable of getting an order correct. I suppose that I have received what I ordered once or twice over the years... Usually if it's just a frosty... But I now assume that if I get the right sandwich it is a function of random chance, not design. One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. However, the results that I expect at this store are frustration and disappointment so I guess that I'm not insane... Well, mostly... read more

I asked for extra onion on my hamburger and to my disappointment there was hardly any onion at all. I ordered a unsweetened ice tea with equal and got something that tasted like lemon flavored tea. I asked the girl why the tea was yellow instead of brown she said it is ice tea. I then asked if the sweetener was in the bag. It was not. The only thing that tasted good were the fries. read more

Used to work here, would not recommend. First off the staff is all rude, cliches are formed and management chooses favorites. Management also at one point made it so we could only get the 4for4 instead of choosing anything on the menu below $5. The food would be served even if it had passed expiration hours ago, floors were always covered in grease and a slipping hazard. Wow, so I went to this Wendy's after my son soccer game. There were many employees but it was very disorganized. I should have know when the person in front of me had the wrong order and did not get his food for 10 minutes. My cashier was new and took my order fine but forgot my drink order 10 seconds after I gave it to her. We waited 10 minutes and then finally somebody realized that our order went to someone else in the drive thru line. The cashier offer me a frosty which I declined. I waited another 5 minutes and finally some manager figure approaches us and said it would be a few more minutes and he, as well offered me a frosty, which I declined. I arrived at the drive thru speaker and placed my order at 6:58PM. There were five cars ahead of me including the one stopped at the pickup window. The line did not move again until 7:17PM. The car at the window apparently had a very large order but rather than have that car pull ahead and wait, the staff made everyone else wait until the large order was filled. When I finally got my order at 7:21PM, I could see that there appeared to be only three people working (1 at the counter, 1 at the grill, and 1 at the drive thru window. This is not the 1st time I've had to wait an extended period of time at this store's drive thru and dining room counter. For many years this store used to be efficiently operated. Went to Wendy's last night for dinner. The food was ok, the inside was very dirty and had a bit of a smell to it. The workers were not very friendly and were not cleaning up after customers left, they were only talking and standing around. Just once I would like to go to this Wendy's drive thru and get what I order. They get something wrong everytime despite being very slow. So they are not taking time to get it right. It takes quite a bit to make me write a review, so here I go. So, I work near by and so naturally like to stop in for some wendy's. I've been to many wendys stores both in state and out of state, unfortunately this one is the worst I've been to. I will forego the multiple times I've waited several minutes, both in store and drive thru, for something no more than a drink, and skipped straight to the fact that no matter what I order and how I order, they always get it wrong. It's never the same thing either, one time itll be the drink, another no barbecue sauce, etc. I say everything clearly. I've worked drive thru before and sometimes you just don't hear everything that's said but more often than not it was repeated back to me correctly. read more

I don't often go to fast food restaurants, but I needed to get something to eat super quick. I chose to go to Wendy's and I was really looking forward to a chicken sandwich. To my dismay, the service was not great. The cashier that took my order really was unsure of what she was doing but that was not the problem. The food was horrific. The chicken was terrible and barely anything on the chicken sandwich, the fries were cold and disgusting. It was very disappointing and needless to say, I will never eat at a Wendy's again.
