BURGERFI JR CHEESEBURGER

I am finally writing a review after visiting this place maybe 20+ times. The food here is great, except the hot dogs. The burger is always amazing and I like the fact that you can add a fried egg to it for an additional cost. Their chicken tenders is very good. My husband thinks they have the best onion rings. I think they have the best fries! Their shakes are also pretty good. They are pretty quick to bring out your order. So why the 4 stars and not 5? Well ... every single time I come here, their floor is always sticky. There is never a clean table. The trash is always full. Also, I have a problem with the trash. Why can't they make the hole bigger so we can dump everything in neatly? I feel like that was something that was not thought out throughly ....

The good: The location is great! Lots of parking! The atmosphere is beautiful with lots of seating! Love that they have a keto option! Food is hot, fresh, and delicious! The Bad: The lady at the counter should not be working in the food industry! We walked up, and she just stood there! Didn't say hi, good afternoon, nothing! I asked for a veggie burger, and she said they were out! How are you out of a veggie patty at a burger place?? Smh. She never smiled one time and spent most of her time looking on her phone! Gave us our food, we said thanks, and she just turned around! When people left, she didn't say: have a nice day! Don't know if we will be back, unfortunately, and we love that place

At a hotel, by hospital northeast side. No delivery for our area by most restaurants and uber eats etc.. So we were standing in hotel lobby and saw someone holding a BurgerFI bag- said let's go. So good for y'all for letting me chase ya down based on a bag ad lol..(hey there's a first time for everything!) Anyway- the food was very good for a burger/fry joint. Everything is ala carte, so it adds up quickly. The onion rings tasted great, but way way too thick...it was almost like they cut an onion in half and separated and battered it. The fries were yummy! I think next time I will ask for them to be cooked a bit crisper- personally I like crisper fries- but the taste was great. Unfortunately, the next am my husbands stomach was very bad- literally the only thing he ate that day was his burger and onion rings- but his burger was quite pink inside- maybe it was from that? We will try again, because the overall taste was great.

Great burger juicy and tasty . Home cut fries delicious. Grandson was crazy about them. Friendly staff. Quick service. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting.

Posh high class burger joint featuring a fantastic menu, well lit inside with bright cheerful metallic and wood atmosphere, and some good outdoor seating making for us three guys a good quick dinner fix. We enjoyed the friendly staff and nice menu selection. The burgers were perfectly done and very easy to eat, didn't get anything to experimental but from what I've heard from my sister there are few better places in the area to indulge the beef cravings. The fries were especially above average for a small chain. As others have mentioned the prices add up rather quickly, some may find it difficult trying here after a more budget friendly place like Steak n Shake. I personally go for The Loving Cafe in the Fort Wayne area before nearly all other restaurants due to their amazing value, incredible variety of vegan dishes, and almost unbelievable ability to blend their home crafted ingredients into healthy and tasty filing meals. But for the full on American addicted to the farm yard fair, BurgerFi is a must!

Good choice for a quick bite. The park fries were the best part of the meal. We really wanted a milkshake but the were out of ice cream? The bacon cheeseburger was good & my single cheeseburger was ok, it not my favorite

Double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and pickles lettuce wrapped (they do unfortunately charge extra for this)

It really is a must try if you are looking g for a dinning experience. The facility is small and parking out back can be a challenge. Making reservations is easy on their website. I would encourage this as it is nice to have and be able to relax. The team here is great. Addie greeted us and quickly got us to our table. She was friendly, all smiles and quick to make sure our water glasses were refilled. Chelsea was our waitress. She made us feel right at home and welcomed. She made sure to follow up regularly with us and was very friendly. Corey, one of the owners and chefs, came out to meet us. You could tell that he was genuinely glad we were there and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the cook. The atmosphere is very quaint. The dining area is small but overly packed or loud. The white table coverings and dim lights were nice. There was soft jazz music overhead and an interesting collection of local art work on the wall. I was surprised that Chance didn't have much drink service outside of beer and wine. There is a bar predominantly places in the restaurant but no liquor items to serve. The wine list was moderately large and had a couple items that would appeal to dry red wine drinkers. One of the things I like about Chance is the selection of small plate shareables. You can make a meal out of a couple or accent an entree as an appetizer. We like to get several of these to sample. We started with the beer bread. The comes with two large slices of bread. The bread is served room temperature. This leads you to conclude, at first bite, that the bread is a bit dry and stale. The bread is thick and dense. It does has a drier taste but it isn't dry. There is a good beer flavoring present. The honey butter was fun. The butter chunk was thicker and hard. The honey was drizzled over the top with possibly a little cinnamon accent. You had to work a little to get the ratio and spread you want. The beer battered mushrooms are still good. The medium sized mushroom is covered in a thick and crispy batter. There is a slight beer taste in each large mushroom. The mild horseradish dipping sauce was a nice compliment. We also ordered the rib tips. This is a small dish that is packed with lots of flavor. The crispy garlic chips were unique and tasty. The garlic is overpowering and crisp tastes slightly burnt. The honey BBQ sauce is delicious - mop it off the plate delicious! The sauce is thick and sweet. It has a slightly strong BBQ spice flavor. The jalapeño rings are well cooked and soaked up the BBQ glaze nicely. While tasty the jalapeño rings were slightly spicy to taste. We did order the ricotta gnocchi again. It was delicious the first time we ordered it. It was outstanding again. The gnocchi is freshly made and soft but slightly firm to cut. The ricotta gives the dish a slight cheese flavor. The tomato based sauce is smooth and moderately thick. The sightly sweet Italian seasoned sauce was a perfect covering for the gnocchi!

From the ambience to the friendly staff with the sense of camaraderie among them, it was wonderful. On to the menu and the food - great variety! My husband very much appreciated the variety of choices to put on his Chicago burger. He chose pimento cheese, roasted red peppers and the LTP (lettuce, tomato and House-made bread and butter pickles). It was served on a toasted Chicago onion roll. We started with the Tots Deluxe. Creative crunchy scrumptious variety of ingredients, that went so well together. The bread that was brought out was amazing - hot, crunchy crust with just the right amount of seasoning and soft on the inside - even the whipped butter that came with it was delicious! On to medicinal - purely for assistance with my anemia, I ordered the Porterhouse steak, medium rare. It was tender, flavorful, melt-in-my - mouth! It was a so good, it didn't even need the melted herb butter that was served on top. We shared sides - I chose the German Potatoes - also a creative variety of flavors - brown sugar, vinegarbacon, light onion and crisp potatoes - It was a little sweet for my husband's taste; I very much enjoyed it! Our second shared side was asparagus with Hollandaise sauce - the asparagus was cooked just right, and the Hollandaise was one of the best he had ever had. The portions were generous - seeing the number of containers we were taking home, a departing diner asked, with a smile, "Did you guys eat ANYTHING?" Everything but dessert - next time!

We could have done this at fast food, received better quality food and drinks, for half the price. I don't know why anyone goes here. So first, the service was fine, but it goes downhill after ordering. I asked if they had a milkshake menu, but apparently corporate decided to get rid of the milkshake menu and make all the waiters recite the menu over and over again. How stupid is that? Reese's, Salted Honey Cinnamon, Strawberry - $7 - The best one was strawberry, and that's not saying much. Every milkshake was so watery that we were drinking flavored milk more than ice cream. The waitress even got my milkshake on my shoes. She apologizes about how watery it is, but that's it. She even says she'll bring over more napkins (cause it was dripping all down our cups too), but she forgot to come back with the napkins a few times, so it took a long time to get more napkins. At least they got rid of paper straws, cause at one point a few years ago, you couldn't even suck up the milkshake through the paper straws cause the paper straws disintegrated. Back then, I asked for a spoon, and they said they didn't have any. Now, back to today, the straws are plastic again, but I couldn't even suck up at Reese's cups cause they don't fit through the straw. At least this time I had a fork. What a disaster. Don't get milkshakes here. 0/5 stars. "Tavern" Style Pizza Hot Honey - $17.50 - The flavor was good, but it was a soft crust pizza, definitely not tavern style at all. 3/5 stars. All of the burgers are small, like Culver's small, and you're paying 3x the price. The fries are soggy and needed salt. Train Wreck Burger - $18 - This was mine, and it was just ok, but probably better than the other two. 3/5 stars. Mushroom Swiss Burger - $16 - This one the meat tasted worse than mine. I don't know why there's different ground beef patties? 1/5 stars. Stacked Patty Melt - $16.50 - Husband got this one, and he didn't like it. He said the bread tasted stale. 1/5 stars. Just don't go here. You wanna spend about $100 for 3 people to eat? What a waste of money. Small portions, overpriced, terrible quality. Oh, and some tables are sticky, even after the hostess cleans them.
