Nothing bad I can say about this Wendy's. As fast food, I was expecting something not great, maybe average, but this exceeded my expectations. To begin, the restrooms, shared with the Millers Farr West convenience store, were great, very spacious inside the restroom with stalls that cover the majority of the wall, and cleanly overall. The service was awesome. All the employees were very friendly, all smiling, indicating great customer service. Two employees were primarily nice and welcoming, but I did not catch their names; the man at the front counter as cashier and a lady with a mask with a dog print on it. They were exceeding expectations on customer service. For the food, again, I was not expecting much, but it was delicious. I had ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich and it was great. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not too raw or too cooked, just right in the middle. The pickles, tomatoes, were nothing to complain about, and the sauce was great. Delicious burger. I am unsure why this Wendy's has low reviews as every review I have read did not reflect what I experienced. We ordered 20 minutes before arriving in the app and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. They left 4 items off our order. Our food was cold. We haven't bought sandwiches from here, only their big salads, but not in about 7 months. The big salads with the chicken, bacon & strawberries & the one with chicken, apple & nuts were both really good. We went through the drive-through. Got their salads every so often last year. read more

Super disappointed I have to write this review. My family eats here almost every weekend, and for a long time the service and food have always been fantastic. The last 4 times we've gone here for breakfast we've ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and been charged for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit but when we get home there is no egg or cheese. 4 times in a row this has happened. The worst Wendy's experience of my life. I ordered 2x 4-for-$4s with Jr Bacon Cheese Burgers & ranch and a Chicken BLT. Instead of Jr Bacon Cheese burgers I got downgraded to plain cheese burgers, instead of a chicken BLT I got a downgraded plain crispy chicken. Instead of ranch I got ghost pepper sauce. The plain cheese burgers were old cold and dry. I think they pulled a fast one on me, reducing food waste by giving me old food, but it's not even what I ordered. I stopped in this morning because I was hungry and driving by I saw the breakfast sign and forgot that Wendy's started serving breakfast. There was one other car in front of me at the window when I arrived. They took my order right away at the drive-thru. I tried the number one breakfast sandwich which was the chicken croissant. Wow that was the best breakfast sandwich I've had. The chicken was hot and crispy the bacon was pretty good and the croissant was buttery and flaky. The sandwich also had a maple sauce that was to die for and complimented the sandwich perfectly. The girl at the window was not too thrilled to be working but it was early in the morning. Not a great experience. Our food and drink orders were correct, but we had to ask SEVERAL times for ketchup, honey mustard and mayonnaise. We wanted enough for our five orders, but the employee gave us ketchup and honey mustard packets One. At. A. Time. Then she said they didn't have any mayo. I questioned that and she finally said, "Well, we have some at the sandwich station but I would have to go over there to get it." So? Then she said they didn't have any cups for the mayo. I asked her to just put some mayo in a small Frosty cup. Don't know why she was so reluctant to give me mayo. After we were back on the freeway going through our bags, we realized they didn't give us enough straws and spoons for our drinks and Frostys. I hate that!! I took a door dash delivery for these guys today. They suggest drive through pick up: so I hit the drive through. The pick up went well and the staff was excellent and seemed eager to complete this order with the same professionalism as they would any other. The customer requested extra condiments, some vendors charge extra for extras, so I was anticipating the loss of my cup holder cash but the extra ranch packets were included in the order upon request. The app sent me a block from the delivery address but with the help of the customer I found the place. Thanks friendly french fry eater! I'll go back any day of the week for a number one with cheese and no tomato..... or to deliver fries with that. read more

I wish I could give this Wendy's no stars! We frequent this Wendy's more cause of how close it is to home. Let me start off by saying every time we ask for no tomato we end up with tomato. Tonight I got the Asiago chicken sandwich and I received it with the chicken a dot of sauce and a wilty piece of lettuce(photo included) . No cheese, no bacon. My husband got a burger and they always seem to be pink! Come on guys you have one job! That's it. For the second time in two weeks I have ended up with food, just not the food I ordered. I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato and a small chili. They gave me a plain potato, no sour cream and an order of nuggets that I did not ask for or pay for. Really?!?!? Who wants a plain baked potato, no silverware, you get the picture. I called the manager, who was not really into it. She pulled the receipt and verified what I ordered. I WOULD FIND ANOTHER WENDY'S. like down the road in North Ogden. Ridiculous! I ordered a jr. bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only. They waited until they gave e my order that they don't typically come with ketchup. When I questioned why they couldn't just Make one that way I was told I could have some ketchup packets. So I still had to go home scrape the mayo off and use ketchup packets.
