If I could give a zero star I would. My friend pulled up to the drive thru and and we asked for water. The worker ignored us and then we drove up to the window and she told us "we could buy something ". So then we asked for a small frosty and she said the bill was $3. A small frosty and a water isn't $3. A small frosty is like 99 cents. She was trying to charge us for something else? She also had a bad attitude and gave us nasty looks. Again, our order was wrong. I feel like, after mistakes on our order with each of the last three visits, the employees just don't care. Completely different salad then what was ordered, salad with out topping or dressing, ice cream sundae instead of a baked potato, and sauce on all the burgers when we order them without sauce. Went there today first waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then went inside. Waited for about 25 more minutes while the people working stated they could only take one order at a time. If I could give zero I would. The service has been terrible for awhile but with COVID being what it is, I let a lot slide. Today we ordered through the mobile app and parked at the curbside pickup as we have an oversized vehicle that does not fit in DT. Upon arrival I called the store to let them know we arrived as stated on the sign. No answer, after a sixth call someone finally answered to tell me that I had to pick up in the DT, that they aren't able to walk it out. I explained the vehicle and that I'm in their designated curbside pickup spot. The woman spoke to a coworker and responded "we'll be right out with your order".... 25 minutes later and nothing. I attempted to call the store numerous times again and no one would answer. I had to leave without my order as they will not serve someone on foot in the DT. I had to call customer service in attempt to retrieve my money and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes the response I was given is that a DM will be in contact with me at some point and that there's nothing they can do as a refund must come from the store directly... but I have no way to make contact with the store because their lobby remains locked, they don't answer their phone and they don't honor curbside pickup. My hope is that someone in charge of marketing reaches out and makes this right. read more

The 5 stars is for Jake! Normally I steer away from fast food cause well... its not food and I won't even begin on the "service"! But Jake saved the evening. Not only did he make sure he had my order correct, he threw in all the utensils and condiments I needed for my "as vegetarian as I can get"..."meal"! It was refreshing to see a "kid" working. Wendy's is my favorite out of the McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr. national big burger chain group. They use fresh beef and it is always seasoned. They have by far the best value menu and the Frosty is always a satisfying treat. My go to is the "Dave's Hot n Juicy" 1/4 lb cheeseburger. They like to be liberal with the mayo and ketchup so I always go without. This location is super friendly as they always let us use multiple coupons. Three of us ate there today and spent 10 bucks. Wendy's has been one of my favorite fast food hamburger joints for years now, and yet they generally are one of the slowest and least-friendly. We just moved into the area, and have been to this Wendy's twice now. The first visit (July of 2018) was right on par - slow service, barely any sort of personality from the staff, blandest interior decor that originated in the late 80s, extra time spent waiting for a refill because they don't have self service drink fountains (what century is this again?), but the food was great. However, our visit last Sunday (8/19/18 noon til 1:00) was just ridiculous - and not just for us, but for EVERYONE that came by during that time. They. Took. FOREVER to get each order out. I guess one could've expected this from the 'Now Hiring' signs plastered all over the walls. There were parties (myself included) that waited 10-20 minutes for their order. Mind you, there was never more than 2 parties in line at any time, and usually it was just a single party placing their order (or the line was empty). Thankfully, everyone visiting was patient, and made minimal fuss. Other ham the outright huge delays, a couple of examples of poor performance included: - after placing my order I asked if I could have at least one of our soft drinks (instead of having to wait for all the food) and the employee looked at me with desperate, apologetic eyes (not exaggerating here), and asked if I could wait until the food came out (I obliged, but seriously, how long does a single drink take?) - as they were prepping our trays, two staff kept getting confused, and argued a bit trying to figure out what should go on it, until I explained what we'd ordered (can't you just look at the receipt/computer?) - after I gave them all the details, one of them still gave us an additional tray that included a second serving of all the fries that came with our meals (and no, I guarantee it wasn't because she was being nice, they just screwed up) - all of us customers (and I mean all) we're exchanging looks of embarrassment for the staff, shared frustration, or polite conversation about how baffled we were that any establishment could be run/staffed this poorly - I believe there was a manager working (short, maroon shirt, female), but she only seemed to appear when she needed to fetch something for a drive thru customer; I don't know how she could've not noticed how bad things were in the restaurant, yet she never helped (to my knowledge) Judgment: Limit service to drive-thru ONLY and close the restaurant until you have the staff to serve your customers, you're doing harm to the entire Wendy's brand by operating this business as it currently exists. Taste the difference fresh makes is one of their slogans. Man I truly wish I had tasted fresh. Decided to stop in here on my way to the Palladio movies and what a mistake. Ordered the triple burger meal and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. They got the order up fast, wasn't even done getting napkins and ketchup in a cup yet. Got it to my table and looked at the dried sad looking nuggets. Dipped one in bbq sauce hoping it's just looks but alas no. It was cold, almost rubbery. Checked the rest of them and samething. It's called way to long in the warmer. Next the fries not even Luke warm. Not even a try at taking the old fries and rewarming in the oil, nope serve em cold. Then the burger. Man beef patties are only good to hold for so long. These had been stewing so long in their own grease they became crispy and COLD still. Wow epic fail. Do not bother going here. read more

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat before going to Red Hawk Casino. The restaurant appears to be pretty new and it's really clean inside. Our group ordered a bunch of stuff off their value menu and everything was really good and the food was ready fast despite so many miscellaneous items. I rarely review a fast food restaurant. But, this place has the worst customer service. No 'hello' no greeting, just a face that appeared irritated we were there. My experience at this restaurant was weird, and that is almost an understatement. I do not understand the sad demeanor of the employees and the low quality of service. The cashier did not seem to listen or pay attention to the needs of the customers and had an attitude that was harsh and off-putting. Her compliments of customers came off as creepy, she was very slow, and she seemed dazed and confused. The other employees seemed to put in minimal effort and their attitudes were also dull and dreary, rather than bright and cheery. The atmosphere was similar to that of a morgue. My order was also not correct, as was my boyfriend's, items were missing, and we did not receive receipts of purchase. The vibe was eery and the service was not good. I was very dissatisfied today with the service and food quality on my visit today. The drive-thru cashier took our bank card, but didn't give me a receipt like usually happens. She handed me our drinks (water and soda). Then she tries to hand me another cup. I asked what it was and she said a chocolate frosty. I said that I didn't order that and she kept it. We had to wait an unusually long time for our order. We basically have the same order every time we go. I have certain food restrictions so on my hamburger kid's meal I requested no ketchup on the burger, added lettuce and extra onion. No salt on the fries. My son ordered a large combo meal also no salt on the fries. When she finally gave me the food, I asked for the receipt. It took a minute, but I got it. The frosty was the first item on the receipt so I called her over to get a refund. She went away. I guess to ask someone to help her. A guy came to the window asking for the receipt and I gave it to him. He came back with a manager. She looks at the receipt and tells me the $1.89 was for the frosty. I told her that I didn't order it and wanted a refund of my money. She went to the register and got $1.89 and gave it to me. I asked her for the tax on it. She kept saying that I got the $1.89. I know that the tax isn't that much, but at this point it's the principle to me. While I am talking to the manager, right behind her in full view and hearing, the other two employees were mocking and making fun of me for wanting what was mine to begin with. The manager had to have heard them because they were right next to her and I could clearly hear them from my car. She finally gave me the cost and we left. When we stopped to eat, I saw that my fries had salt on them. My burger had no lettuce and less than one slice of onion. My son's large fries were only half full. Also my food was cold and his was warm. I am considering giving them another try, but I am not sure when. read more

What happened? Used to love Wendy's but every time I've been through the drive through (3x now) I've been dissatisfied. Burgers were cold and had apparently been sitting for a long time. I always get the single classic with cheese. This last time I spoke with the manager about my previous visits and that I was dissatisfied. He apologized and gave me my single classic with fries. Fries were super hot and good and burger again was luke warm. Not only that but the bun was to thick and wonder bready. It threw the whole burger to bun ratio out of wack. i've been meaning to write this review for a long time, and it's specifically for an employee named connor. i've frequented this wendy's many times and each time i go whenever i get him at the window i get stellar service. he's always pleasant, addresses me with "thank you ma'am" or "drive safe ma'am" and always gets my order correct. i've worked in retail so i know what it's like to have to keep yourself cheery for customers, but there's always one of those days where you just can't fake it. with connor i keep thinking 'is this the day he's not pleasant?' but it never comes, his service is always consistent. give him a raise and some vacation time for all he does! read more

My daughter had the 4 for $4.00 last night with the bacon cheese burger as her choice Three hours later she was sick to her stomach vomiting. I go to Wendy's quite frequently to get there BBQ ranch salad always have had good service, but today when I went they were INSANELY RUDE. I went through the drive through and asked for the BBQ ranch salad and the girl said they discontinued it and to have a nice night... a nice night?
