Bought a family sized chili and me disappoint. Asked for it to be extra thick so I would have more of the goodies due to the Chili being more and more watered down by the day (Dave Thomas) would be sad. Nope, the meat in this chili was missing in action, couldn't find but very little specs of meat far and few between and it was loaded with beans and I mean loaded. It was to the point of ridiculous. Seemed like a big bowl of beans. Wheres the hamburger? Chili still comes with hamburger doesn't it? Apparently this Wendy's chili does not. I must confess this Chili sucked. Not like the good old days for sure. It's getting colder out I want a family sized chili take home and I ask for it to be extra thick and you overload it with beans. Good going idiots. I haven't been back to this Wendy's since. This Wendy's serves the worst Wendy's Chili, it's definitely not to protocol. Lets add a quarter of the Wendy's single hamburger patty to the family sized chili and add tons and tons of beans to it. Maybe they won't notice, heh heh. I thought Wendy's went vegetarian with this chili it didn't have much of anything in it, but tomato sauce and beans. Good for profits I'm sure, but bad for repeat business. The food was great. But we have noticed that the portions have gotten much smaller. I always get my favorite salad and it is to the point that the salad or the greens are barely enough to cover the bottom of the dish. The salad in the past was just packed with the spring mix. And the fries are consistently filled halfway and this is across the board not just at this particular store. read more

Stopped for breakfast coffee was cold I was in a hurry so asked for a soft drink instead the worker was standing in front of a soft drink dispenser but disappeared out of sight to get my drink after a minute she returned with a drink I ordered Cola she gave me root beer. Decided to go inside that was eye opening the door was solid fingerprints as was the drive through window the place haven't been cleaned in quite a while. Got a refund and left. Called corporate to complain was put on hold for at least 10 min no one ever answered. This mess must start at the very top! read more

Ok I'm very tired of Wendy's and have give. Up on them. Came thru about 10:45. Yep they're serving lunch at this time as well as breakfast. They only had the breakfast menu displayed so I kinda flailed on my own as to what to order. Safe to go with the 4 for $4 and the bacon stir fries. Asked for everything fresh out of the fryer and extra salt on my fired. Bbq and ranch for my nuggets and ketchup packets. Finished ordering and drive to the window. I paid and then was told to pull up and wait for the food. So I did that and waited for about 6'. No problem. I check order and they didn't add any of my sauces or my drink so I ask. Manager was the person delivering the food and he was annoyed. I get it he was probably busy. So I waited for him to return and he brought me a handful of stuff. Driving home I taste a fry and there is zero salt and they are rubbery and lukeish warm. Ugh. Taste a tender and it was cold. I was already 5' I to my drive home and to turn around would have been a hassle so upon getting g home I take out the bacon stir fries. Mind you the manager said I also got fresh cheese on these fries. They weren't fresh bad cold as well. I called the store and another manager took my name and said to come in later and ask for a reorder. I the. Realized I didnt get my drink either. Man this visit isn't the first time this has Happened. The last time I caught it at the store. This particular store is difficult to get in and out of and the drive they is short and doesn't leave a lot of room for cars to pay when. You're asked to pull up and wait for food. I've also found that each time I've gone the employees are short and rude and act like I'm wasting their time. They do not smile and show zero emotion or happiness. It def puts a damper on my day when I've eaten at this location. Also they don't wear gloves but the face masks are worn. I'm not sure if they disinfect between guests. This is the second time now that my order and food has been been cold or messed up and I'm just done with Wendy's as a whole. Doesn't surprise me that this place has a low rating. I don't believe I have ever had great service here. It seems like this location always has the worst employees. Now you are probably asking "well why do you keep going back?" And I would say that's an great question, as the answer would be for convenience, and convenience only. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They're always rude and slow. They run out of items, charge you for them and don't even want to offer a refund. They never give you sauce with the nuggets. You have to ask them multiple times to get sauces or drinks. It's not worth the headache. Go anywhere else. Go to any other Wendy's. I love Wendy's. I think they have higher quality food than most fast food places. However, tonight, I pull up to the drive thru and begin my order. The first thing I try to order was the Southwest avocado salad. They tell em they're out of chicken. Ugh. So I order something else. Then I attempt to order a strawberry lemonade. Guess what? They're out of natural lemonade. I understand that stuff happens. (Although frustrating) So I don't complain or anything. I just continue with our order. We get to the window to pay and such. The guy closes the window to run my card and take another order. Whatever the person ordered, he had to tell them it would be a 10-12 minute wait. Now, I couldn't hear the person order, but I know they said they'd wait because the employee shouts to no one in particular. "Why the f*ck do they wait? Get the f*ck outta here!" Whoa! I was so taken aback. I looked for a name tag, but he wasn't wearing one. We all have bad days, but come on, dude. You're at work. We waited at the window approximately 8 minutes. We got our food and although it was a correct order, my daughter's fries were soooo cold and old. If someone told me they had been sitting there for 3 days, I'd believe them. read more

Attempted to use a coupon at the drive thru tonight. Coupon was for 2 items for $5.00,so I ordered a half salad & sandwich. I added an order of fries to the order, which was $1.49. At the window, cashier tells me the total is $9+. When I asked about the coupon, she insisted she already entered it. I tried to invoke common sense, that $5.00 + 1.49 + tax is NOT over $9. She said she entered the coupon code and that's what the total was. Even had the manager briefly come back to look at the register who did not fix the issue, but took $1 off the total, so now it was supposedly $8+... WTH??? I told the cashier to remove the fries, so the order should be $5 + tax. She did and then said the new total was $6.50. That is WRONG-- $5 + tax would be $5.40. But since that's what the register told her, common sense did not enter the equation. I gave up and said just cancel the order and drove off to a competitor. Great example of the failure of our educational system in teaching basic math skills, let alone common sense. Epic fail, Wendy's! read more

Don't come here because it's not worth it. the service here is horrible because they either rush you to order something, or they lie to you by saying they're out of a particular food, or a long wait time, and hope you choose to leave. not only that but this place always shuts down at 10pm, even though all sources say they close at 1am. This review is for marylin, worst service I have gotten in years. She was fighting with employees and having a pompous attitude in general. She would not serve me until I had to look hard at her. Mind you there are no customers or drive thru its 10pm. She refused to serve my friend who was not about to deal with her crap and said he would get food else where. We wait so long we become the peanut gallery to watch how terrible of an employee she is. She tried hard to ignore two other customers but they were hungry men who were not about to take her crap either. One of those guys was a paramedic on call which his order took so long he had to make an emergency run before he even got his food.. Poor guy So of course she did not call out that my food was done nor bring it to our table, I have to walk up there to get my food and ask for sweet and sour sauce. When get to the counter she says what sauce do i want, then I tell her yet again. She yanks the sauce cups out and slams them down on my tray. My buddy laughed at that part. I used to eat here everyday when that chubby female manager worked there. She was really nice. After this experience I will not be eating anymore at this location. read more
