Food is always cold and never fresh, you should only serve hot and fresh food. They only serve the old, cold food that has been sitting for who knows how long. Throw it away and make fresh food when you have a new order. Employees have poor attitudes. Only writing review because every time I go here it's the same thing. Can't explain my displeasure with the experience I had tonight. Waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Finally received my food wrong size fries and the were completely cold not even warm in the center. They forget what drink I ordered then gave me the wrong size. I asked for fresh fries that weren't cold. The woman at the window gave a dirty look the proceeds to hand me a small fry that was lukewarm. The baconator was the only correct thing that I received. I have no complaints about that. They also failed to provide a receipt. The service and disrespect from the workers was too much. Won't be going back to this location ever again. read more

The only issue we had was the girl that took our order for dine in: Chenelle. Her attitude toward all those ordering could have been much better. Eye rolling, and sarcasm is not necessary. It's fast food! I certainly hope that she doesn't have this attitude every day, and it was just an "off" day for her. I have never had a good experience at this location. I only stopped here tonight because the two other options nearby were closed due to construction. The next time, I'll choose the eat the rubber off my tires before eating here. Apparently, numbers are not a strong suit of the staff. My four piece nugget came with three. One batch of fries tasted as though they were literally scraped off the floor and the other was incredibly undercooked. Definitely the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. It is the closest Wendy's near my house and I tried to give it a chance every now and then but every time I go there I have a bad experience in the drive-through, The last time I went there was five cars ahead of me in the drive-through and it took over 45 minutes for me to get to the window and pay. Today it took roughly 20 minutes to get my order with two cars ahead of me in the drive-through. I'm not sure if it is it locally owned but it has been this way for a long time so I guess they do not plan on changing their customer service anytime soon. If your hungry and looking for fast food do not pull into this location or you will regret it this is my last time giving it a shot. read more
